I've been active on freebitcoin (FBC) for a month... signed up with the freebitco.in a month ago

but I have been trying to withdraw BTC for the past 3 days (withdrawal by the confirmation link in the email)

the problem is this... I didn't get any confirmation-link email at all!

I can't withdraw my BTC because they didn't send the confirmation-link

I even manually add the "[email protected]" to my email contact list

I checked in the junk mail/the inbox... none... no confirmation-link email at all

it seems dodgy... the representatives of the FBC haven't been actively trying to resolve any problems lately

I guess the FBC owners is in serious troubles medically or financially?

I hope every issues get resolved by the end of May2024

issue resolved on my end. deleting my previous comments. it seems that my password was changed for security purposes and I didn't get any email until half a day after. all other Freebitco authentication emails arrived late as well

So finally your case get resolved. Recently i am hearing some complains from different users but i don't think this has anything concern and freebitco will resolve these matters. They are the most trusted site for many years and still is one of the best of its kind.

Freebitco gets to keep the money without proper investigation, don't you think.

Hopefully you also got your money withdrawal after your issue was resolved. So you considering changing this point of view  Smiley

It can be useful to someone:

(1) Choose an area of Bitcointalk in which you can create your own thread - if you make a mistake, they will move it to a better area and will inform you.

(2) Describe your problem.

(3) Write down your request.

(5) Send a minimalist message with that URL to someone who you consider relevant (not me) including the possibility of receiving an answer there.

Scam accusation thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 is what you are describing with your post. Scam accusation thread has a proper scam report format to make things simple.

Users here just make things long and complicated due to the signature campaign just like the post above yours.

What do you mean by "can no longer sign in on their account"? Do you get an error saying "Incorrect login details" when trying to login to your account?
There have been cases where the account is deleted due to abusing the website. Did you have multiple accounts on freebitco?
I think there could be misuse of the account so the site blocks the account, so far I often log in and out of my account every day and have never had a problem. Maybe if there is a problem, try checking the login details again, make sure you use the correct password, sometimes people like typos, so pay attention to that too. before pressing the Login button, hopefully the account and IP are marked by this site so that you don't access this site again in the future using the same IP, I hope it's not abuse because it could be human error.

I just logged into my account after reading this post, I tried to check whether the site had a problem or not, it turned out that not everything was safe, nothing was different from the previous day, all the exit and login processes remained smooth without problems and obstacles, I think the user Having problems like that, check back before complaining about anything in this thread, too many newbies have been seen lately complaining about all kinds of different problems, but hopefully they don't come to spread bad slander against this site so that it goes bankrupt.

You missed a lot apparently. A few people were scammed because somebody found a way to inject a malicious script to the frontend of the app. People lost money and one of the victims is a wellknown legendary account.

What I know is that recently, 5 or 6 days ago, I requested a withdrawal of $400 from my FreeBitco.in account and everything went smoothly and pretty quick too.

I was even able to insert a new address here



which wasn't an option in the old days, as far as I can remember.
This is no new option because I personally use this many times in past successfully.

But sadly now I have issue with my account in last few days its showing incorrect login details with as I go for the reset password option its saying account not found which is wired because I am using this account for years without any problem but now suddenly having issue like this is clearly indicating things are not as they were in past something wrong happening.

two weeks ago there was a time when letters from fbc arrived with a long delay, but then everything was restored. Now letters from fbc are again arriving with a long delay, this applies to letters to reset the password and letters confirming the withdrawal of funds. Wait a couple of days, it should be restored again and password reset emails will be sent to your email.

Yes, I get "incorrect login details" error message. I only have 1 account and I do not have time or interest to abuse the website as I only use it to keep some crypto. Something is fishy about randomly deleting accounts though. Freebitco gets to keep the money without proper investigation, don't you think.

I think you should first of all find a way to confirm that you are or were hacked before you begin to debate whether it's an insider job or not.
But what I do know is that, if you being logged out and not allowed to login back was as a result of your account being hacked, then you should have gotten a password reset email when the hacker was trying to change your password, and this also should mean that he also hacked your email address as well.

But since as stated by you, you are still logged into the email account associated with your freebitco account, and no such email of password change was received, I think your account wasn't hacked, you being logged out and can't get back in May as well be a network issue.
But then, if you are sure it's not a network issue, then maybe you account is deleted for some reasons, if you still can't login, you might want to contact support to find out the reason why.

And here is another problem, support may never reply you, but still try, may you will be lucky.

