suchmoon has already clarified the situation, your fee is simply too low for the transaction to be added to this accelerator - the only logical option is to use the RBF function and increase the fee - all other paid accelerators would cost you much more.

You also have too low fee (6,047 sat/B) and unfortunately this free accelerator can't help you. I don't understand why they paid such a low fee, and I think they should increase it - because at the moment your transaction is even 50+ MB from the tip and I don't see that conditions will be created to confirm it soon.
Currently, this accelerator can only help if you have paid 10 or 11 sat/byte, anything above that guarantees confirmation in the next 1-2 blocks, and it makes no sense to add such transactions. Always look for current data on this link, just point your mouse cursors at the end of the graph.

i will try to wait a few more hours, if i keep increasing the fee, the transaction will be done again right? I'm wondering because it might take more time
