Expecting thequin to be "back" is not going to change anything. Do you guys really think that when he doesn't write here, the website is not taken care of? Or that the person who is in charge (as you can see from the name) of freebitco.in relations with bitcointalk that keeps writing here is just a decoy? When you here, or to that address, that thequin doesn't get information about you?
If your problem is not solved, and you do not get an answer, maybe it is because there is no reason to answer to you? You can claim whatever you want, in the end you are not going to get what you want just because you are persistent, just because you keep spamming doesn't mean that you are right. Thequin would respond if he wants to, if not then he doesn't have to.
A customer is voicing out a complaint over a minor issue that has lingered unattended to for 8 months and counting but you think that the platform does not need to respond to them simply because you're personally satisfied with the use of the platform as your deposits and withdrawals there have no issues. You are not a very smart fellow...
Freebitco.in can exist for 50 years and still decide to go out of business one day without any heads up, what nonsense are you talking by saying TheQuin doesn't need to respond to me? Freebitco.in has been run for 10 years+ by just 2 persons (who clearly have no regard for customer feedback/support).
Ask yourself if it makes any sense that a platform with millions of users depositing monies everyday have invested nothing in giving customers support at the very least. I dare you to send an email to
[email protected] and get a response, maybe you think this is some kind of joke or something.
On a very serious note, I dare anyone on this thread to send an email to freebitcoin support and get a reply. No kidding, it'll never happen, so many people (on this very forum/thread) have come out to say the same. I'm crying out everyday on this platform because this is all I have to recover my money but you think I'm just here spamming because I've got nothing else to do? Again, you're not very wise and I hope you find yourself in my shoes real quick.

You can clearly see from my stats that I am very well invested and active on this platform, (not many people can boast of my numbers) so yeah this is why it hurts even more...
I honestly do not have anything against the site, just look into my problem and do better with your customer support is all I ask. My case is a meagre amount compared to some of the deposits that some of you might make, what if it happened to you, you think you'll get any preferential treatment? Common now I've waited 8 months, not 8 days but over half a year. I've totally lost my cool on this subject.
