Let's say it in BTC.
You deposit 0.4 BTC and get 0.48 BTC in your account(20% deposit bonus).
0.48 X 15 (rollover) = 7.2 BTC : this is rollover requirement.
Your total bets should be more than 7.2 BTC before you can withdraw.
It's not 3,500 BTC, which is non-sense.

Ive also noticed a bit honest confusion regarding provably fair.
Satoshidice I believe was the first implementation of provably fair, prior to that sites such as minefeild and bitcoingamer offered what I call provable results.
I think I need to make a casino check list, I'll start work today on it for casino operators to review.
Briefly though, the concept of provably fair in a nutshell is:
Card Shuffling:
Casino provides hash (next deck + casino seed).
Player provides seed for deck shuffle.
Player already knows the hash BEFORE setting his seed which determines the outcome.
Simple RNG: eg roulette, slots, etc:
Casino provides hash of daily secret.
Player makes bet and sets his seed.
Player already knows the hash BEFORE setting his seed which determines the outcome.
So the issue with the implementation you currently have is:
Player provides seed.
Casino provides hash (next deck + casino seed).
Casino already knows the players secret which determines the outcome BEFORE providing the games hash.
So what is currently on offer if provable results.
As I said before, it looks like a sincere attempt at provably fair but just implemented wrong
