I tried to withdraw at the Weekend but i did not receive the confirmation mail. It wasnt in the spam fold either. What happened?
I have dealt with this query countless times and the outcome has been that the person asking 'found' the confirmation email eventually in 100% of instances.
Please add support(at)freebitco.in and noreply(at)freebitco.in to your address book try again and then check your spam folder thoroughly.
Handy tip: Set 2fa and there is no need to confirm emails on withdrawal anymore.
