In fact there are other ways to get the lottery tickets. Claim the the faucet = 2tickets/hours, buying the tickets directly with your balance, and from referrals.
So if you say that it does not make sense when there is no one play on the dice game but there are so many tickets submitted each week then you are wrong.
Logically, it is cheaper to buy the tickets directly rather than earning the tickets by wagering on the dice/multiply game.
