I think that's the consensus view of the current state of affairs: PSG can't get rid of Neymar so they have to work with him (after all, he's not bad enough to just put him on the bench). But if PSG finds an option for Neymar to leave the club, I think the management will do it and Galtier's opinion will not play any role.
Neymar is surely under radar for performing better or PSG management will waste no more time for giving him departure orders because they already lost their patience with his injuries and his attitude which already create few problems for other players as well and just because of few players Zidane rejected this job because he is not happy with PSG management about their special treatment with few players which is having bad impact on overall team.Discipline is key for success, and we know all big clubs never allow any bad thing from player and if someone done surely he has to pay for this like we have recently Auba in Arsenal, PSG surely need some better environment if they want better results from team.
Zidane refused not only for this reason, but even this reason alone is already weighty in order to bypass PSG, especially given the status of Zidane, who risks a lot in case of failure.

I just found out that Neymar has a disharmonious relationship with Nasser Al-Kheilafi.

In this case it looks like Neymar now has to change his impression with the club owners considering his current relationship is quite tenuous with Nasser Al-Kheilafi. But indeed the current management will not be able to do much, especially now that Galtier has said he will include Neymar on his list of plans for next season.This could be a second chance for Neymar to make sure that he is still worthy of PSG even though he is already in his thirties.

Neymar's performance last season was not good because he was injured for a long time at the beginning of the season. I think we will get better performance from Neymar if we don't face too many injuries next season.

I started seeing the probability of Zidane to manage PSG as lower now. It depends on whether he goes for the France job actually. Deschamps' contract is running on December 31, 2022. Therefore Zidane is going to need to be patient until the World Cup ends. However I wonder if France are even thinking of parting their ways with Deschamps too. Maybe they will extend his contract depending on his success in the tournament. If we take this into account I reckon PSG will continue with Pochettino or maybe they will sign an unexpected name.

Both Neymar and Messi I don't know what has happened to them, perhaps that flame that makes them shine has made them overshadow the immense talent of Mbappé's youth, when Messi joined PSG I told myself that he was going to do his thing with Neymar because both players They know each other very well, they can make an unstoppable duo, but with a player like Mbappé I would make a deadly trident, but things have not turned out that way. With so much speculation going around right now, is it possible that we will still see the MNM trio next season?
As far as I know, Neymar future at PSG now seems to be full of question marks, but if later he stays at PSG then I think Galtier must be able to maximize the potential of Neymar later, in my opinion, Neymar is a good player and has qualified skills but indeed his injury has made him less than optimal in playing, besides that, Galtier is currently starting to be coach from PSG, may find it difficult to maintain the balance of the PSG squad, especially the front line which is filled with star players who have quite a high ego.

PSG have entered a new era by the arrival of Christophe Galtier. While everyone was waiting for a experienced manager like Zidane they brought him here. This is a really big risk that they have taken while they are targeting the Champions League title. However if there is a strong connection between the players and the manager they can still get closer to achieve their target. We need to see the performing under his management first for a while.
Actually, in this case Galtier is also one of the local coaches which I think is quite good.His performances this season with Nice clearly give something interesting because with a modest squad he was able to bring Nice to a pretty good direction and can compete in the top 5.
But indeed everyone's expectations of Zidane are too high so that when Galtier arrives it is clear that many will doubt it, especially with the comparison that is quite far between Zidane and him.
But I'm pretty sure Galtier will have something decent enough to prove.

Galtier has said that Neymar will be one of the players he wants to play at PSG and that is actually a guarantee there but on the other hand his problems with the higher-ups at PSG are still not resolved until now and this is quite difficult for Neymar.But even if he leaves it's actually not a good thing especially at this time even though there are still several clubs that want his services but with his salary which is quite large and doesn't want to reduce his salary now it's clearly becoming difficult.
They have a great squad if you take a good look at them. But one key Reasons Real Madrid stand's out in such Champions League victories are all because of team work and team management.
