I do not want to place a damper on Freebitco.in's Lambo draw that are coming in 5 days, but someone else has stolen the limelight by running their own draw for a Lamborghini Huracan Evo at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/lamboforbitcoincom-win-a-lamborghini-huracan-with-the-ultimate-btc-draw-5136090   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Luckily with Freebitco.in you know the site have years of good trust that all bets are paid and faucet payments made and withdraws done on time.  Wink

Warning : The site mentioned in that thread looks like a scam, so be cautious before you drop some coins into that draw.  Huh

Immitation is a form of flattery.

One advantage of thread spammers like this is the daily bumping of this thread. They are actually doing Freebitco.in a favour by spamming this thread daily, because it keeps it at the top, when you enter the gambling section of this forum.  Grin Grin Grin

People reading this thread will quickly spot the butthurt motives of these kinds of posters and they will just click the ignore button and never see those posts again.  Wink Cool

I do not remember any raffle or promotion or anything that literally gave away this much. You do not even have to spend a single coin on the chance of winning a lambo as well, you can totally buy tickets which is more guaranteed option but if you want to just wager your way into a ticket you could definitely play a bet (probably high odd) and both win money and also get away with couple of tickets which could potentially turn into lambo.

Tell me one other place in all of the world where you can both make money (possibly) and also get a chance to win a lambo at the same time. I can't really wait for it to start and also can't wait for it to end neither Cheesy

Yawn. You have been making idle threats against us and demanding payment to stop you taking legal action for months now. Try it and you'll find out I am correct about the legal status of gambling in the US. Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware all have online casinos operating legally within their respective State laws. The is no Federal law on gambling with the exception of sports betting. We are not under the jurisdiction of any US State.

I think you should change the order list of events of the page, or add a sort by button.

The events who will expire soon IMO should be on the top of the list.

I think its better not to be from US overall, US have very weird laws and u might not be happy with that if u're from there.
Maybe use a VPN or so, so u can avoid taxes and so on ?

The US is the only country I know of that taxes its citizens even if they live abroad. I've known Americans who had to give up their passport to get away from the IRS. I think a lot of people in the US probably do use VPNs to access sites that block their IPs which is why blocking them is a pretty pointless thing to do.
Yeah, same happened to one of our guests. Dude was basically living in my country but was an american citizen and his house and all that was still there but he had found a better job at our country for a little while so he had to spend 6 months in our country and btw none of it have anything to do with gambling at all, yet he literally had to pay a share of his income to IRS even though he worked on a different country and lived on a different country and never really had anything to do with USA during that 6 months.

USA is really weird, normally when a country takes that much tax from people they make everything free, schools and hospitals and many many more things that taxes should be paying, I don't know how they can tax people so much and still have a very expensive country that is crooked, where does all that money go to?

Due to this restriction, most of the US people are not gambling, before gambling before we have to research about the website and their credibility because there are some fake websites which they will not pay withdrawals on time. So we have to be very careful when dealing with gambling websites.

I think you'll find a lot of US residents get past the restrictions using VPNs. There isn't actually any need for us block US IP addresses. Playing dice with Bitcoin isn't breaking any federal law and your individual state laws aren't applicable outside the state.
You're right about reputation, we've been around for over 5 years and built a good one.

As stated before Lotto Exposed and Trust Pilot gives you an average rating of less than 2 1/2 stars out of 5 so I would not call that a good one.  All of this drama over about 15 BTC Cents, you bet.  Looks like you are willing to gamble the house on this amount.  We are now soliciting complaints to TopClassActions so you can become just like Big Fish Casino who sold tokens so money and BTC was not wagered.  Imagine resorting to taking candy from kids like you did me, Ken & Robert all underage and money was not lost to the games it was literally stolen.  You just keep covering the truth up snipping the posts where most people won't click on our comment to see the truth.  Been communicating with someone from the forum and and they say you pay out a lot of money to those that run the forum so you can promote your theiving site.

You do have a way of completely missing the relevant fact. The Wire Act is only used to apply local State laws where money enters a US bank.

United States Law says Internet Gambling is Illegal plain and simple due to the "Wire Act Law"

Wrong. The Wire Act states that where money enters a US bank the act is said to have taken place in the State that bank is in and is subject to the laws of that State.

The only US wide law on gambling applies only to sports betting with fiat currency.

In 2001 the Bush Administration said the Wire Act of 1961 covered all forms of Gambling, then in 2011 The Dept. Of Justice said it applied to Sports Betting only.  In January they changed their position on this again to state:  The U.S. Justice Department now says that all internet gambling is illegal.

A November opinion made public Monday reversed a 2011 opinion on the Wire Act, which established the law as applicable to only sports betting. The DOJ claims that the 2011 opinion misinterpreted the statute and reinterprets the Wire Act to encompass all forms of gambling that crosses state boundaries.

