I will withdraw my remaining balance from freebitco.in (0.04 BTC) today and will let you guys know how everything turns out. Too bad that everything went downhill as they have been as the first crypto sites I joined years ago.

Hope you will get your assets soon. I am thinking too about withdrawing mine, but have all my FUN tokens locked. Half tokens are locked for one month, and other half for 6 months.

I don't know if there is option to unlock them earlier? Could not fint that option in freebitco.in menu?

Good to see that your withdrawal has finally been processed, at least, all of this still proves that freebitco can still be trusted a bit seeing that they are actually not taking advantage of their current situation to steal from their customers/users, this is very commendable to be honest, and I only wish that they could just come out from there shell and communicate to their community of users what exactly happened and what exactly is currently going on..

If one thing I love freebitco for, it's the simplicity of the platform and the games listed, and also the ability to earn free bitcoin sats and lottery tickets when one have no funds to buy the tickets, wish they could just return back to as they used to be in the past.
But then, it's what it is and until the casino returns back to its normal way before, lets all again, be careful how much we are depositing and spending on the platform.

I withdrew all my funds yesterday. I’ve always trusted freebitco.in, but since the WOF rarely or never comes anymore, the premium is broken and there’s no communication, I don’t feel as secure anymore. It’s a shame because I’ve always had a good feeling about it.
It's really a shame considering the good reputation freebitco had managed to build and the level of trust they've gained over the years, but then, it is commonly said that whatever has a beginning surely will have an end, but then I never expected freebitco to choose this way of ending, there are better and more honorable ways to end a service when it's no longer the desire of the founders to keep it running, but here with freebitco, we can't really tell what exactly is going on, the team is silent, no customer support to talk to, no information of communication of any kind, this looks more like a timed-bomb that will go off any time, and this is why I myself have refused to make any new deposit to the casino, I've been playing lottery with the very small balance I have in there, an amount that I know that if freebitco closes today and I have not the opportunity to withdraw it, I won't regret or think one bit about the funds.

So, it's very good to be careful, just incase the unexpected happens, good thing you decided to withdraw your funds for now,, lets see what the future holds for freebitco.

I withdrew all of my BTC last week and it worked fine. I would not wait if I were you because Freebitco.in will be gone before you know it.

Dont blame the support staff is my advice, they aren't actually pulling the strings on what is there to work or not.   If it was just a case of flipping a switch to turn the spins back on, they surely would have opt'd to do that by now but I don't think its in their power to do so.   Similarly to the support setup of many companies they don't run the show.

Unfortunately it is a bit of a clown show at present, they made the wheel spins especially popular then snatched it away somehow.  Its an obvious way to become unpopular for no good reason, whatever spanner is lodged in the cogs of the machine needs to be retrieved and the situation rectified.

   It might appear to be a small matter to the head honchos but clearly to the users it is not especially for this length of time, disproportionate damage is done by leaving it unfixed.   
Then how do we get through to them? How do they get my bts back? They have them, but I have 0 on my balance. Support doesn't work, there is no point in writing in social networks, they don't sit on the forum (already). I do not understand what to do then. They can recognize the problem and help 1% of users, then what should the rest of us do? We need to get their attention as soon as possible. Every day, the problem gets bigger.

Is there any transaction number, by which you can monitor transaction? It can be possible that your FUN tokens arrived to your Binance address, but it is not displayed on Binance yet.

By the way is there option to view pending transactions in freebitco.in?

As for FUN tokens, they can be withdrawn to your ETH address.
If you want to withdraw them go to -> premium -> deposit/ withdraw (orange button) -> withdraw. Hope it helps

Thank you. I have already done my withdrawals (and am hoping my large one actually occurs... it has been 3 or so days now...). There just isnt any way of tracking to see if they have bothered to put the withdrawal request in, like you generally see when you withdraw your BTC.

Not FUN transactions, no. Usually for BTC one pops up, but I have never been able to find one for FUN.
