Betting on multiple ranges is the only way to secure a win unless you are really very good at price prediction.
But in this case BTC already had a huge range of $70k - $80k which was ideal choice for me hoping BTC was bullish.
Besides that, betting on ETH had been an easier choice for me since the volatility is predictable in case of ETH.
Yet I placed bet on multiple ranges to secure a win.
Yes, you are right, placing several bets in different price ranges just to secure a win but sometimes it doesn't give a profit or only a small one when the correct one is actually at low odds, because I also did it several times when I wasn't really sure about the first choice or when it was in the middle of the month quite significant price movements of Bitcoin. Regarding skill in predicting, I think people can still be wrong because unexpected things in the closing seconds of a bet can change the movement.

I'm haven't made a choice yet, I'm still monitoring price movements in the next week, and if we look at the number of bets so far, we can see that many people are still waiting because not many have made their choice, the prize pool is still low.

That is obvious isn't it. If we are placing bets on multiple ranges then it is also increasing our capital which means we are reducing the risk.
So it directly means that we are lowering the rewards as well because low risk low reward and vice versa.
We have to be more diligent when we place our bets on multiple ranges and only place such bet on such ranges which gives us decent profits.

The odds will definitely change in the future because the odds here will really depend on the number of bettors until the closing of betting and because there are still around 39 hours before betting closes, it is very likely that there will be more bets and it could be that the odds here will be lower than other bookies.
I don't follow the UFC, but between freebitcoin and other sports betting favors the same fighter Allen Brendan, only here the difference is very slight and will go away in my opinion when the fight schedule approaches.

>very nice!!!,
now ,i need know about this fight...
You're correct.

This is their second fight, the first fight Curtis won the fight, but by overall statistic Allen is better than Curtis. If you want to bet for Allen, it's better to bet here because they give better odds which is @1.69. In other bookies, the odds only @1.47 or @1.49.

Here if you want to know about the fighters:
1. https://www.ufc.com/athlete/brendan-allen
2. https://www.ufc.com/athlete/chris-curtis

Sometimes, the BTC price can be hard to predict, and placing bets on multiple ranges may be the only right solution in such a case, although it is not particularly profitable. By the way, last month's prediction is a good example of this, as the BTC price crossed $70k several times, both up and down in the last days of the month.

Thank you TheQuin, I'm glad to finally have it resolved.

Now the real test.  Withdraw everything and forget this site ever existed Cheesy  Remember.  Not your keys not your bitcoin.
Everyone has their own choice and I'm sure he also knows that it will never be safe to put money in a third party unless he keeps it in a private wallet holding his own private key, but we don't know why he made a deposit to this site. There must be other reasons maybe. to play the HI-LO multiply bitcoin game or other games that allow him to make a profit from this site or simply upgrade his account to a premium level and get WOF benefits which can be obtained for free every day just by holding FUN tokens.

But I don't blame you anyone has the right to warn someone before taking further action, but this site seems to have a good reputation on this forum too so any problems will definitely be solved in the end, it's impossible for those who have maintained their reputation for so long now and his reputation was destroyed just because of just a few million satoshis, that sounds strange when they have given out free bitcoins for more than that, it's impossible for them to steal it, it's just a small mistake that can actually be solved well by both parties. but the problem is that his case has been resolved now, I think there is no need to worry about this site anymore especially since Thequin has returned to this thread.  Wink

@jper3009 I'm really happy you got your deposit issue fixed. We who are here forever know the site has never scammed anyone, that was always for sure, they've paid me out with no issues no matter how big over the years and of course taken a lot of my bitcoin too with no issues lol but their reputation has always been to pay out, that was no question.

We all hope there will be better resolutions in future, the site is a small one. Big in terms of customer and deposits owned but small in terms of teams managing for customer support. Hope this is a good experience for jper3009. Keep on rolling!!

This case just confirms that crypto gambling is like the wild west, sometimes it's hard to get justice, I hope the forum (like many times before) really helped.

