I guess he is not even an active user of freebitco.in, thats why he never reached the minimum amount to withdraw. Actually it is easy to reach it as long as he claim the faucet regularly.

Either he may be not active or a new member, after few claims may be trying to find ways to withdraw the amount. If I'm not wrong in default all accounts are set to auto withdrawal and payment is on every Sunday. I've seen botnets used against this site on other forums, and there was nothing but tens of thousands of <09885 rolls.. I suspect they use a discreet calculation that factors referrals on free rolls.. Where high-ref users get a better probability figure. Another discreet value is used on "Multiply" betting too I'm sure..

Even if there wasn't the math is simple. Without these ~1:650000 odds every hour for these okay'ish amounts you're still making a few dollars a month 24/7 botting, so as a user being dedicated with spare time you're making about 28% of that.. Less than a dollar somewhere and that's before BTC network fees..

You guys must really like the owners of this site to do so much charity-work.. Like those slot machine ladies at casinos in Vegas..
