Very true. I am hoping for the same. Unfortunately, when something like this happens you can consider it a red sign.
So far there are 3 red signs. The first red sign is from jper3009 and his unresolved/unaddressed case.
The second red sign is TheQuin being inactive and the third red sign is the signature campaign coming to a halt.
This definitely means something terrible is going on with freebitco.in.

Yes, I hope that no problems occur internally because as we have seen, there have been many strange irregularities lately where their representative, Thequin, is no longer present and interacting on this forum and not only complaints from users have not been resolved but also campaign signatures. on this forum it seems that it has also been temporarily suspended even though it has been going on for quite a long time, I think this may be a problem with their representatives or an internal problem. Thank you @iv4n for the wishes! It sure seems like a lot to me personally, but seeing how it's difficult to get even 0.5% of total tickets, the hopes are fading every day. I was aiming for that for a while and even reached 1% at a certain point but there are way too many wagerers on this site to challenge on a daily basis lol

He might just be on holiday, as a veteran of customer services and tech support time served in the trenches and PTSD for life from it I can appreciate people need to not always be on the front lines vs the avalanche of stuff that must crop up.    

Lambo is 11 days, too far and I wont kid myself of maybe winning though it'd be nice its a wide open contest.  I was only routing for the little guy in general as a maybe but who knows.   Trying to remember previously there was GT tickets for deposits I remember and so maybe its not different enough from that to be an especially different result.

5 days is end of month and for that bet I find the wavering back and forth more interesting for the moment, if it ends like this I win but really just break even as its a fairly normal result.  69.5k >  or over stay bullish is my brief take, do monthly bars count if we close this month more positive does it help I wonder.

They should hurry and start responding because if more complaints start coming and there are no responses from them, forum members who have trusted them for years might start thinking otherwise ( unless something like this has happened in the past).

Although my trust in them hasn't wavered, I  believe everything will be okay with time all complaints will answered because 10 years of active service is not a joke that would be thrown away overnight.

Every break is a good thing, even if we don't accomplish anything in the meantime. I know how hard (and stressful) wagering can be, we get into awkward situations and in some moments it forces us to risk a lot just to stay even (alive). Been there, done that... and even though I am running away from those "situations," I often get into one of them. I guess some of us are "Degenes" for life.

It seems the business is fully working on automatic mode for a while already. These promotional emails and posts made by their official account here on this thread are all done by bots, so I guess that is how they are running the business. There is no real human direct contact with customers. But you are right, it seems there is still someone creating the graphical art concepts of their promotions and betting events, although that is all...

Maybe they do this to reduce operational costs and keep the website alive.

That is what I thought to happen once OP created his scam accusation thread, but so far, no effect was achieved and very few posts were made there by bitcointalk community.

I understand this all, and I am also confident about this all but currently as things are moving around, and we have lack of communication it's wired which need to be settled specially as we have sudden absence of TheQuin it's creating some feud for few members.
Admin has never been here its very long time, but all was still going good and most chances we will have all things on track for future as well, but crypto is wired world here anything can happen very quickly with my personal experience and loses are also alarmed me about few things but as you are saying I am also feeling confident about this site.

In my opinion, people always need to be very attentive to all the signs that a particular website they use gives and should not get caught up in the idea that since the website they use has been working for 5 or 10 years, they are not going to risk their reputation. of them, you shouldn't think that way because there are many things that can cause the business that that site runs to not work out and something that happens so quickly to the point that even the site managers can't resolve it and thus close down soon. the site and disappear. However, TheQuin's recent lack of activity in this thread may indeed create doubts among some users. Of course, it would be better if TheQuin clarified the situation instead of ignoring it.

Sorry to hear about your case. I have to say objectively the support on this site has never appeared to be very good. Personally, I have received responses, but never had issues on my own so I don't know if other users get the same. Would hope the owners can get to this issue. It would be a big shame to ruin a reputation for one mistake they can't solve after so long.

Everything that has happened about Freebitco recently looks very strange. I have been using freebitco.in since 2015 and I don't remember having any problems here, everything was always working perfectly, they were even recommended by a local bank when Bitcoin was a new thing.
I think they are very understaffed and there are some problems in freebitco.in management. Their signature campaign stopped and there is no response from TheQuin, there is no response about your case too, I don't know what's happening but it looks very strange and scary. For some reason, their marketing team and graphical designer seems to be working because I regularly receive promotional emails.

You might ask DT members to tag Freebitco for not solving your case. They will probably place a neutral tag at first and then negative tag if your case isn't resolved.

I have tried to trust freebitco.in, even after my deposit was not duly credited I kept on making subsequent deposits and just writing mails to support with hopes that my complaint would be resolved (I mean it didn't seem like a big problem, all they had to do was check to see if I was credited or not)...
As a matter of fact I kept putting money in my account until February when I finally got in touch with TheQuin and immediate steps were not taken to rectify the issue. I don't care if withdrawals and deposits keep on being processed seamlessly, MY CONCERN IS THE LACK OF CARE/RESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT GIVES SO MUCH TO THE PLATFORM. Freebitco.in would have gone out of operation long ago but for you and I, we should be their priority but that is not the case. It has taken nearly 8 months for a simple issue such as mine to be addressed, not to talk of being resolved.

It is also noteworthy to mention that TheQuin was online few hours ago, still did not comment or address any of the ongoing concerns. Something is definitely wrong internally with this platform.
