The only reasons I can think of not to be able to change an address are either the new address is invalid or you have email problems that mean you can't confirm it.

I don't have a date for that and wetsuit is on holiday at the moment so I can't ask him.

Unfortunately, I got no idea about what "ticks" we are talking about, because I never placed any. I never play any jackpots, cause I'm not some out-of-his-mind degen. So I'm not gonna round in circles, and will put it straight - am I getting my DOGE back or not? I don't know what the heck happened, but I do feel robbed and want my coin back. It's not about that 1 dollar, but a matter of principle.

There are 5 jackpot levels and you can place a bet on each of them by placing a tick in each checkbox. On your roll history, you can see that is what you did as there is a tick on the jackpot column.

1) 1 DOGE - win
2) 1 DOGE - loss
3) 2 DOGE (to cover previous loss) - win

After this 3 bets my balance went down from 300+ to 7 DOGE. And you say I was betting for  2 jackpots at once? How is that even possible?

IP proves lots of things. You should have taken this into account before starting this, at least contacted the site owner. You deposited big amounts before contacting to the site owner, all you had to do was typing an email or sending a PM.

He has been constantly warning people who share the same IP since the beginning. I know I've seen him warning people before. Even if you are innocent, It is your fault that you missed the warnings and couldn't think that something could go wrong with this setup.

I can't really say I approve seizing your funds (ToS is important imo like jaysabi pointed out),  at least whatever you deposited on the website, (thanks god I am not the one who's making that decision) but put yourself in TheQuin's spot for a minute:

Let's say you own the faucet find out 10 accounts share the same IP, deposited similar amount of coins to unlock the captcha, clicking the button one after another like a clockwork...

What would you think and do?

This website is operating since what, 2013? If they were selective scamming people, wetsuit and TheQuin would have been flashing red already.

Again, taking for granted this is what actually happened, seizing deposits isn’t warranted. It creates an incentive for you to come to this conclusion because you’re monetarily incentivized to reach that conclusion. It’s more problematic because you control all the evidence and everyone has to take you at your word for this. So again, it’s a huge reputational risk and a very poor policy in my own opinion to have a policy to seize deposits.

Is there even a TOS clause that says you can seize all funds including external deposits if suspected of cheating? If so, you may be technically in the right and the only risk is to your reputation (again because you’re incentivized to reach that conclusion) but if there’s no TOS clause that states that, I think this is very clearly unjustified.

You’re in a tough spot for sure, I have no doubt people constantly try to scam what they can out of these free faucets. I don’t quite understand the point of paying interest on external deposits anyway. Banks do that because they make money on the funds they loan, but I don’t understand what the site does with funds that allows them to make more money on deposits than they pay out in interest, and because this isn’t clear, it lends more credence to the possibility that something is a miss, and seizing deposits is one way to keep the program afloat.

*edit:  I see now you published some evidence since since my last post of the IP logs of sign up. This definitely helps prove the faucet scam aspect, and I agree with you there. It seems clear there was fraud. My only issue is the TOS at this point. If you’ve had a clause that says fraud forfeits all funds on the site, including external deposits, I think you’re justified in seizing the them. It’s not what I’d like to see, but that’s your call as site operator. Without the clause though, and I don’t know myself whether there has been one or not, I think you should return the deposits and ban all IP addresses involved. And update the TOS immediately in that case.

Wrong again. You really are very thick not to understand this. You deposited that coin to unlock privileges that you used to try and steal from us. The fact you risked 10x what you managed to cheat out of the faucet and referral program in over a year just makes you an idiot.

You certainly are. You signed up multiple accounts to abuse our faucet and referral program. You were stupid enough to make large deposits in each to unlock privileges that made your attempted theft easier. Then you cry like a baby when you get caught.



We suffer a massive amount of abuse. When I catch and ban a professional abuser they don't blub their tears in public so I don't have to talk about them. It's always the amateur small-time thieves like you that cry in front of everyone.

If I had not of caught you before you withdrew you would have stolen 0.01521597 ($152) from us. The fact you failed does not excuse your actions.
