That division in bankrolls was tried in the third Tipster Competition, if I'm not mistaken, but it didn't work out as well as one would hope: many participants declared a large bankroll, but were then unable to finish all the required bets, perhaps due to not using a bankroll they were comfortable with. However, we might consider using some version of it again in the future, if you guys want to give it another go.

In relation to increasing the prizes, I'm afraid that won't be done, at least in this round, for the reasons FrueGreads posted above.

It's pretty much as patt0 posted, MadeinCoin; the process of adding the 13% is automatic for each bet and, if you prefer, you can simply add all your bets to one (or a very few) post(s).

The concept is the same as the competition 1or 2 I've forgotten , there are two options bankroll  100 mbtc and 1000 mbtc
of course with  different reward participants with bankroll 1000 mbtc will get a bigger reward.
I do not particularly like the concept of it, because it seems there are VIP and non-VIP participants
I prefer the concept now but my suggestion to add  total prize might be a good idea.

I'm pretty sure it's added automatically, I just don't know if it's added before or after the bet is settled.
As for spam, you can do what many users do. They make a post and then they edit that post to add new bets.

Related 13% bonus if we have to post ID bet on the main thread  or automatically added to the Leaderboard ?
Of 100 bets I just post some bets in the thread simply choose high stakes I was worried it was a spam campaign because there are too many to make post.

1,000 mbtc for 1st prize are quiet fair for 100mbtc bankroll I think, lets make it 300 mbtc bankroll for 3,000 mbtc prize , 500mbtc for 5,000 mbtc prize so on , if people want a bigger prize. What do you think guys?

Thank you for your suggestion. We would love to rise prizes, but to be honest, and although it could help, I don't think it would solve it.
First, our competition with most participants was actually the VI Competition, where we even paid full prizes, so participation was increasing and not decreasing, where the VII Competition was the exception, but still with decent numbers, given the short time for registration. Remember that we were not going to make an event for Euro 2016, but users were asking for it, so we "rushed" a competition.

Also, another reason for saying that raising the prizes would probably not solve the "problem", is because we had bigger prizes on the III Competition, and the number of participants was inferior, compared to the VI Competition.

I would say that "rushing" the competition did not help, and limiting the bets to Euro and Copa America was a "risk" we decided to take, to please our participants. Of course it wasn't a competition "for all", but I would say it still went quite well given the short time we had to prepare it, and we even made the cool side competition, that I also think it went quite well.

Finally we can't really forget that the point of all this is to keep promoting good tipsters on this forum, that's why we came up with the Hall of Fame now, since we are going to the VIII Competition now, so a pattern of good tipsters on this forum is starting to appear, with so familiar faces on top7. On pair with that, we also create an almost risk free experience in sports betting, because of our participation prize.

As I keep saying I think this is an amazing added value to your bets. You get your profit, you get a participation prize, you can get some decent prizes on our side competitions, and you get a shot at our top7 prizes, that are not that bad. 1 BTC is around $670, even with halved prizes is quite a decent sum, when you are only asked to "risk" 100mBTC (again don't forget our participation prize of 70mBTC). Even if we did not offer a participation prize around 70% of your investment, we were still offering the chance of winning 10x your bankroll.

Like I said, we would love to offer better prizes, but right now I don't see it serving the main purposes of this competition, that is promoting the tipsters of this forum, adding value to your bets, and creating a good/safe experience for those that just start betting.

As for the 13% bonus of your bet stake, is the best way we have to reward those that risk more and make higher bets.

France had to win, all was done for it, I know one guy on Facebook lost 54.000eu.
Portugal won, great game, four finals they got one. I'm french and supported Portugal and football.

Being silent reader for the last 2 competition because lack of forum account and still dunno rules on this forum...
But i just noticed the important thing from 2 post above my post here about 13% bonus on %ROI (not real money bonus), it make me a bit confused what for that bonus?  If just to make easy to know the winner, i think its not hard to see it because the chance for participants had same ROI were very very small...

It was a horrible choice for me but at least some people benefited from it.

hmm I think you are wrong about the VI Competition at least. There was an increase from V to VI, I think they actually had a record of participants on the VI, around 140 or something like that, and full prizes were paid. I think the problem on this one was because it was dedicated only to Euro and Copa America, and maybe that was not even the full problem. It started in a shorter interval from the V competition and there was a smaller time period for registration. Maybe that was the main reason, but we will see it on this one since it looks they will have more time to prepare it.

Nothing against bigger prizes of course xD
Just sharing my thoughts, about what I think it was the real "problem".

Did you check out the competition before? Tipster Competition VI the same thing continues to decline
Moreover, it is only one reason not the main reason , can you imagine the competition without a prize?

side competition I agree   but I think not many people know it let's look at the next competition if more participants

From what i see even im not participated yet, participants decrease and many of participants not active to made any bet because lack of match to choose not because of prize..

For side competition i like the idea the last special competition, but for the next competition it must have more group and bigger tournament..

In the last competition Tipster Competition (EURO PROMO) the number of participants is less than 100 and a few percent is not actively making bets

I'm also not sure what caused the participants of the competition continues to decline but I think the prize is one of the reasons
as we see below a list of prize 

Prizes:
1st - 1,000 mBTC
2nd - 500 mBTC
3rd - 300 mBTC
4th - 200 mBTC
5th - 150 mBTC
6th - 100 mBTC
7th - 50 mBTC

Prize winner 6th and 7th too low ,  98789  ranks 7 received 50 mbtc while he spent more than 50 mbtc to search rank  7
of the total of 100 bets are settled 46 won and 54 lost + draw ( the possibility of negative bankroll )
I know there are bonus 70 mbtc to participants completed 100 bets but it was not easy because it must get 2000 poins ( 10+ x rollover )

So my suggestion to raise the total prize ( just a suggestion )

I think that list is only for those that won top7 prizes or the entire side competition.
I think the special mention should be more visible, because winning a side competition is not easy as well.

Well what about us as the winner of the side we do not have  ROI in the list only a few mbtc as prize
