There is no doubt he is one of best coaches in current time but sadly at PSG he fails to give his best which was required by PSG management, so now they ended this all with mutual interest.

PSG is never been easy club for any coach because there are some issues regarding discipline which is preventing to coaches for giving their best just because of this recently one legendary coach reject job offer at PSG special treatment for few players never been ideal thing if you need good results from good coaches.

Now PSG already announces about new coach which is coming from Lille and have no good record, but we have to wait for his tactics here in this club for better results in future specially management wants title of Champions League which is challenge hopefully they will have some positive from current coach.

The privilege that mbappe get can trigger a split in the team later, when he don't like a player at PSG so it will be very easy for mbappe to throw away or even continue to reserve that player, that's why giving privileges to Mbappe get criticized by many people because it will destroying the value of sportsmanship that will exist in football later, regarding the neymar problem, I also think it looks like he will remain at PSG until the end of next season because so far no club has offered him, as we know if neymar last season has extended the contract in PSG with a sufficient salary high, so it will be very difficult for other teams to buy it right now, even if Neymar wants to cut his salary but still the nominal salary of Neymar quite large for the club that wants to sign him.

I think the problem is not in the many star players in the PSG squad, but their weak defense and lack of creativity in midfield. now PSG have bought Vitinha for the central midfielder he can also play flexibly can play as a defensive axis.

The failure factor for PSG to achieve its big dream does not lie in the players it has, so far PSG has had a very complete team, a collection of star players always adorn the PSG squad that can cause jealousy for other teams. Whoever becomes the manager there is no guarantee that PSG can win the UCL, even though PSG is inhabited by star players in the world. PSG does not yet have a winning mentality as a team and the coaching factor is another cause, the manager's tactics and experience must be the key in managing the frustration of players when they are in an unfavorable position. Indeed, many people seem to doubt that Christophe Galtier will succeed become the new PSG coach, because Galtier doesn't have the experience of
being the coach of a big team with many star players. Looks like PSG repeated the same mistake when making Pochettino as coach. Because Galtier
like Pochettino is inexperienced in handling big teams, to be honest even if I compare Pochettino with Galtier, looks like Pochettino is a little better.
So I'm not sure Galtier will succeed in making PSG win the Champions League trophy, but if it's just to win the Ligue 1 trophy, I'm sure Galtier can do it.
But we all know that PSG's main goal is to win the Champions League trophy, if that is the case PSG should be able to choose a coach who is

I don't think it is going to be a big improvement for PSG. they needed someone who could impose authority over the players. not someone who could be just a substitute for who was here earlier. I have heard that Neymar has extended his contract with PSG. so, PSG still has the same team, or at least basically the same team going into the next season as well. it will be a big disappointment if they are unable to win the champions league this time as well.

well you already said that they have the same team, and now they just changed coach, but they didn't put a great coach. Does anyone here really believe that this way PSG can have any chance of winning the champions league? what really changed at PSG? anything! so it won't be a surprise if they don't make it far in the champions league

PSG have finally sealed the deal of bringing Christophe Galtier to the team. He's the new head coach of the Parisians and the team will definitely unveil him tomorrow. Can't wait to see him take over the managerial job from Mauricio Pochettino who failed the team for lifting the champions league. The coach will set essential things in the team, and bring in some new players of his choice, just hoping he won't failed us as the other pass managers.
