I don't think he would left the casino on autopilot because he is one of the earliest Bitcoin adopters, probably has one of the highest Bitcoin bankroll too. Who would leave tens or hundreds of Bitcoins on autopilot? I check the website and see that people actively wager, the Lambo winner already wagered 274 Bitcoins for the current wagering contest. They also actively run signature campaign for years and they still fill the wallet of signature campaign manager.
I don't think it's the police that keeps them busy but they have very bad management and this casino is probably run by some guys only, like Bustabit. If you remember, two months ago someone was complaining about coins not getting deposited on the website and TheQuin responded to him a month later and he said that he receives so much spam from different people that he didn't even take it seriously. This is definitely a wrong excuse and they should invest in customer support but I don't really understand who is true and who is wrong. I almost have doubts since lately there have been more strange accusations against this site but most of them are beginner accounts I don't know whether they want to attack this site or not, I don't care what their goals are but maybe they have a reason to report and give accusations to this site as long as they have enough evidence and create a thread on the fraud accusation board than on this site which Thequin probably didn't respond to or whether Thequin already knew about it and he thought it wasn't something serious so he ignored it.

The concern is that neither TheQuin nor wetsuit or any person from freebitco.in has made any justification from their side.
This is bothering a lot of users as the site is still running as it is leaving their users in a dilemma.

This is appropriate action which they need to do since they can stop people to wonder on what's happening on their casino and many would discuss more negative opinions which is not helpful for them. So with this TheQuin should answer the ongoing issues since its important for people to have an answer on all allegations thrown against them. You missed a lot apparently. A few people were scammed because somebody found a way to inject a malicious script to the frontend of the app. People lost money and one of the victims is a wellknown legendary account.

Only a email with a link towards transaction once processed, you should see your withdrawal request as pending at the top of the main page though. Are you seeing it? Withdrawals seem to take a little bit more time than usually, but all the ones I had done recently have been made without rejection or endless waiting.
