Yesterday I got mail that I get 10 free WOF. if I make 10 Free BTC rool.
I make 10 rols and got mail that my account is credited with 10 WOF  but when I click: I go on page with WOF but 0 is stated, not 10.
I clicked on every image in mail where si say Spin the wheel and always page is open and 0 WOF is waiting.
What is catch?

Did you use the contact form message on the FAQ page? I can't find any message from 13517688.

I've worked out what happened. 3 years ago you sent a contact form message that got you added to my ignore list.

Most probably your account has been blocked by the Freebitco anti-fraud system for violating the terms. Check the clause 5.10, 12.1 and 12.2 of their terms to know why the accounts get blocked. Post your Freebitco user ID here or send a PM to TheQuin, he can tell you the actual reason of your account issue.

You nailed it.


Rule 5.10. Only one account per customer / IP / home is allowed. If you successfully try and / or open more than one account, all of your accounts can be blocked, suspended or closed and any cryptocurrency credited to your frozen account.

This obviously prohibits 13 imaginary cousins living in a huge mansion from each having an account.

I am sure you will receive your prize soon. They are not always very timely and the drawing was just a few days ago. I would wait at least a couple of weeks from the date of the drawing and then create a scam accusation in the proper section of this forum if the prize is not yet received. I doubt it'll come to that. Their representative TheQuin usually logs on about every 1-2 weeks and will see all the comments in their main thread and will provide assistance if necessary.

Anyone noticed their interest rates for Premium disappeared for a while? Was checking and noticed that I couldn't access my WOF spins and the interest was showing the base value.

The interest table in Menu->"Earn BTC" is gone.
It would be nice if some accounting overview would be added to the site. In a way its a bank account and it would be correct if I see incoming and outgoing transactions. Maybe extend the roll history in Multiply BTC?

Mr Freebitcoin encountered a problem: wof and the ticket did not arrive in the mail!
What email provider you're using? I use Gmail and I checked that today's my WoF spin didn't arrived to yet, while usually it arrives somehwere at noon. I wouldn't be concerned, it still can arrive with delay. And if it won't arrive - is it such big deal?

I can tell you that if a group of companies are owned by the same people that you are wasting your time complaining to the staff of one of those companies about an issue you have with another. They can't help you.

It is FreeBitco.in, not 'bitco.in'. Maybe you have made a typo. Anyway, FreeBitco team isn't the owner of FUNToken, they hold a part of the token only.
