My thoughts were it probably needs to be another company to be fully isolated.

Of course, it will be. Kingdice will be completely separate from freebitco.in. The only KYC requirement at Kingdice will be if you want to use your credit card to deposit.

IMO the only mean and main purpose of KYC checks is not for customers benefit (buy Bitcoin with fiat) in any gambling website rather than a legit way for the casino owner themself to "legally" cashout their profit to $ (source of income, expenses, gross profit, tax, net profit) or to offset their bad estate investment. Going for KYC is just a mandatory step before cashing out without the risk of tax/fraud acusation/enforcement.

You may against it with some other reasons but I don't see any other reason than that.

No. It is simply a requirement for the credit card processing companies to give us an account.

So, will this not compromise Wetsuit's identity, once he has to divulge all his documents to signup for this centralized credit card services?

If you take credit cards, you'll have to disclose to the processing company what you sell, as well as your business name. They need to classify your business appropriately for the taxman. They'll even report your sales info to them.

Are you going to use something like WorldPay? https://www.worldpay.com/en-us/insights-hub/article/how-to-accept-credit-cards-without-a-merchant-account

I think that after so many years of running a reliable project, a wetsuit does not have to worry about opinion. This is one of the most recognized projects in the cryptocurrency world. And I didn't meet a person who accused him of being unfair (besides scammers). The only issue is whether he pays taxes in his place.. Wink

We pay all taxes required. It'll all be set up properly and above board so we don't have any need to hide from 'the authorities'.

Livecasino, 20% cashback, no fuss payouts.
I actually am still overall in negative, because I made a lot of bad calls in the past (deposited small and kept losing them). Now my new tactic is to collect a lot of deposits, make a sizable one so I can actually take full advantage of RP bonuses. Then I use those RPs to convert into satoshi + bonus on rolls. I'm recovering old losses, but also regularly making very good lottery draws. No prizes yet like I said, but you never know;)
Good luck with your strategy and if i am in your position i will also never try to chase my loss through gambling but will use the ways you mentioned like investing in the bank roll and taking advantage of bonus rolls and i would like to see them develop some more activities in the sports gambling section as we now have a basic facility with few games but if they could have some more option it would be fun and i expect those changes in the future.

Oh believe me I think it's a bad idea to chase losses, but yeah I'm being a little more smart about it than before. I take very small risks in proportion to bankroll unlike before. I play at high RP bonus times, and use those to help collect even more free satoshi (using bonus rewards and RP rewards) plus also converting RP to satoshi.

And who knows in 5 months I win the Lambo? Wink

My thoughts were it probably needs to be another company to be fully isolated.    KYC gives people the shivers because it brings all sorts of unfortunate circumstances with it, people then say well what you got to hide but there isnt any requirement for anyone to be doing anything wrong and be in trouble anyway unfortunately.
I have no problem with KYC in theory but it can be a pain no doubt, its something I deal with anyway in mainstream finance and various markets so its normal to that extent but it seems to be oil and water when it comes to crypto and causes at least the fear of disruption.   Its good its a seperate site anyway.

We cant assume every regime in the world has capitalism, free speech, represents or respects its citizens btw so I would guess thats at least partly why its a swearword to some.

Honestly, I don't understand these big websites going for their second websites.

The reason for us is that we want to offer the ability to buy Bitcoin from us as well. That means we need licencing and KYC checks and we don't want to impose that on freebitco.in customers so doing it on a new website is the best option.

For sure you can't just write a whole new section of "fiat/crypto exchange" feature just for the convenient of customers rather than some kind of integration with 3rd Party and certainly it will add some overhead (credit/debit card fee, 3rd party exchange fee, own casino overhead fee). Thats probably the best excuse I've seen thus far for making a new site.  Much better than the other reason which was to attempt to hide the hidden mining garbage that the site got caught doing, the seed changing that its been caught doing, etc and thus a new site for a "rebrand" was dreamed up and then put on hold when those smarter then you called you out on it Cheesy.  I wouldnt trust it but it's a fair answer to the question along with reasonable goals.  Who knows maybe you can do what Onecoin couldnt do,  rise from the ashes of scamdom to legitness.   But lets just say "I wouldnt bet On it"  pun intended Smiley

Temporary forum vacation

Wasn't this tried in the past with sites such as the Pornhub Casino and it seems to have failed. Reason being that many people were upset about the KYC. Even people who made crypto deposits needed KYC just to withdraw their crypto. I understand why you need to KYC and license, because it would be too easy for someone to use someone elses credit card, buy some crypto and withdraw it, while a month later your merchant would get a chargeback.

However most people interest in crypto gambling prefer to keep it KYC-free. Most people already got their sources of where to purchase their BTC whether it be acquire it by mining, by a BTC ATM, or buy an exchange like Coinbase/Gemini.

So I wish you luck in this new website and hope it works out. Because its a good way to introduce many new retail gamblers to crypto gambling.

It happened with Shapeshift, but this is different right?

Shapeshift changed from buy bitcoin anonymously to buy bitcoin with KYC.

FBC is talking about offering the option, if you want, to buy bitcoin, but you have to verify. That is why they need a second website. Doing it here means eventually people here have to KYC. That will not work for them!

Finally took the jump and put in a huge deposit (by my standards) again. Free golden tickets, 4x RP, and another lambo. I know I should have learnt my lesson after busting a few times but the last round worked out so well for me (even though all those thousands of tickets never won anything) I thought, second lambo lucky?

Not sure I would go to new dice site though. FBC is special in its own way.

How much did you win?
I have been trying for several years, but always with a small number of tickets. I still hope that I can win something like this lucky beggar with two tickets Smiley

I guess you could potentially still do a website that allows people to buy and sell from you, that could also be exchange type of situation as well and get you the KYC of people too if you really want, all the legal stuff AND not be a casino? Kingdice is a dice website as far as I understand, why would people want to buy bitcoin from a casino when there are tons of exchanges all around the world?

Paying fiat and getting crypto on exchanges has been quite common since the first day of bitcoin and never realized people would use casinos for something like that. It is your own decision tho, you probably have done millions of tests around this subject so you guys probably know about this better than anyone else and will eventually reach to a point so high that we will not question you at all.

It's up and working at least for me.
I'm excited waiting for KingDice to relaunch, landing page is great

I almost forgot they're planning to launch a separate gambling site.

I wonder if it would also feature a non-zero claimable faucet.

Nothing is set in stone yet but there is a very high probability of there being a faucet.

You can check out landing page which says win up to $200 for free every hour

Just make sure that you understand the wording of that statement.  Wink  " win up to $200 for free every hour. "

1. It can be anything from 1 Satoshi to $200 worth of Satoshi per hour.
2. You will always win the few free Satoshi/hour from the faucet.
3. It is every hour, because the counter for the faucet use, resets after every hour.
4. The odds of winning the top prize of $200 is VERY small.

Looking forward to the new gambling site, I hope it will offer the same level of anonymity that Freebitco.in offered us. The authorities will track the owner and the people working for Freebitco.in if they implement KYC conformance and linking it to Freebitco.in.  Roll Eyes
