Lots of ways though to get to that Bitcoin faster than 27.4 years at Freebitco.in but you need to be a Premium Member there as a minimum at level 3 or level 4.Once you have that you get like 9-10 free WoF spins daily beside your normal free rolls.Use the free WoF spins to add up your RP faster and convert them to 1000% BTC bonus in order to get like 10x of your normal roll as a reward. You can also be lucky and win one of the big prizes in the WoF one day and hit that bitcoin much sooner than 27.40 years.Let's not forget the little interest earned on your balance here at Freebitco.in which can be a decent amount if your balance only keep increasing. This is my strategy right now and I am happy so far with the results.I know this is an over optimistic thinking but that's me.
It is also very important to realize that freebitco.in wasn't created so that you could get rich from it. I mean even 27 years for 1 bitcoin is not bad, why? Because that is basically over 1k+ per year (at around 40k per bitcoin, 27 years, so it is more than 1k). And how many places do give you that much?

Secondly the price of bitcoin will go up even more, so while you are already hodling bitcoin amount will be higher, the amount you will earn will get lesser, so that 1 bitcoin number will certainly be longer than 27 years, but it will be more than 40k as well, you can reach that 40k easier with the increasing amount. Lastly, once again, freebitco.in (even though the name suggests otherwise) is not a place to get a free bitcoin, it is a casino at this point, that gives great side-stuff and you should focus on that.

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
Moreover, this is so cool you have to loose nothing out of this exchange except for the lottery tickets which are only useful if you win something. So I believe it’s win win situation even if we loose the RP.

Since minimum withdrawal is around 100,000 RP I am just loving the new feature here.

In fact, this is more like a win-draw-lose situation because we still have a 1/3 chance of winning back RPs and a 1/3 chance of winning lottery tickets. Smiley
But no matter, I like this feature too even though I can only exchange one WOF spin per day.

I have received an email from freebitco that the rewards points can be used for wheel of fortune spin, golden tickets and other stuff like iphone etc.
I really like this update as now i can use my RP for Wheel of fortune and see if am the lucky one to get a major gift.  Smiley

Definitely this is amusing. They have more free stuff for us. Well this offering is being made since week and more and it’s getting flashed on the freebitcoin dashboard all the time. So most of the users should be well aware of this new feature.

@PawGo, does this mean that the owner has decided to introduce this feature on their site? Since you know what this is about, how can an ordinary user block such things?

Yes, it is managed by site owner/developer.

I am not sure if you may disable it on browser level (maybe some browsers has that feature, I do not know), but after you reject it, it should not appear anymore. But if you use private mode or clear browsing data, maybe it will be proposed again.

Try checking and see where it leads you to. If it simply asks you to add the page to the home screen (should prompt), then it's legit.

It just adds a shortcut to the do menu and seems legitimate (balance is intact), but I don't understand how it still appears despite turning off all possible notifications in Chrome? I don't even know why I still use Chrome on my smartphone, maybe it's time to try Firefox.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!

It came off as blunt, online the tone to words and phrasing is lost easily and its best to give benefit of the doubt to people intentions in commentary and response.
Boring things are cheaper to do but also take much longer then the gamble route, how I read it Cheesy   its best to admit gambling is for fun as whoever is right I think thats mostly correct.

Now with BTC dipping, it's a wise move to utilize them spins.

I configured the new phone (Samsung) to my dad and he wanted the freebitco.in shortcut in Home and that was the only way to let it put in the Homepage, I never saw it by the way and I trusted the procedure. It doesn't seem to download anything, it seems like some sort of wrapper of the website, but in the previous phone (Xiaomi) he owned, there wasn't such a feature, it just placed a shortcut to the browser Chrome.

It seems legit by the way, but I'm curious to know more.

Most probably it's the browser/ site behavior which can be seen on more recent versions. I use Brave browser and occasionally some sites will have a script which sends a prompt for the user to save it on the home screen, with personalized messages.

