We ask customers who have lost money due to Freewallet and downloaded this application through the AppStore to write a complaint to the BBB website addressed to Apple. In it, ask the company owners to remove Freewallet, since this wallet is a scam!

Here is another thing that you can do to stop Freewallet scammers:

1. Visit https://abuse.cloudflare.com/general
2. Fill out all fields of the form. In particular, in the Logs or other evidence of abuse section, indicate that the Freewallet.org website is deceiving the client. Under the guise of a crypto wallet, this application gains access to users’ digital (cryptocurrency) assets. Further, under the pretext of verification, the administration of the service groundlessly blocks accounts and deprives victims of the opportunity to withdraw assets.
As confirmation, you can provide links to complaints from other customers, including those posted on our website https://freewalletreviews.org
3. Click on the Submit button.
4. Duplicate your complaint by sending it to [email protected].
If every victim does this, then sooner or later the Freewallet.org website will be blocked, which means scammers will not be able to find new victims. In addition, this fact can be useful for law enforcement officers, and will allow them to quickly pay attention to numerous cases of asset theft.

That's true. And also it is well designed. Easy for a newbie to get how to receive and send coins.
Not all people are experienced enough to work with non custodial wallets.

I tried it now, I searched on Google "Free Bitcoin wallet" on the search engine button appears this scam wallet caught the newbie's attention since it's free.

We wrote all the advice we could by email. But our meaning of collecting data from victims is somewhat different. As soon as a user reports fraud on the part of Freewallet, our lawyers prepare a statement of crime to local law enforcement agencies and complaints to other authorities. Only the victim can submit an application (!) As soon as the application is registered, we, for our part, send our own requests to the supervisory authorities with a request to keep the production data under personal control.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide all possible information when applying (what is your name, when did you install the wallet, how much was stolen by scammers, etc.). Personal information (such as residential address) can be painted over or otherwise removed

We decided to translate our texts about Freewallet scam to other languages.
We noticed that there are Freewallet scam victims who live outside English-speaking states. That`s why it might be useful for them to stay in touch with there neighbours.
