What does it mean when you see a public note in your blockchain info https://blockchain.info/address/16CcNWYZjfYYNQFEFCXtxvzWmyYKFg4hyK

Cause my website's wallet has this note for http://www.btcfaucet.blogspot.com not the one just added to list http://www.btcfaucet.blogspot.ca

but they look the same Huh

Is this some form of wallet tags

Thanks for the info Grin

That is indeed my website. I don't know why Portnoy used .ca at the end, I think it has something to do with where he is located in the world. The public note is something that the sender can [write] so that the receiver knows who sent him the BTC. Enjoy the satoshi btw Wink

Hmm, that's interesting.  When I click on http://www.btcfaucet.blogspot.com it changes to http://www.btcfaucet.blogspot.ca in my browser.
When I add sites to the list I usually just open the site up in my browser so I can get the url and any titles and descriptions correct by copy-pasting
directly from there. I will change it to .com instead of .ca in case that causes further problems or confusion.

Thanks. I saw the .ca and didn't want to bother you with anything else. Just glad that its on the list.

btcfaucet.blogspot.ca added to the list.

0.00000001 BTC payout.

Thank you so much!!

De nada.

And I hope you put a reasonable portion of the money you make off all those ads and things into larger payouts of BTC for users of your faucet.

Most definitely. I am still looking for a decent pay per impression advertising network to increase the payout though. All I got is a-ads and their rate is really bad. I am waiting for operation fabulous to accept my website and in the soon future to apply to google adsense. If all goes well I will keep on increasing the payout.

Whats going to happen when micro payments are dead?  Cry

Some free/earn bitcoin sites will go away; some will adapt; some will continue business as usual.

Some sites already delay payments until a certain minimum balance is built up.
