when this issue  over Wheel Of Fortune will fixed, we will receive our past/losed WOF?

Last time it broke, we  did get the missing ones credited. It's concerning that they are taking so long to get it sorted. It broke a couple of months ago, why is it breaking again? We are now in day10 of no WOFs.

I have sent several emails to FB regarding losing access to both my email address and my 2FA account.

Unfortunately, no reply.... Any chance I could get some help here?
I see you are brand new on this forum, and this is your first post on this forum as well as this thread, sorry though but you can't get help here either, freebitco is currently facing issues with alot of customers and their representatives on this forum are no where to be found for several weeks or months now, the casino seems to be currently running on auto-pilot because there are no customer service any where to assist users with their issues, both on the site and on this forum.

So, what I advice is, if you don't have a balance on your FB account, simply forget about this and move on, find some other reputable casino and play there for now.
But if you have a balance, there is also nothing you or anyone can do for now if you can't access your account, simply continue to try and let's hope that the management behind this casino will break out of their shell soon.
Security of your account on whatever platform is your sole responsibility so if you have lost access to your email, 2fa apps and so on, this all bounce back to you and the team have less to do for you in this case, since FB has a strong standing when it comes to users account security, their try as much as possible not to interfere with account security control which is why they introduced multiple layers of security features that give users total control of the account security.
Just as five-star stated, if you don't have much funds in the account, you may have to move on leaving that account unless you have a way of recoverying those details you have lost else were, although sometimes after going through alot of verification process, the support can help you deactivate the 2fA features on the account and have that email changed, but like I said this is almost an impossible task but some platforms get be such chances to their users when the lose their account details.

The problem is not that I wouldn't be able to reset my 2FA, but that the website doesn't work properly, or rather that the procedure is not correct.

It asks me if I have a backup phone number, which I put in my profile. And it then sends a code to my email address (instead of said phone number, which I entered for the specific purpose of resetting my account in case of issues...)

Very frustrating.


I am still logged in on my computer, I know my login details. It's just that 2FA that I can't disable without access to my email account and that makes zero sense.
2FA = TWO factor. What about my password + my phone number? How is that not TWO factor?



PS: I used to have another account here, but couldn't recover those login details so decided to just make a new one. Wasn't very active on it anyway.. Smiley

Thank you for the update!  Freebitco is tons of fun and over time the WoF spins have been my favorite part.  I like stacking and spinning a bunch hoping for 10x or 100x!

One other time in past spins did not show up and then i got all at once to correct. Also, never had any issues withdrawing, so not here to FUD.  Appreciate the site and understand it can be hard with small team.  Thank you for letting us know this issue is on your radar and being investigated.

I can confirm that there are some issues with WOF spins that should be credited for holding FUN tokens.
The last time I received WOF spin for holding FUN tokens was July 25.

Many users including me probably wish that the customer support team could respond regularly to users in this ANN thread instead of just posting updates. They want to interact with you regularly, but of course this will definitely take up a lot of your time with several repetitive questions. You should at least be active as much as you can every day to serve users on this ANN thread, even if it's not mandatory it might improve things.
Before saying this, maybe you should first and foremost ask the present customer support for freebitco users from this forum if he or she doesn't have other things he or she engages him or herself with offline, I mean; many of us have other things we do offline aside from coming online to perform various tasks.

What would have been a better suggestion is that you should have told the customer support here to please speak to the freebitco management to fix their online customer support on the site, since it's faster to get help on the site than this forum where one have to post his or she problem, then wait for hours, sometimes days, for the customer support to come online and respond.

They really fucked up nowadays and it seems that those people who handle this casino at the moment seems having a trouble for operating freebitco.in since instead they continue the good reputation protected by this casino for many years. Its like their current activities drowning them and people start to doubt if there's better comeback will happen.

But lets still give them a chance maybe they still figuring out on which area they should prioritize first and since they are still fixing those issue encountered by people.

So let see if there's good updates will happen since right now for sure lots of people including their loyal gamblers are starting to doubt on their reputation.

People saying they cant believe how such a credible site thats been running for a decade could fall apart like this. Have you forgotten? This site is ran by 2 people, with occasional help from a couple others.