Most likely, jper3009 solved this problem thanks to discussions on this forum, even though it took several months. I guess if he had contacted them only through the form on the site, it would have taken even longer to solve the problem. This case is a good example of the importance of good communication between the project and the community and that crypto projects shouldn't neglect it.

Freebitcoin should write satoshi instead of Bitcoin (BTC) in the reply email because the value is so shocking that it is impossible for any gambler to deposit such a large amount just to gamble and play dice, and if anyone owns that much, we can be sure it is a company, not an individual.

Had a great day because I won 2 out of 3 bets I placed on BTC and ETH price betting.
1st bet was on BTC price range of $70k - $80k with the odds of 3.19x --> won Grin
2nd bet was on ETH price range of $3500 - $3750 with the odds of 3.81x --> won Grin
3rd bet was on ETH price range of $3751 - $4000 with the odds of 3.74x --> lost

Those were some decent returns.
Two correct results with odds of 3.xx is certainly a pleasant victory especially if you bet a large enough amount above 10k satoshi because if only hundreds of satoshi or only a thousand satoshi the profit will be not big, but whatever it is, it's still fun because the price of Bitcoin moves quite fast so often have to choose several price ranges in order to get a win, I don't know for the price of Ethereum because it doesn't really follow it.

Absolutely. If you followed my case closely you will notice that I kept pointing out I had used the platform seamlessly before this incident. I'm just glad to have it resolved and yes of course it is only right I provide everyone here with updates as all my complaints were also publicly made.

However, I still strongly believe that freebitco.in needs extra hands on their support side of things because however you choose to look at it, it still makes no sense I was made to wait for 8 months to get something as simple as that resolved. This kind of situation definitely causes panic and doubt to the user and community at large.

I'm really sorry this took so long. I didn't take it seriously at the time because it's an issue that I get complaints about all the time and there's never been an actual problem with it before. When there are 2 outputs to the same address in a transaction the script that checks each new block credits the first one and then there's a second script that runs to do the next one. Because that runs later people always assume it has been missed. It turns out that at the time this happened to you our node had crashed and wetsuit had to build a new one. In that process, the second script didn't get copied across to the new node.
I think this is what we need an explanation from you as a representative of Freebitcoin in detail about the root of the problem because I believe all users need openness so that there are no mutual accusations between users on this site, I think this problem has been resolved and you are here to explain it too , some cases have been resolved and I hope this will not be a problem in the future after knowing that there are some that should probably be fixed if possible.

I am sure that this site will definitely solve the problem well because it has been operating for the bitcoin community in this forum and out there for a long time, therefore it would be a shame if there were any more accusations that were missed, let alone ignored later, of course it would be detrimental to this site too, the reputation of the site This will definitely be a gamble especially since it has been building its reputation for quite some time but it is damaged in an instant, which is not good for this site, I hope freebitcoin will continue to run even though the price of bitcoin is quite high now, I believe freebitcoin has a way to maintain it so that this site continues to operate.  Wink

Hello everyone, I have just been credited the money into my freebitco.in account. I really want to say thank you to everyone who helped amplify this case in one way or the other, I truly appreciate. Although freebitcoin still needs to do better in terms of customer support.

I am glad to finally have this resolved. Thank you all for your help 🙏

Actually I had another pending deposit issue that I was going to bring to light after this one had been addressed, they resolved both without me needing to bring to their notice. Thank you everyone.
These are great news! I'm happy for you that everything ended well after those long months waiting for a solution. All the efforts made by you and other members of this community were valid. Your case was a very unique one in all these years I've been an user of the platform, and even though I've been constantly cashing out satoshis from freebitco.in without any issues, the fact you didn't have your issue solved was disturbing me, as we don't want for others what we don't want for ourselves, and as what happened to you could have also happened to any of us instead.

Enjoy your satoshis and the peace of mind you must be feeling for having solved a long lasting issue in your crypto journey! I know you registered on this forum due to your pending deposit, but why not continue active here from now on, anyway? It's good to have long term freebitco.in's users posting here in a frequent basis and sharing their experiences.

Haha, thank you and yes I'll be sure to remain active on this platform.