Not really.
It is initiated by web page. They prepared "manifest" file: https://freebitco.in/manifest.json which defines icons and label for proposed link.
Then that file is served to client with that piece of code in the page source:
Code:

All together causes mobile browser to propose link creation.
Behavior is described here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Progressive_web_apps/Add_to_home_screen

I see this notice translated into my local language - and it literally says to install the FreeBitco.in app. It's weird that it appears even though I've blocked pop-ups in browser options - I don't believe it's malware because I get no other pop-ups on any other site.

Hmmm, that seems different from mine.

Try checking and see where it leads you to. If it simply asks you to add the page to the home screen (should prompt), then it's legit.

Anything else like an APK or Play Store is definitely sus.

My lock for FUN tokes expires soon and I really have doubts what to do next. I would lock them for a long period (180 days minimum), but on the other hand... I bought them for 21-22 sat, now I may sell them for 29 sat, it gives 20% profit. Not bad, not bad...
20% is not a bad return because you have also got rp and satoshi from every wof you get every day. Re-locking it for a certain period is not a bad thing, because you can still get interest so that FUN increases and still get other benefits from premium membership.

Yes, I think so. Upgrade in Premium Level and increasing number of WOFs is really tempting. I have decided to collect them and launch only at the last day of month, to have more fun.

UserU<U_btc, did you find a way to block that pop-up?

Nope, but it's pretty trivial since it's part of the browser (Brave) feature that I'm using and after dismissing it, it rarely returns. Just to confirm, did you see something like this?

That's not an official napp actually. More or like an auto-launcher that will direct you to its homepage. Many sites do have this feature.

You're right. I also got pop-up window yesterday and it just shortcut on home screen.

We don't have an app. You should check your device for malware that might be injecting ads into your browser.

I’m pretty sure I don’t have any malware on my smartphone, I haven’t downloaded any app in the last month and this annoying pop-up has only started appearing on the freebitco page despite blocking all pop-ups and notifications in the browser.

Yes, making 1 full bitcoin alone from faucet is an impossible task. However, 1000 satoshi per hour was not bad either. If bitcoin is near all time high price of 65000+, this 1000 satoshi will equal to half a dollar. If you just did captcha for 10 times a day, you would have made 5$ a day provided you did not sell in those early days.
People use this captcha for fun only and i don't think there would be anyone who was purposely working on this captcha thing on FreeBitco in 2015/16 to save those satoshi to sell in present days.

No one expected it to reach the current figures, with a new-ish tech back then.

Now we see the same thing for other coins but do we have the same faith that they would reach Bitcoin's level? Hmm!

I don't think the new coins have the potential to reach the level of bitcoin but there are some good coins that have the potential to make 10x - 100x in the next few years.
One of that high potential coin can be Fun token. The current price of fun token is $0.01 and its all time high is $0.19. You can see how much money we can make if fun token only reaches its all time high again. So the potential of making money through altcoins is huge in crypto currencies.

This is the faucet that I have known for so long it makes me kind a regret not using it continuously back in my newbie days and holding it,
I wonder if I would be holding a whole BTC right now if I haven't stop from using this and withdrawing most of my earning from their captcha.
I remember spamming my referral code back then but I was too late and most of my crypto friends are already on the site.
My goal back then was to win on their lottery but I got tired since I used their site for too long without even winning.

Ok, let's look at that....

Back in the day, Freebitco.in gave 1000 Satoshi per hour... for this argument, let's say it kept on doing that. There are 100 000 000 Satoshi in 1 bitcoin divided by 1000 Satoshi = 100 000 times you need to get 1000 Satoshi per hour. Let's say you managed 10 per day = 10 000 days you will need to get to 1 full Bitcoin from the faucet. (10 000 days = 27.40 years)

So, looking at the current 50 or so Satoshi people receive now.... it might take 100+ years to get 1 full bitcoin from Freebitco.in  Grin Grin Grin   (It might be better to get a second job and to convert that income into bitcoins.... you will reach that 1 bitcoin a lot faster that way)  Grin

I already converted my RP and got 10 WoF. I won some RP, 138 tickets for the lottery, and some satoshi. It is nice. I consider buying more FUN tokens to get more WoF every day.

Unfortunately, it is only available for 24 hours, but it is okay because that means I can try my luck and hope I can get some more prizes from WoF. Hopefully, I can get more prizes from the next WoF.
