I just checked several archived snapshots of Freebitco.in, like this https://archive.is/CAP7a#selection-265.1-265.9 or this one https://archive.is/bGTll#selection-1599.11-1599.12
As you can see, there is no Curacao license anywhere, or I'm blind and don't see it.
But yeah, TOS and Privacy Policy was really removed, wondering why. Some things happens behind the curtains.

It is not there on some snapshots but it is there on this one in the lower right corner https://archive.ph/XEf0l

The terms of service are still available through the direct link at https://freebitco.in/tos/, but the privacy policy is completely missing.

Was there really any seal of Curacao license at Freebitco homepage? I have never seen it. BTW, it is true that they have removed the TOS and Privacy Policy page link from the sign-up page. You may still see their TOS from this link: https://freebitco.in/tos/

Something which is interesting is that they have removed the Curacao license seal from their homepage as well as the links to their terms of service and privacy policy.

I don't know if there have been any changes since then but AFAIK the last statement on this matter was by theQuinn July 18 2023
"The BV is actually in Costa Rica rather than Curacao so there's no licencing issue...."
TheQuin had misled us with this statement. I hadn't done a deeper investigation during then by giving priority to his words. FBC BV was under Curacao, which is still under Curacao. Basically, they have the same license for dPlay.casino, and the license validator link is also available for FBC BV there.

Just adding and far from completing my previous saying, Costa Rica isn't a desert.
Just accepts, without restrictions, any license that a casino gets.
So, they removed from the site what from now on they can't use.

they have removed the Curacao license seal from their homepage as well as the links to their terms of service and privacy policy. As of September 1st all casinos licensed in Curacao are required to do KYC.

It would be something positive is FBC is committed to remaining No KYC. Considering the outdated design and lack of variety, the ability to maintain privacy is one of the few things that still makes this casino appealing, at least when everything is working properly.

So, it is likely that either they move from Costa Rica or adopt another licensing reference, because that country only requires that operators have one whatever and wherever it is and, please, don't take this for granted, because this is only a note on the go and by memory. Nonetheless, thanks for the info.

Does anyone know the exact or approximate number of days we have not received WOFs ? Has anyone counted these missed days ?

They stopped since the 19th August, followed by sporadic releases on the 21st September, 25th, 27th - 30st September.

So a total of 49 days.

Thank you very much. It turns out that i have not received 300 WOFs. Very angry
I am tempted to ask you what you expect from a casino battling with issues almost ever since the year began, it's unfortunate though, and I guess the best thing you and every one else in this same situation have to do is take your minds off freebitco and move on with other important or more interesting things atleast, for the sake of your mental health, cus being  angry have never and won't solve any thing, but it rather will weaken your brain and as well, reduce your life span.
Find something else to make and always keep yourself happy, don't allow freebitco get In the way of that.

If only the management will actually come out and be transparent to the community on what exactly is going on, maybe it would have been easier for us all to know if to count our loses on the site and move on, or simply hope for their issues to get resolved, and then the site return back to its normal state of operation again.

Anyways, we keep watching with crossed fingers.

So here is the image showing my recent deposit being taken out which was not me. But they only took the deposited amount and didn't take the rest . I deposited a small amount to see if it would help me find a way to sign a message for verification. But idk if the one I did is correct and don't want to post something that could cause insecure info to breach the account

This is very common with custodial services like casinos and exchanges. When you make a deposit, they will sweep the funds into either cold storage or a hot wallet. Freebitco.in had a certain threshold where if a deposit was too small it would not get swept until much later, which is why the $15 deposit was untouched for a while. As long as your balance is credited with the amount you deposited, you have not been scammed. If you have the private key to the specific address where any of these deposits originated from then you should be able to sign a message.

How can I post a photo? I was finally somehow able to get the password changed and it somehow showed me as unbanned.🤷🏽‍♂️ I put my address into electrum and it shows someone depositing an amount then withdrawing my recent deposit plus the money deposited so I am wondering how I got scammed out of that

The site is a little haywire atm, however every address on freebitco is an alias address that links to their main hot wallet. what's more important is that you can withdraw the funds from your freebitco account.

