It could easily be malware or any unofficial apps you use. The email account definitely authorised all changes.


and with Coinbase how do I send the signed message? I can not find it

You can only sign messages from your wallets. You don't own Coinbase's wallet, they do.

You should also read Coinbase's Terms of Service and search for the word "Gambling".

I went to see it, I didn't know that part ... but either way I sent an email to the Coinbase support to see if they can help me, I was seeing on the internet that they had the option to send a signed message before .. maybe they have some way and i'm not finding

On the contrary we do have email support. I've just searched through the thousands of support emails I get and I find you have already contacted me about this. I already asked you for a Bitcoin signed message to prove it is your account. You didn't provide that signed message and now you have created a duplicate request through the forum.
The answer is the same whatever method you use. I need a Bitcoin signed message because it's the only way I can verify that the account is really yours. Our email logs show email account you quoted was used to confirm all actions that have taken place on that account so if it was hacked the hacker also has access to that email account.

it was a notification on windows 10, on the right side in the action center like an email or the news, i had notifications enable on freebico.in .. but as soon as i tried to see on the site i couldn't login

If somebody did make a withdrawl from your account you should have also gotten an email notification.
I'm more relaxed about knowing this, but I was in the email and I can't find any email, neither promotional nor anything and I had emails there from freebitco.in, the only one I found was one I received today but it was in the trash folder .. this it's all very strange .. i just want to be able to log in to try to understand what's going on

what’s going on is this, i can’t login into my freebitco.in account, recover my password or reset 2fa.
I thought it was my google account that was compromised because I received notification on windows of a btc withdrawal from freebitcoin that I did not do, I already contacted google to change the password.
Can you help me?

the worst part is that i have everything with security as it should be, i already confirmed that the email was not compromised, they would need my phone and i did not receive any sms.
it just seems like a website error .. even on freebico.in i have 2fa enable .. i don't understand what's going on .. what scares me the most is i don't have access and when i woke up i had a notification in windows of a withdraw btc that i didn't do .. but as it was on windows i couldn't see more, so i clicked and disappeared

Then this is really matter of worry for you because if this happen then you can lost your funds and these are not traceable or recoverable its really big amount to lost but right now these are only thoughts until you have access to your account hopefully this all solved and you able to check your account funds could be safe.