They are not a legitimate registered company.
They don't have lots of employees.
There is essentially 0 information on who these people are, where they operate from. We don't even know which country they reside in (although Quinn was from UK).

So let's take our blinkers off for a second and remember this is not Google, its not some big multi national company, its a couple of dudes, who could well be shady, and that we basically know nothing about.

The same is valid for disappeared balances high rollers had on their accounts. What does guarantee us that it's not going to happen again with the balances of another users of the platform? Recurrent issues, with little details provided to users are big issues...
Nice points Uneng, they should fix some issues faster, they don't need to wait for things to escalate and cause more damage... but except for their new representative here I didn't see anything else that can improve the service, it's like it was before. I guess nobody here can give any guarantees, we trust them on our own, but that trust has been shaken in the past months because many things happened and the freebitcoin team reaction was very slow (let's put it that way).

I still trust them, but freebitcoin will lose "the race" if they continue with this strategy, nobody is too big to fall. I don't think it's close or anything, I am just saying that the site can work a lot better and they can improve a lot more, only if they wish to do it.
Allowing more issues to happen when there are still backlogs of issues is a very serious one for me and it would have been best such a situation was avoided. We know that issues happens but at this critical time, everything would have been done to prevent the compounding of the situation at hand. Previously was email and 2FA issues which hindered withdrawal, now it is non-credited WoF, what will be next is what no one knows. The best guess is that no one will be happy to experience the next issues, the reason the team have to intensify effort to get things back to normalcy which I am passionately looking forward to.

I still don't understand what is going on, because there were not such troubles several months ago, during years. If it's now too much complicated or expensive to credit them every days, they can do it only once per week, it won't disturb too much the users IMO, if it's clear and transparent.

They have been irresponsive to the problems that their users are experiencing here. They aren't solving the problems these users are facing, and it took a long time before they put a warning banner on top of it. The good thing though is that their customer support here is at least active - around once or twice every month. Cheesy We know that the site has some issues for a long time already, and they said that they're fixing it... or are they? Or they're just focusing more on promoting their new casino website already.

With regards to your trust, remember that FTX also have been trusted by so many users for around 2-3 years, but look what happened. You can trust any crypto-related website that you can see, but don't trust them fully especially if you know that anybody can just run away with your money at any time they want. If you're not ready for that then you don't suppose to invest in cryptocurrency at all.
What happened to Freebitco is very unprecedented. They are one of the first website in crypto space, one of the first Bitcoin faucet and Hi-Lo game provider, many of us got into Bitcoins thanks to them, and many trusted them with tens of Bitcoins deposited on their website to get 4% APY, things were going well, everything was stable for almost a decade and everything went downhill in 2024. This is really something that you can't predict and can't expect. For example, can you expect Google Adsense to scam you? of course, not. This is similar.

I think we all should take precautions immediately when something goes wrong. In case of freebitco.in, there were many early reports that something wasn't going normally and there were some problems, many people ignored these and as a result, we got many victims.

Not too late for them to fix things but really now, they need to just sit down and do something. New problems keep coming before old ones are solved.

Yes, those of us who have been in the business for a while have had our fill of sites that had a lot of prestige and then fell into disgrace. In this case, I don't doubt that they can make the transition and get things back to normal but for the great reputation the site had and the userbase it has, it's disappointing how this has been handled.

It's true that we cannot trust any of the crypto related websites/projects especially after FTX collapse.
On the other hand freebitco.in was a pioneer in crypto faucets and has been running since a really long time.
Expecting such things from such a reputable site is not easily digestible right.
If freebitco.in ends up like FTX then it will be an eye opener for everybody in the crypto community.

Those past cases where a trusted platform wrecked those people who believe them give truly a hard lesson that we should never trust any site. The incident happened here is little reminder that we should never exercise proper precaution and don't put to much money on any platform since there might be the time that huge issues the same on what happen to those old reputable platform which turn into scam also to current situation happened on freebitco.in.

But hopefully we can see them have a good transition since many people still look forward to see them running. But also for sure this current cases happened will make people be cautious on everything what they do using this casino.
