Erm, freebitco is an illegal site. Why would it comply with ANY regulations. It doesnt have any privacy/terms, etc because it has no need for them since it's completely illegal in the first place. Like, why does a bank robber need a concealed weapons license. Same deal on Freebitco. You can figure it out for yourself here, you'll notice that compared to other online gambling joints, Freebitco has all the "scam site" red flags, one of which are those terms/privacy statements you just mentioned as seen here:

Well the website looked a little bit suspect to me, sort of very cheap looking with basic law, legislation and common courtesy missing. It claims 537 Bitcoins have been won during the last 6 days.
