I do not therefore think that the PSG players will be energetic and willing to play even much better as they are indirectly demoralized.

The main reason for PSG being at the top of the table is the financial situation of this team, Compared to PSG there are fewer superstars in the whole French league, and other teams like Monaco and Marseille have the budget to hire lower-level players not players like Mbappe or Messi, that why we saw PSG donating the league. However, I was expecting much more from them with the money they spent so far but there is only seven points gap between them and Marseille.

I don't think they will see this result as successful enough to keep him even if they win the Ligue 1 title. Because they have already been dominating the Ligue 1 for so many years thanks to the huge gap with the other teams in the league. Montpellier is enjoying a wonderful performance currently. They have not lost any game in five matches winning four and drawing just one. But their last match against Clermont Foot was not encouraging. They struggled to win the game and if not for the superb performance of their goalkeeper, they wouldn't have won that match. The second placed Olympique de Marseille will not also find this match easy because Montpellier has not lost hope of clinching a continental ticket next season. But I am sure Marseille is also desperate to close the seven points gap between them and PSG, maybe the might become the league winners if PSG makes few blunders.

Personally, I do not follow Ligue 1 that much. Because it is actually quite boring. PSG is certainly going to win the league title because they already have 7 points advantage. If PSG was able to win the Champions League, it would have been the most interesting thing that any Ligue 1 team would have done.

Actually, this league is not really boring compared to other leagues, for example in Serie A there is more gap and in Bundesliga, we had always Bayern Munch in the first place. But this time is French League I guess PSG is closer to other teams considering the situation they have. They have got many superstar players in their team but still, there is only seven points difference between PSG and Marseille.

I just hope that if marseille will not make another mistake that may make the club lose more points again. As long as marseille can be consistent to get full points until the last game of league 1 and the chance to take the trophy is always there for marseille.

PSG is not performing as well as before since there are so many problems are still happening in the internal of club. Seeing how neymar is in the conflict with the club makes me believe if PSG will not able to perform better until the end of season.
