@JollyGood What are you trying to achieve here? Privacy Policy and ToS links were there before you started this ridiculous discussion.

To me it looks like you're trying to look like smartass but actually you only look like kid who:
a) - spent countless hours and haven't won any significant amount ...
b) - envy them for running a successful website with thousands satisfied users ..

so in desperation starded this pointless talk. I dunno what drives you. Maybe hope admins going to pay you to cease. Or you're running competitive site thus started spreading FUD ...
You're not helping anyone.
I'm pretty sure if freebitco shut their operation it will make much more people angry than happy. Is that your goal?
On the other hand, reading your trust rating feedback, I'm not surprised much.

@TheQuin - keep doing the great job. Freebitco is one of the most reputable bitcoin site all over the web.
Being succesful also brings the complications dealing with people like him.

Would be best to just ignore this user but I'm aware marketing policy does not allow you to do so.  And would not help you much as it's obvious this guy won't shut.

Also I know you can't say this directly, but I can:
!!! SHUT UP JollyGood, you're not helping anyone by doing this silly crap !!!

Hello and nice to meet you too Bitfort   Grin

If the TOS and Privacy Policy was there before then I missed it and apologise but not much credit can be given to the TOS and Privacy Policy.

The whole thing looks very unprofessional and cheaply coded and of course has been called a scam by previous poster:

You're welcome to have any opinion you want but we'll stick to what has worked well for so long. When you receive an email from us it includes our registered office address in BVI where we are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Why in the welcome email? Why not display your company information for people to see on your website like all other bonafide companies and projects?

Thank you for the post. Are you a representative of Freebitco.in?

You have a very short memory https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.45825811

I visited the site and noticed there is Privacy Policy and TOS added now, thank you. I did not know you were trading for 5 years and earned a reputation for being honest. The previous poster highlighted your website as a scam (broke_tradah)

broken_record is an imbecilic troll that just keeps repeating the same bullshit over and over.

I disagree with your comment about~

We've been in business for nearly 5 years and earned a reputation for being honest. That means much more to people who understand what Bitcoin is about than pandering to the demands of authoritarian governments. If you want to play at a site that is liable to pull full KYC on you if you have a big win then go ahead, but our customers value the fact that we don't do that and we always pay out.

I disagree with your comment about "That means much more to people who understand what Bitcoin is about than pandering to the demands of authoritarian governments" because it means anybody can create a website accepting Bitcoin for any purpose (gambling, gaming, ecommerce, donation, crypto exchange, etc) and not even display basic information such as LLC company name, company address and not explain which jurisdiction any legal dispute will take place. That is usually what scammers do because they want to remain anonymous but in many circumstances sadly genuine businesses also sink but at least investors or users have the security of dealing with LLC and registered companies which are held liable if a scam took place or if negligence caused the company to sink.

The idea you can say people using Bitcoin do not want to pander to authoritarian governments is not accurate at all because many Bitcoin users are against the international FIAT structure but that has nothing to do with your website showing this for your TOS and Privacy Policy:

TERMS OF SERVICE:

Please abide by the following simple rules when using this website:

Why not send your Bitcoins to them since the project is for you? If you are due any returns but do not receive them then who will you tell and who will you complain to?

This is not a project or a business it is basically a scam unless it conforms to basic website norms.

There is no "About Us" page
There is no "Privacy Policy" page
There is no "Terms and Conditions" page
There is no information about the "Complaints Procedure"
There is so much required information such as company LLC name and address and contact details and which laws they are governed by.

Sadly this freebitco.in looks so much like a scamming website.

If those kind of things are of concern then I think Bitcoin is not for you. Stick to the banks and fiat money where big government will regulate every aspect of your life.

Unless you have millions referees or you are an addict gambler ( but still you probably bought more than 40 million), why buy 70+ millions tickets if the rewards are less than 0.5 bitcoin??? Am I missing something here? Maybe I am doing the wrong math...0.4 bitcoin means 40 millions tickets therefore why in God's name you did that. That is so stupid lol

i didn't buy any tickets .. just gambled a lot this week which gave me all those lottery tickets.

and here's the maths you're missing:

i wagered something around 358 BTC ... 1 lottery ticket for each 0.00000500 BTC you wager ... that makes something like 71 million lottery tickets Wink

Sadly this freebitco.in looks so much like a scamming website.

You know what the amazing part is,  as much of a scam as it is,  it still makes enough to stay in operation.  That just goes to prove how many stupid people really are out there and I am not ashamed at all to be milking off their losses when they use my bot.  They stand a better chance to win something with my bot than they do manually and thats not saying much at all because you are guaranteed to lose at this place thats for certain.

Those numbers are correct,  however,  you'll notice it also says NOTHING about how many bitcoins have been LOST.  There is a reason for that.  They dont want people to realize that the lost amount is CONSIDERABLY (like many magnitudes) higher than anything "won".

Well the fact they have basic information missing from their website makes it seem like one to definitely keep away from.

Something is not right about this website, it looks very cheap and badly designed granted it is responsive.

Erm,  freebitco is an illegal site.  Why would it comply with ANY regulations.  It doesnt have any privacy/terms, etc because it has no need for them since it's completely illegal in the first place.  Like,  why does a bank robber need a concealed weapons license.  Same deal on Freebitco.  You can figure it out for yourself here,  you'll notice that compared to other online gambling joints,  Freebitco has all the "scam site" red flags,  one of which are those terms/privacy statements you just mentioned as seen here:  https://www.gamblingsites.com/online-casino/blacklist/  It has other red flags other than the missing legal mumbo jumbo as well.  Just take a look at it's current "contest" and read about these types of contests on the blacklist site and why they exist.

Thank you for the post.

Well the website looked a little bit suspect to me, sort of very cheap looking with basic law, legislation and common courtesy missing. It claims 537 Bitcoins have been won during the last 6 days.

This is my 17th September 2018 post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.45825811
16,207,643 - Registered Users
75,491,221,533 - Games Played
151,368.56201285 - Bitcoins Won By Users

These are the stats on the website today 23rd September 2018:
16,272,991 - Registered Users
75,895,474,975 - Games Played
151,905.78315955 - Bitcoins Won By Users

Freebitco.in has a login/create account facility so it means GDPR is mandatory for any resident of the EU that accesses the website so why is freebitco.in not GDPR European Law compliant?

- Where is the Privacy Policy page?

Thank you for the post. Are you a representative of Freebitco.in?

Sorry, I notice a cookie notification message is present my apologies for any confusion.

Well the details the Freebitco.in website asks for is related to the sign up process and login process. Any website which has entry input fields which users type in to (sign up, making purchases, placing bids, etc) must be GDPR compliant.

Freebitco.in has a login/create account facility so it means GDPR is mandatory for any resident of the EU that accesses the website so why is freebitco.in not GDPR European Law compliant?
