and i just laugh because it requires me to play to hit 3,500 roll over points before i can withdraw..
hrmm not cool.
We have x15 rollover for bonus chips.
Free chips x 15
(Deposit+20% bonus)x15
We think it's better than gaming industry standard, but we will look into further if we can provide even better offer.
If you don't want rollover on deposit bonus, you can choose not to enter bonus code during deposit process.
I am sorry that you lost money playing live baccarat.
We are not happy to see our depositing player lose everything.
Please check your account's balance now.
Good luck!

So, in actual fact he chose to take on the deposit bonus but this bonus then limits your withdrawal for X rounds ?
Having a look @ your page now.
edit:
have not created an account yet but this does not sound like an ideal implementation, because you know the players seed ahead of time nullifying all benefits of a client being able to seed the RNG.
Have a look at bitzino for a good example, they show you the next hands hash first then allow the player to input a seed for the shuffle.
I'll jump on after dinner and give it a little play test and send a PM for some more feedback.
edit:
After a proper look this casino is not currently provably fair BUT it looks like they made a sincere attempt to do so.
If you don't want deposit bonus, leave it blank and click 'Deposit'.
This really does not make it clear to players that by accepting the 20% bonus they will have to "play to hit 3,500 roll over points" to withdraw.
IMHO this is unacceptable.
Thanks for your interest, mem
Your comprehensive gambling list helps people much including me.
Every bonus has rollover. All casino sites have rollover on bonus.
Currently we have x15 rollover rule on bonus, which is better than industry standard(X20).
But we are checking comparable gaming sites and their conditions and if we can provide better offer.
Our non-live games are from CasinoWebScripts.
They implemented that feature this year and since they call it provably fair, we just leave the feature there.
I don't know exactly what 'provably fair' technically means. It's not dicussed in gaming industry at all and I heard it first in bitcoin community.
Maybe it's because a site(probably bitzino?) in the early days of bitcoin gaming adopted the concept.
I belive that provably fair concept is not the one and only standard for fairness.
We don't say that gaming giants such as Playtech, Cassava, Bwin, Ladbrokes and Betfair are unfair since they don't adopt 'provably fair' concept.
Anyway, provably fair concept seems to produce appreciable creditibility among bitcoin people and we value the opinion requesting it.
About technical things, you may ask CWS at [email protected]
(to make it clear, we are not CWS).
BitVegas.EU's non-live game provider, CasinoWebScripts, got iTech Labs certification on their games.
iTech Labs certified gaming sites include the largest in the online gaming industry;
Playtech, Bwin, Cassava(888.com), Evolution Gaming, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, PartyGaming, Betfair and much more.

They try to build creditability, which is not bad idea.
If a site using their software is rogue, it's not because CWS games are wrong, but because the site owners are dishonest.
We have live games controlled by third party provider and if we do fraud in non-live games, we lose live games and they file a lawsuit against us.
But as you know, fraud casino sites get kicked out of business by people first.
About prior notice, you seem to have not tried entering deposit bonus code.
When you click bonus code textfield, popup shows messages explaining rollover.
Thanks for your opinion. It helps us enhance our service.
Please check your account's balance again and test your luck with live games.
Enjoy!
