TheQuin help me understand the referral sharing feature.

I set the 50% share as fixed to all my referrals, until now I already shared a total of 0.04412453 BTC with my referrals. Sometimes I increase to 80% or even 100%.

Next week I will increase again, when should I set the percentage? Monday after system distribution?

And what if I forget and only change on friday, the system still counts all week with the percentage I set on friday?

Thanks

This is literally a 200 thousand dollar lottery, not a car lottery to be honest.

Well 200k of USD has a variable worth to it, generally its worth less every year.   Where as everybody has fixed in their mind the image that sells a Lambo and knows its worth is quite fixed as a new car delivered to them.

There is a more substantial outline of value in the car rather then the cash, however I agree the cash is more practical almost always.   That interest option and immediately gaining a benefit from the 200k win is very nice, its completely boring vs the idea of slipping into a Lambo to go for a drive instead of your normal humdrum life Tongue

Personally though it might not make sense, I would prefer to be forced to receive the car.   Then I have no choice but to enjoy driving a very nice car.   The money if I get it would probably be used sensibly, into a pension for a rainy day and so on

Yeah, I understand that "win a lambo" is more of a marketing tactic and not the real deal, most probably "win 200k" wouldn't have the same attention for sure. I mean they had what 30 thousand dollars? Just quite recently as you can see from the title and even with that they didn't get half the attention they got from lambo, they got like an extraordinary amount of attention from lambo part.

So yeah, I agree that for namesake having a "win a lambo" type of deal is definitely much better for marketing but we the people who are actually in this know that in reality its just a lottery for 200 thousand dollars and nothing more. 200 thousand dollars on the other hand worth to me more than any lambo, you can find a 800k worth of lambo and I would prefer 200k worth bitcoin over 800k worth lambo any day of the week.

I think the realistic approach would be just giving away 200 thousand dollars worth of bitcoin. Everyone will just get that money option, freebitcoin keeps their identity hidden that way and only credit you the 200 thousand dollars on their website.

Considering there is a 4% investment profit yearly for the amount of money you are keeping on their website that is about 8 thousand dollars a year too (I don't know if there is a max amount available in freebitcoin investment deal). That is a lot of money for many people in third world countries. For example it is twice the amount of minimum wage in my country per month of that income. So, I think its safe to bet that, whoever wins this lottery will most likely prefer the 200 thousand dollars and will not care about the car at all. This is literally a 200 thousand dollar lottery, not a car lottery to be honest.
Totally agree, even without considering taxes/fuel/shipping/etc I think the best choice is to get btc and ignore the car, BUT...
But the bitcoin-lambo is the most effective pairing in crypto, calling the contest "win a $200k prize" doesn't sound like "win a lambo" for cryptolovers.

ps. they sure cannot call it "win the moon", the btc conversion will be a really hard math...  Grin

Most of the responses assume that the winner will chose the bitcoins and not the car and that does not answer the question. No reputable dealer will allow anonymous payments I also doubt that Wetsuit somehow achieved the impossible to get a dealership to accept an anonymous Bitcoin payment for the car.  Roll Eyes

It's actually quite easy to buy a car through an intermediatory. That's what https://www.moonassets.io/supercars are doing for example. They don't actually sell cars they just handle the Bitcoin to fiat conversion.

I think a lot of people who don't live in a country like mine where we have a lot of financial structures to help people do things don't realise that it's easy to do a lot of things via a third party now, as long as you're willing to pay someone a fee somewhere.

Bank accounts, buying houses and even islands. You can even use a trust to help you get your lottery money if you win lotteries and don't want to reveal your name.
I am not convinced myself. We are talking about big money here and even intermediaries  might require some kind of verification. Acquiring such large payments without proper verification does not make much sense in this case. Lets see what happens.

Who is going to buy the  Lamborghini ? Wetsuit has done a good job by hiding his/her identity and once you walk into a Lamborghini dealership, all anonymity is gone. They will have to do a transfer of ownership and also a lot of paper work to finalize this purchase.  Roll Eyes

Will you arrange that the "winner" deal directly with the dealership and paper work and then only do the final payment when the "winner" is invoiced to do the payment?

The actual purchase process might dox either the winner or the owner of Freebitco.in.  Roll Eyes Tongue

Not a problem. Assuming the winner doesn't hail from US and the costs outweigh the benefits, wetsuit could just reward the equivalent sum in BTC.

Plus, noone knows where he's gonna buy the Lambo from unless they rather waste time and money tracking down the exact dealership and salesperson. Not worth it IMHO.

Large amounts of money attract attention from the IRS and also Banks, so this is not going to be an easy task to do this without compromising your real identity.   Wink

Basically, I don't like VPN but Bangladesh govt blocked Gambling freelancing and electronic base online international payment banking service freelancer are disappointed.

Anyway, If I use VPN for browsing FreeBitco.in next time faced any problem?

Using a VPN just for free rolls can cause problems. People who deposit and gamble should have no issues.

You are said that when I use everything paid so no problem?
sorry for my country problem.

When a cheater does something illegal to the websites rules he gets banned. At one point if you check the lottery of freebitco.in you will realize that many people actually cheated and there was a lot of bots to consider as well and all of them got banned, you can clearly see the difference in lottery prices where many people cheated so it used to be a lot more than what it is today. Thankfully freebitcoin caught them and now they are all gone. Of course there could be few here and there but that doesn't mean we are having a big problem, all websites have a small amount of issue with those type of people but we can at least say that freebitcoin now has only a few of those people left. It doesn't even worth it if you calculate how hard you have to work to make a living wage from cheating, doing an honest work and getting affiliates are much better income without the risk.

The answer to your question is really simple no one in their right frame of mind will buy it, due to tons of expenses that accompany it. As far as the transfer of the ownership is concerned I feel Freebitco will pay the dealer directly, and it shall then be brought in winners name. In my opinion the winner should claim his price in bitcoins, otherwise he’ll spend huge amounts of money in customs and local taxes.

My bet is that 99% of people will take the bitcoins and leave the lambo. If you really wants the lambo you can buy it with the bitcoins won, the problem with the Lambo is the Gas and right here the price is 1.5 €/L, those beasts drinks a lot.

If freebitcoin goes up and says the next lottery will be for a castle in Scotland that worth over 6 million dollars (I wouldn't be shocked about freebitcoin doing awesome stuff like that though) then I will be sad that I didn't keep all my money for that one but as long as that doesn't happen this is THE lottery to join.

You know, if it is a castle or real estate, I probably think that is a good deal. Problem also with cars is the resale value, you immediately lose money if you buy a car thinking to resell it. Of course, I guess people who want a Lambo wouldn't ever think of selling it. Castle in Scotland only costs 6 million dollars? I didn't know castles were so cheap!

Maybe the next prize lottery can be an island home;)

If it's that way, within how much that lottery will be, because I'd love to have a castle in Scotland, it would be the perfect place to live like a King. If freebitco.in gives opportunities like that, I will have to buy many tickets that many people usually do, I hope to be lucky this time, since I have not had the chance to win yet.

I have seen that many buy many tickets, but this time I want to get the jackpot, for which, worth more, I have noticed that there are some people who have won by lot, have bought few tickets and win.
