This question had been answered already, if i am not mistake they get their money from advertising last time. House edge percentage is something you can check/compute. If 2x payout have 50% chance then its 0 h.e if 49.50 its 1percent h.e. If i remember it right their's is 47.5 so its 5percent h.e.

Lol I even experience getting 100 satoshi here way back when BTC is expensive. I have not experience cashing out in this site because I always play it on dice and boom, lost it LOL.

Yes, they have fixed the each claim amount in dollars so if BTC prices are high then you will get less bitcoins and if BTC prices fall the automatically your claim amount will increase. It is auto setting, and I don't think they are doing it by manually.