I still mostly trust Freebitcoin only because of these reasons, but being more transparent about how the funds are managed should be a priority given the anonymity and likely complete legal immunity that they have managed to keep.
Those reasons, plus transparency regards how funds are managed isn't enough. I really don't think the team in charge of freebitco.in would execute a scam move against their community of users, after so many years together and providing quality services in return.

My concern is just that the lack of care and attendance from the team here at bitcointalk forum and at freebitco.in website has serious potential to put the platform's funds under risk. Hackers can take advantage of the gaps in the system and absence of the managers to steal further funds at some point it will be unrecoverable for the website. That is what I fear the most. If that happens, they won't have how to pay users back, and then there won't be anything we can do about it.

By my understanding, we had a taste of that recently with the situation involving the high rollers' accounts. And as that tasted really bad, I'm pretty sure I don't want to go ahead for a full meal...

You mean that freebitco.in PR is actually a bot posting stuff ? I thought there was some human behind it but then this account never replies to the people's query but only post the updates / announcements.

I have heard somewhere, may be on this thread itself that this account is only used for promotions.
They have automated the process of this account posting promotions and that's the reason I mentioned it as a bot.
An automated script is as good as a bot.
Now, everyone here on this thread understand about this with @freebitco.in PR is bot and working here on this thread for posting promotions related to this site, but we are still having one problem which is creating confusion @TheQuin is active here but no responding to anything as I check he was online today, but we have no update about anything with his last post on this thread is 3rd April, and he totally had 7 posts in 2024 which is wired.

Hopefully all will be ok, and we will be able to have something officially related to site from him in coming days which will end this all feud which is having negative impact in last few weeks.

People are still holding for the fact that Freebitco.in is old and supposed to be a reputable casino that's why maybe there's no action has been taken yet. And its really sad to see that those issues continue to exist since I don't expect this to happen as they are one of the best casino I know. So hopefully all of those issue will be resolve and those negative thoughts or assumptions on peoples mind will be proven not true and they would come back here and explain their position regarding on those issues they are facing on.

I still confident that they won't ruin their long time running business for those issues encountered by some people since there would be a lot more money will come to them if the perform more better and show that they are doing their job to fix the issue happening on their casino.
Freebitco really is one of the oldest crypto casino and faucet, they were even promoted by local bank as one of the best ways to get bitcoins, this was years ago btw. I strongly believe that Freebitco remains a trustable casino and they aren't scammers but the problem is that they don't care about customer support which is very important for every business. I hope that they'll realize that they are losing a lot by not taking care of Customer Support service and I hope they'll come soon back with it. TheQuin can't handle everything as it seems.
This is actually what I know about Freebitco, they been existing for a decade plus now and have built trust and reputation here over the years though their customer service has not been acting not well which is quite disappointing but I still think they will be back and better especially from the fact that the famous win a lambo contest is still going on and  there was a recent winner of it this month and also the whales there are still using wagering

This is just my speculation but the silence of both account while still being active means there’s something holding them on responsing here while they need to operate the casino normally.

If this happened to other casino usually it will be resulted to negative trust since they are ignoring valid concerns.
Freebitco's PR account might be a bot but at the same time it might be used by a human but since it's the part of PR and Marketing, I think that PR team only does its job and there is the dot. Yes, there are still many people who complain about their support service which doesn't respond quickly enough to resolve existing cases and problems, but I also don't want to say that this site is not good in any way, I made withdrawals without any problems so I think everything is just good Their service support section just doesn't exist, I'm sure their site has enough money to pay someone to be their service support to be active 24 hours to be able to resolve every existing case.

In fact, if they are always responsive and have good performance, they will definitely bring in lots of new users who are quite active on this site because trust can be reduced when a case is handled for a long time by the team due to the lack of service support which can accommodate every user complaint and user problem so that it can be resolved. solve it by the team, we all here only rely on Thequin and after that there is no one else who can be trusted to solve problems that occur on our accounts on this site. That's probably why the performance of this site doesn't look perfect, but even so, they won't leave this business.

It will be unfair decision there. The user is not manipulating anything here. He is taking the risk with his account balance to do the wager. And I believe the user isn't doing the wager to get maximum amount of GT tickets for the next round. It will cost around 44+ BTC to wager 880+ BTC on a 5% house edge dice game. The user has received massive amount of reward points, lottery tickets and GT for that wager. Those can be considered as compensation (actually loyalty bonus). He will win the lambo prize again if he becomes lucky with highest chance there.

You didn't break the TOS, therefore the system did not have anything to withhold your withdrawal for. Please apply some common sense, and please shorten your posts.
