Those numbers are in the rough ballpark of what I expected (except that it's missing ~1B FUN that is supposed to be "locked"?).
Maybe the missing amount is related to the APY paid by Freebitco team to the FUN token holders. They are providing 25% APY to the locked FUN tokens amount of the users since 2021. Seems like they haven't bought and transferred the FUN tokens to their cold wallet address which they have paid as interest. Otherwise, the amount is on their hot wallet address or in an exchanger.

I do not by the idea of mass burning fun tokens, because that will only create a temporary pump that can't be sustained, at the end of the day, it will turn out to be an avenue for some of that old investors to sell their bags and get out, while the new investors become trapped again in this same shithole.

For fun token to experience a natural, well structured and very sustainable growth of its price, the team needs to think beyond burning tokens, burning tokens can't restore investors confidence in Fun token, but what I think Is much better is that the team take a look and study other projects that are doing really well in the market, borrow an idea of two from those and start something new with Fun token, this i believe will add more value to the token, much more than just burning tokens.

Very true. If we really want FUN token to have a sustainable growth then they really need to come up with new developments.
Without new developments and integrations it would be hard for FUN token to get back to previous levels.
The glory of FUN token has gone I believe and without any spark there is no lighting it up again.

From the account name "CSFBC", I think it represents "Customer Service Freebitco.in". But first, welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new job. I really hope that many issues are resolved fairly when casinos have customer support representatives on the forum.

I think it's more like "Customer service for freebitco casino", but still, the abbreviation doesn't really stand out if you ask me, most especially when it comes to forum members being able to know or differentiate normal regular users from the customer support, that Monika still looks more like it's a normal user if you ask me.

What would have been more appropriate as a username for the customer care would be "Freebitco CM" or "Freebitco CS", the "CM" simply means "Community manager", while the "CS" simply means "Customer support".
We all only are guessing what the username means. I believe it was chosen intentionally but what it means, we will when the CSFBC account confirms it and I hope it will come together with a text description on the account too.

@CSFBC: First step now, update your profile properly, get FBC to merit you 10 points, and buy Copper Membership. Then you'll be able to receive messages and remove some restrictions.

And they have enough funds to pay the users. But whole Freebitco system is backdated (withdrawal method, support system, etc).

About withdrawal method, Yep, I think several years ago when Segwit was happening, TheQuin did respond about this, he said the cost and effort of upgrading the entire wallet system was too expensive, especially because of consolidating all the dust.

It didn't really make sense to me, because if you waited even longer, BTC gets more expensive, and you lose every time you process on legacy.

FBC has to seriously consider upgrading wallet system man.

And I thought the question is when? But the big question seems to be whether there will be anything from the FUN token at all... Like a free & slow fall, over time FUN token is only losing value. I thought I would get into FUN more seriously again after it drops under 10 sats, and all I can say it's great I didn't do that. Hi all. I wasn't too active in monitoring this thread recently, could anyone save me the trouble of reading through all the previous pages and give me a quick update on whether or not the withdrawal issues have now been resolved, or are there still delays etc?
There were some issues with authorization emails and that made some users unable to withdraw their fund.
The issues have been resolved and withdrawals are processed now.

Over time, I think people will get to know the freebitco.in support team well. But I agree with your suggestion, having a specific description in the account profile will make it easier for customers to get to know the customer support team.

Any usernames like in the two I mentiond would have been very OK and users on the forum would have found it easier to recognize the customer care amongst other regular users commenting on the thread.

Anyways, it's all good still, the most important thing afterall is the fact that we now know that the management of Freebitco is making an effort to fix their issues, and think this is a welcome development.

Well, while talking about the current market condition of fun token, lets not do away with the fact that as it is currently, the entire Altcoin market is bleeding due to bitcoin's recent fall below $65,000, and though bitcoin has recovered a bit above that price, it will still take a while for Altcoins to recover to their previous prices and above it too, I have not invested in fun token but I am in a huge loss on the majorly all the Altcoins I previously invested in.

Though I still believe the issue with fun tokens decline in price is kind of peculiar, possibly due to lack of proper utility, and maybe the issues freebitco is having, and in my personal opinion, I did say that the future doesn't look too bright for fun, except the team come up with some really good ideas on how to grow the price of the token.

Nor has the user @TheQuin responded to the private message I sent him. For me, the answer from freebitco.in has been... horrible, shameless. They have laughed at us.

Now, I would appreciate someone from Freebitco.in to calm us.
Yesterday CSFBC made this post confirming to be the CS for this forum, seems he took over from @TheQuin and as a new member of the support, I will suggest we give them more time like he already requested. The good thing is that there is steady progress being made and now that we have someone we expect to be active in this forum, everything will become normal and responses receive faster than before. It has been a long wait but I'm sure it is worth the wait because FreeBitco have been a wonderful innovation that have made much impact with their faucet and other services.

Some of you already know me. I was one of those robbed. 2 times. one depositing because an incorrect address appeared in the official page and another withdrawing because although everything was fine on the screen, all my funds were deposited to another account.

I am very happy if the Client Service becomes proffesional and really answer our issues. As many of you knows, i sent graphical evidences about the issue and the malicious scripts and even i offered my account to Freebitco.in for the investigation.

The issue was not caused by a virus. It was a 100% security issue in Freebitco.in (i prove that because i used different PCs, networks and devices) but  after causing the loss of all the funds of some users and having sent emails with evidence of the hack:

  • no one from Freebitco.in responded to any of my emails.
  • nobody from Freebitco.in have contacted me.
  • of course, we still don't know if they fixed the critical issue or hackers can attack again at any time
.

Nor has the user @TheQuin responded to the private message I sent him. For me, the answer from freebitco.in has been... horrible, shameless. They have laughed at us.

Now, I would appreciate someone from Freebitco.in to calm us.

In fact, i have returned to the page but i am afraid and review the page code every time i need to deposit or withdrawal because i don't know if we are still in danger and the hackers can come back whenever they like.