For those watching this forum. Long time users are trying to gauge the useability of the site. I haven't heard any issues with withdrawals and interest so far. It seems that the addon services like WoF and some of the raffles may be acting up. People seem to still be getting communications from the website directly. Just know that many people are watching both the cold wallets of freebitco as well as how the site is being managed.

So far it is still a legitimate service with some issues. I've been using the site since 2017 and have seen it survive a database crash. The only issue I have with the current running of the site is that their current communication is super slow now. I wish they would give us a weekly digest even if a little vague. (even a monthly digest).

Be well, i'll be posting here and on the forum as this develops.

So I have had many issues and have never heard back from the site directly for years. I appreciate it very much.

I just noticed that the new round of the Lambo lottery on the Freebitcoin site has been counting down for a few days now. However, there are still no details about the results of the 11th round from the Freebitcoin team neither in this thread nor on Twitter(X). As a matter of fact, there is no announcement about the start of the new round of the Lambo lottery. Is this another delay or is the Lambo lottery over? Huh

There was a bit of discussion back then about this. I dont think I wanna dig up some old posts for this but that there was a discussion about freebitco.in actually doesnt own FUN but they purchase huge number of FUN token back then when it was cheap then sell it to their userbase at higher price. Back at that time I think FUN only have small community so its basically never made any huge fuss or whatsoever

Dont take my words for this, I can barely remember the details. happy to delete this post if Im wrong about this

This is what TheQuin told you specifically in 2021.

It isn't a misconception. We bought out the majority of the cold storage and now control the smart contract.

FreeBitco.in is not just a large stakeholder but they outright control this token. Looking at the contract information on Etherscan, we can see that ownership was changed on March 3, 2021 around the time that the premium program was launched.
https://etherscan.io/tx/0x5591ad7694cccbe41c699c32aa4ad56ed7d8490e9630a692cad0856e61b99c27

Later in the month, ownership was transferred to a multisig account which was created by these new owners, that we presume to be FreeBitco.in.
https://etherscan.io/tx/0xf33855f835f62faf772a73a2ecefa824275081e5c05fdc7de46b2376d60a80ae

There have been no changes in the FUN smart contract’s ownership or in the multisig that controls it since, therefore we can assume that FreeBitco.in still owns it.

Keeping an eye on this forum for current updates. We really need like a weekly digest from someone within the group with basic info to keep the credibility up.

I think I read somewhere, if I'm not mistaking, that he has been assigned another role in the company,
According to the post made by freebitco.in PR a few months ago (and assuming he was saying the truth), you are right. TheQuin didn't leave freebitco.in.

TheQuin is currently focusing on fraud prevention across our multiple properties and is no longer active on the forum.

As far as I know, TheQuin was taking care of every Freebitco related issue and now that he is gone, there are lots of problems in the website. Many members on this forum asked Freebitco's PR to let him know that there are issues and we want to hear a word from him but they say that he is very busy and can't visit this forum, which I find very suspicious because it only takes some seconds, he can't be working 24/7.
Another thing to notice was that TheQuin was active on the forum even after he stopped replying on freebitco.in thread.
This shows that he definitely had the time to visit the forum but chose not to post anything on the matter.
I think I read somewhere, if I'm not mistaking, that he has been assigned another role in the company, even at that, he ought to have been able to make some clarifications about what is going on with Freebitco since he has been the eye of the company in this forum. His silence on the entire thing was actually more worrisome to me than most of the concerns raised here. Just a little statement from him would have helped make people get the true picture of things, even if he left the company, he would have still stated that instead of not making a comment.

Nothing lasts forever
So you think freebitcoin put a hit on TheQuin because of something that has happened behind the scenes causing them to lose funds?

FUN is not "owned" by freebitco.in. As far as I know they just had a tie up with freebitco.in and the project is still owned by FUNToken.
Funtoken's circulating supply is 10,8 billion fun tokens, Freebitco acquired 3.75 Billion FUN Tokens. They own more than 30% of FUN token's coins. I don't know if they actually own this project or not but they should have a significant influence on the project. It's clear that Freebitco's lack of activity and issues on their website destroyed this token.

Oh the number is definitely huge. I didn't knew they had around 30% of the stake.
You're right, freebitco.in surely has a significant contribution in the demise of FUN token.
