I think as long as Neymar is on the team, he will try to keep Lionel Messi as well.

Most chances we will not have any big deal in winter transfer window with management is looking for outcome in Champions League then after end of this season things could be in better shape with PSG is surely having no issue in Ligue1 and their main target is Champions League which is having good chance in presence of Messi, Neymar and Mbappé these are at their best with the mixer of quality, skills and experience their defence is also at his best in all competitions which is helping them for having better results now with the match against Bayern Munich things will be more visible because if they are able to handle them positively than surely this could be amazing for them otherwise we will be having big changes in coming season.

Juventus already have Pogba and Di Maria, but Indeed it seems Allegri has a mission to improve the quality of his squad and is interested in the Brazilian star. Neymar actually has no desire to leave with a high salary at PSG, and the UCL is waiting for him ahead. If Neymar leave, it seems that PSG will lose an important player to get a trophy. So I think the rumors about Neymar going to another club will not happen because PSG still want his services at UCL.

This season has been a bad season for Paris Saint Germain because some of its star players are rumored to be leaving Paris Saint Germain soon. They are currently trying not to lose their star players by offering new contracts, like Lionel Messi for example, but Messi himself has not confirmed his decision on the offer from Paris Saint Germain because his focus is on the World Cup first. Looks like we will receive the answer when the World Cup is over.
Paris Saint Germain always want them in their squad, but it is up to the player whether he chooses to stay or find a new club.

I think you are wrong as Mbappe and Neymar's position is the most solid at PSG (especially after Neymar returned to a good level). They are young (even Neymar) and can benefit the club for at least 3-4 years. Messi is already old and I wouldn't be surprised if they replace him with a less stellar but more useful player like Casemiro/Tchouameni/Muller. I don't mean specific players, but the style of the game.

Of course, their main goal is to win the Champions League. In the France League, they are sure to be winners, so far they have always dominated and there is no other club as strong as PSG there.
