What if there is an error and I don't get them who would I contact?

What kind of error are you encountering on the site?
They have rep here - CSFBC . He said, he can receive messages now from newbies. So maybe DM him about your problem and see if he can resolve your situation.

You have to wait a little bit and continue refreshing the website tab from times to times... You don't have to do a few rolls to get them or anything else. Just access the website once a day, and keep refreshing it (once every hour must be enough).
The only requirement for receiving WOF spins is that you hold minimum of 2500 FUN tokens. You don't have to visit the website every day.
Even if you don't visit the website for months, WOF spins are accumulated and you can play all them whenever you want.

As hosseinimr93 mentioned above, you don't need to check it everyday, every hour about your free WoF spin. Because if the WoF is coming from your holding of 2500 FUN tokens and more, there is no expiry. So don't stress yourself about checking it everyday.

I bought some fun tokens a few days ago and each day I got my free spins with no problems. Today I haven't got any yet. Do they come randomly throughout the day? Do I have to do a few rolls to get them, or is there something I have to click on the site? Just trying to figure out if I am not doing something today I did yesterday.

I don't know exactly how it works, but that is what I do. Anyway, it's normal that personal data and history which updates daily delays there to display, including your earnings from "earning program" tab.

They don't always arrive at the same time.
Usually there is a notification on the home page when they are available.
If you don't see them there you can check for them here https://freebitco.in/static/html/wof/wof-premium.html

Yet again BTC is trending down, attempting but failing to recover its weekly moving average.  I imagine we only get closer to the lower prices seen in May and then bounce some.

I made a mistake previously not covering all prices, so I bet down to 50k but dont expect that in June especially.  I bet mostly below the current price but not thinking we are too negative just more of a leak then dam busters melt down Tongue  idle summer months action is not unfamiliar.
Needless say that many of us expected that by now, bitcoin should already be trading above $100,000, with Altcoins shooting for the stars, but it's like we aren't seen nothing yet 😂, reality is hitting hard on many of us and not very many can bear, but last on last, those who managed to scale through this huddle and come out on the other side still holding strong on their position, are often the true winners, HODL is king.
The supply of bitcoin and the decreasing block reward or bitcoin printed due to the halving is certainly the reason why it should be able to touch the price of $100k this year, but that's how the process is not very fast but it will definitely go there, if you look at the history of the previous four year cycle usually this process takes place a year after the bitcoin halving, I think everyone has a lot of opportunities to buy now to invest but most of them are not confident with history repeating itself.

For me the price of $60k is the lowest price now where everyone is maintaining that price rather than playing below that price for now, I think if we look again at the bitcoin price below $60k people should have lots of opportunities to buy it and invest there, The buy support position seems not far from $60k and it will continue to persist for some time to come until it finally triggers an upcoming bullish trend, possibly at the end of this year the price of bitcoin should be at $70k. I hope my prediction is not wrong for this bet

It's only 2 months after a halving and I only knew that it takes several months like one year and more than that for Bitcoin to take off since its halving day for a big bull run in a new market cycle.

With only 2 months since the halving in early April 2024, I did not expect Bitcoin to break $80,000 too soon and $100,000 or higher price is my expectation in 2025, not in 2024.

I am realistic that Bitcoin Spot ETFs made effects on Bitcoin market and price since H2 2023 and I see it is reasonable for this market to have correction and re-accumulation before a next bull run.

Now it's time to HODL and wait for bullish months in 2024. If we sell our bitcoins now, we might face with uncertainty and hesitation to buy back, so we might miss bullish months with good ROI in 2025.

Price is not value, its just the markets label to match supply and demand and a few other things.   It is possible to be underpriced and certainly things are sold overpriced, I think we all know that anyway.

This is very correct, and it's unfortunate that this is something most crypto investors usually don't realize, most coins and tokens in crypto are overpriced based on the value they bring to the table, while a few are so so underpriced as well when we also look at the value they as well bring to the table.
And one way to make money in this space is to find those underpriced coins and tokens, invest in them and hope that someday, they price of the coin or token will com3 up to match the value of the company and their product.

Anyways, it's all good still, the most important thing afterall is the fact that we now know that the management of Freebitco is making an effort to fix their issues, and think this is a welcome development.

Yes, exactly. This is what we expect from freebitco.in which previously experienced several problems. Customer support will help all users to solve their problems, so maybe this has improved a lot.

From the account name "CSFBC", I think it represents "Customer Service Freebitco.in". But first, welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new job. I really hope that many issues are resolved fairly when casinos have customer support representatives on the forum.

I think it's more like "Customer service for freebitco casino", but still, the abbreviation doesn't really stand out if you ask me, most especially when it comes to forum members being able to know or differentiate normal regular users from the customer support, that Monika still looks more like it's a normal user if you ask me.

What would have been more appropriate as a username for the customer care would be "Freebitco CM" or "Freebitco CS", the "CM" simply means "Community manager", while the "CS" simply means "Customer support".
We all only are guessing what the username means. I believe it was chosen intentionally but what it means, we will when the CSFBC account confirms it and I hope it will come together with a text description on the account too.

Customer Support
Customer Service

They are all good and honestly, I don't care what will be used and I only recommended CSFBC account and the operator needs to add an account description for its role on FreeBitco.in company. It's simple but can help to avoid incorrect understanding.

As I said before, I agree with adding descriptions to accounts that will handle customer. In this case, CSFBC has responded to this suggestion and he has agreed with it. However, as of the time I wrote this, CSFBC had not added that description. Maybe that's okay because after all there are still more important things they have to solve, especially customer problems.

At this point of time bitcoin is definitely going downwards but I don't think it will drop below $55k.
There is a strong support near $58k and so betting in the range of $55k - $60k and $60k - $65k would be a sweet spot to bet on.
The odds are pretty good at those levels too.

Yes currently the price of bitcoin is in a downtrend but many big investors are holding it and buying bitcoin when it is below $60k, I think it might be difficult to touch the price below $60k because buying support might increase at that price, as we know that a year after the halving bitcoin usually the price of bitcoin goes through a process of ups and downs like this and in the end we see an unstoppable increase in the price of bitcoin because the bull market moment starts again every four years.

I still believe that the price will stay above $60k because it is likely that we will assume that the price of $60k is the lowest price position for the current Bitcoin price considering that we have not really entered a bull market at this time but that does not mean that the bear market really has the power to push the price below $60k, I think all the big investors and whales are waiting to buy below the $60k price because it is a price full of buy support. but it all comes back to their respective predictions, I hope the price of bitcoin will give a surprise in the near future.  Grin

Hi Slaman29,

I appreciate your post.
The account was opened in order to provide support to all on the forum and make you aware that there is now a Customer Support team here to assist and improve your experience.
All feedback that is provided will be taken on board and help us moving forward - I welcome it.
The Customer Support profile will be updated, in order to accommodate the required settings.

In regards to upgrading the wallet system, I am looking into this and will get back to the forum with a further response after review.

I know, but I was suggesting an existing user we all know and trust to manage, but anyway this is done. The site needs to listen to the feedback of its most loyal and most active users, who stuck by you guys all these years. I have seen many sites come and go. Old sites lose faith and recover it. We are only advising on what we know works here.

Anyway, good to hear. It's a tough journey but we'll all support you.

Remember Smiley Transparency!