United States law on Internet Gambling is pretty clear and is posted on the FBI's website, "DONT DO IT" It's Illegal.  It is Illegal to gamble ANYTHING of monetary value and BTC does have value.  They said they are going after those making the money, not those losing it.  Furthermore Big Fish Casino was selling tokens to their users to stay in the game after they exhausted their free supply.  (Simply because users are putting money at risk)  So now there is a nationwide Class Action Law Suit against them.  Search it.  I find it really bad where your site took is taking wagers from kids as no age verification is required and in my case you literally stole the money I deposited and did not lose to the games.  When I demanded the return you call it Blackmail.  Now let everyone see this otherwise you are hiding the truth and facts.

You're right about reputation, we've been around for over 5 years and built a good one.

You got that right. So much rubbish in the posts sometimes.

Reputation is hard to come by in this space (or rather, easy to gather a bad one). Every service has its detractors, but I think it's fair to say guys like me keep coming back because of the openness. I've lost money here too but everything's out in the open. I've had my good days, and hope, like all gamblers do, that a good day will return. Can't argue with provably fair, open and transparent odds. Etc. If you're smart and you know how to take advantage of high bonus days, bonus for wagers, etc. you make up for the high edge.
Unfortunately that is so true. Having a good reputation of "being legit and not scamming people" is really important in crypto space. It should not be like that but unfortunately it is. Think about it, this is a space we are accustomed to seeing people getting scammed and people stealing money from gamblers and just saying "we got hacked" and run away with the money without anything happening to them. So we are here talking about how "normal" freebitcoin is actually, they are not doing anything bad and that is enough for us to really trust them with all our money because they had so much money in their power and never even attempted to postpone a withdraw let alone actually steal anyone's money. Whoever tries to talk about freebitcoin and somehow they are scammers will find all of us against them, we trust freebitcoin not because they do something weird, they are just "decent humans" which we all yearn to see constantly and which is why we love them.

50% bonus on your First Topup

I'll go further than 99% and say it is 100% a scam. It just changes the display on the animation to show 10000 and the sucker that uses it sends a support request complaining they rolled 10000 but $200 wasn't added to their balance. They definitely lose the $350 they paid for it and might well be installing all sorts of malware at the same time.

Yep. Is very easy to fake, I can do it and I don't know anything about programming.

This is fake, made in 2 minutes

Even noobs can do these kinds of cheats, Just go to developers options and edit the scripts and make a little effort making you won big from the hourly roll screenshot like magic. Majority of fraud people do this to attract direct referrals or to give suspicious malware to be installed and steal the victims BTC instantly.

My country doesn't allow any online gambling neither but thankfully they do not care about bitcoin gambling and have no laws regarding that, we can play btc gambling any way we want and it is seen same as cs:go skins and all that or wow golds and that helps us a lot.

In the end gambling is gambling but if the money is not real money than you can be considered as playing poker from zynga facebook and that is not illegal anywhere as well. Some countries thankfully see bitcoin gambling and zynga gambling all the same. US citizens could play zynga as well but when it comes to bitcoin it doesn't really ALL us citizens, from state to state it changes and some states you can play because they don't recognize it.

That's the good thing about bitcoin, it eliminates country censorship against online gambling., In my country Online gambling is illegal, but its not illegal to play in online gambling sites that is not based in my country.

That's also the whole point of Bitcoin. It's money for the people by the people and no government can censor its use. As long as a Bitcoin casino doesn't do anything silly like opening a bank account it isn't operating in your jurisdiction either.

United States Law says Internet Gambling is Illegal plain and simple due to the "Wire Act Law"  The law further states that gambling anything of value over the internet is Illegal, (Bitcoin has value, sorry folks) so like Big Fish Casino who was allowing free play until the tokens ran out and the user had to purchase more to stay in the game it was considered Internet Gambling and now a Multi Million Dollar Class Action Law Suit.  Furthermore all reputable gambling sites including those dealing exclusively in Bitcoin bann all IP addresses where internet gambling is deemed to be Illegal.  Some gambling sites like Freebitco.in just dont care and let kids play too.

I even one guy that did a Paintshop job to claim he won the lottery and we didn't pay him!

On a serious note, this is why we insist on a Bitcoin signed message to prove ownership of an account. It is far too easy to fake a screenshot of a web wallet.

What do you mean you insist on a Bitcoin signed message proving ownership of the account?  Yet no verification of age to participate in the games?  You accepted Kens deposits and basically stole them from malfunction which you claim was device related but you added a special code just for him to unclick the Jackpot Bets he did not place in the first place.  Now I have requested on numerous occasion for my deposits which were NOT winnings to be returned and you call that Blackmail?  Here is proof people, now Quinn explain exactly where the money went.  Stop your deceipt.  Went right to Governor of The United Kingdom's Facebook account who holds sovereignty over your flea infected Island today to let them know whats going on here.  Theft is taking place at Freebitco.in and can be proven.  Don't fall a victim where he snips the truth and dismisses us as trolls, blackmailers, and every other name in the book.
