An incredible performance by Monaco, even though they were two goals behind, but in the end Monaco managed to turn things around.
Monaco's performance was outstanding in the second half, Monaco's victory against Brest is indeed very important for them to be able to shift

Just look at this incredible competition between three teams in the upper places now. Today, Monaco and Rennes got very crucial victories for themselves. Monaco beat Brest 4-2 home but it wasn't easy at all. Brest got 2-0 ahead first and it was astonishing for me. But Monaco made a comeback that was unbelievable and won like this. They completely deserved it. And Rennes had a much tougher game against Marseille. I wasn't expecting a very positive result for Rennes but they managed to win 2-0 too. And now the look of the standings is like this:

2. Monaco - 68 pts
3. Marseille - 68 pts
4. Rennes - 65 pts

I started to believe that Monaco will finish like this and Marseille will follow them right behind.

So far so good except that I didn't place a bet! I expected more than a week that Monaco will be in the second place and they did it thanks to Rennes defeating Marseille Wink

Next round is quite challenging for both, maybe a bit harder for Marseille but Monaco should win to guarantee a CL spot!
In the other hand, what's hard to understand is Nice losing vs Lille...

Rennes is definitely a strong opponent. However, Marseille is not a weak team. Their recent performance is good enough. They certainly don't want to lose their place in the points table. Marseille were able to win the last two matches against Rennes. And so maybe they will try to continue this continuity. In today's match I expect Marseille to win. However, the match is not less likely to draw.

Yes, I thought about this option and strangely the odds are pretty good 1.7 for BTTS (not 1.5 as it could be). But I also doubt the choice and rather I have a desire to make a riskier bet (or two) on the exact score: 1-1 odds 7.2; 2-2 odds 13.
By the way, speaking of correct score bets, I would like to know if there is a way to calculate the bookmaker's margin in this case?

I agree with you their chances are very small especially that their next match is against Marseille which will not be an easy match for sure, also monaco will not make their mission easy and they will do their best to keep the 3rd position for them

Almost close chance with Rennes can reach champion league spot after losing from Nantes 2-1, maybe left 3 points from AS Monaco not guarantee for Rennes can finish on champion league spot standing. I think have good chance with Marseille and AS Monaco will play on champion league after PSG as Ligue 1 winner. Next match against with Marseille and good hope how Rennes can finish on Europe league spot than have play on conference league next year.
