Although Monaco play at home, but there is no good record when they are at home, their 3 matches have been filled with a red cards. Meanwhile Lyon also can only survive there is no serious record in the score, they can only one score in one match this time I have a different thought. The match between them will probably be a draw and the score will be no more than 2, maybe 1-1, but hopefully I'm wrong, because head to head both can get more than 2 score on goals.

Messi has been changing his playing in last couple of years and now he is more likely a play maker. He contributes more key passes and assists than goals. Monaco must try a lot to be in top position. They have lost many good players on transfer market and that affects their performance in general. They have good scouts but new players, young players need time to play well in a new club. Not all young players can become a star player at very young age like Mbappe.

I think scoring goals is just a bonus and a plus for the players. Yes Messi became the holder of an important role when the goal was created in this match. I understand it's not about whether he scores or not. But if he could score then it would be amazing because his performances coupled with getting his name on the scoreboard.

Lille are still terrible at defending. They weren't having any problem with scoring but they were conceding goals very easily at the same time. As a result I was expecting the Marseille - Lille match to end over 2.5 goals which happened just as I expected. Marseille are on a really incredible run as this 2-1 win made their winning streak five matches in the league. They are sharing the points with PSG now. Lille got ahead first shockingly but Marseille didn't lose their concentration. Alexis scored the equalizer and this was his 4th goal in 6th match. He has been pretty useful for the team since he came.

The winning goal was really dramatic. At first I thought that it was a clear offside but VAR showed the opposite. However it was such a close call for Marseille as it is seen in the picture below:

Even though we watched a match with few goals PSG had an enjoyable match. Messi could not score in this match but his view of the game his critical passes showed once again how great a player he is. Messi continues to score goals against his teammates. This man is the best ever. GOAT. I open a separate parenthesis for Mbappe. I think this guy has no business in this team. Because of their selfishness the team is killing their potential.

I don't think that a team will succeed by being selfish. Even if there is something thatblooks like success it would be individual succeed or team success at the average place. Tbh, between the three giants in PSG, the one who is always selfish is the youngest. When it started, I wan among those that cheered him that he doesn't have to live understand the influence of old Leo who won everything he needed in club football, but with what is happening now, it's becoming too obvious and Mbappe's actions are making me love Neymar the more.

According to you, Messi is more attached to Neymar than to Mbappe and he may decide to be helping his friend Neymar get goals at the detriment of Mbappe and the club. they just wanted to win the match, they have a lot matches upcoming and injuries would really mess up their performance, especially if it's Messi, Neymar or Mbappe, it's better to win with only 1-0 than to get your best players injured, Mbappe getting substituted was a good choice.

in the middle of the second half PSG made 5 substitutions and that's true of course this was done to avoid injury to their important players but regarding the victory which was only 1 goal I don't think it was too much of a problem because it couldn't be separated from Brest's tight defense even Brest didn't attack much simply because of the focus on defense.
whatever the score, the most important thing is that PSG get 3 points, I think that's enough.

Paris Saint Germain won their game against Brest 1 nil. It was hardluck for the Parisians but Neymar break it but the visitors only conceded a goal after a strong defense in the game. Christophe Galtier needed the points to top the table and one interesting part was that PSG missed several big chances in the match. PSG didn't put all their efforts as they had Maccabi Haifa to face in the champions league. They won their first game against Juventus and they don't want to drop points in their group H and their group is kind of strong.

Both PSG and Marseille are performing good so far in Ligue 1. The only difference right now is the defeat of Marseille with 2 goals vs Spurs while PSG won vs Juventus.
Brest isn't a good team, finishing generally +10 in the ranking while Lille is better so winning vs them is more interesting than beating Brest.
Otherwise, the match between PSG and Marseille is scheduled in October 16, by that time we might see some points difference between them.
