The interest they pay is higher than what I get from my bank lol (Belgium). I transfer all my funds from blockchain.info, faucethub, coinpot to freebitco.in just for the interest.
It seems that the lottery for the moment is less popular, giving the amount of tickets. A couple of weeks ago it was over 400 millions, last 2 weeks "only" +/- 265 million, chances are getting higher to win .
If you might have read in many investment articles or suggestion from investment experts saying that never keep your funds in any single product but in this case any single site. That advice is very true so shouldn't move all your funds to single wallet. If bitcoin prices goes up again and if you can't access your funds immediately for some reason then you will regrate for your mistake.
You are 100% right. But, I only possess a small amount of bitcoin and I prefer to centralise all these small amounts at 1 site. I do have some funds also in a couple of exchanges, which I don't touch.
Again you're making a mistake by keeping coins in exchanges because you should be seeing there are so many members here are complaining about their exchange accounts are suspending or not allowing them to withdraw funds or exchanges are hacked. If you're not an active trader then you shouldn't store your coins in exchanges instead send them to any of your desktop wallets.
Thanks for the advice, I am still quite new to the bitcoin world, so slowly learning everything . I will probably look into Electrum, seems the most interesting wallet for me. I only have <0.1 BTC, so I don't think I need hardware wallets such as Trezor.
