One of the most plausible reasons because Ligue 1 is not like the Premier League and La Liga, PSG can always overcome their opponents and lift the Ligue 1 trophy with ease. Due to the lack of competition in the domestic league, PSG are experiencing difficulties in European competition. Winning the Champions League trophy has long been a dream of club owners, the money spent on signing star players is not worth the achievement. PSG can only win Ligue 1, but it is difficult to compete in the Champions League.

In terms of the squad that PSG has, it is worthy of being one of the candidate clubs to win the Champions League, but to reach the podium of the Champions League champions, PSG must bring in a great coach.
Well, they lost it to Lille prior year, so it is not always guaranteed. Yes La Liga and EPL usually feels a lot more challenging, but looking at it now, City looks like they are dominating, and Real do not look to have any competition left. So PSG will definitely get it this year again, Bayern will get it as well, and I bet Real will get it too, City would be a bit more difficult but they still have a good chance to get it.

When you are at the top of a league, you need to make a big mistake in order to lose that spot, because at the top, you are making so much money, and if you spend that wisely then you will stay at the top for a long time.

I think Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, PSG are going to win the league title in their own respective League. Actually, The English Premier League is going to be really hard to predict but there is a big possibility for Manchester City to win the title again as my prediction.

I don't think any of these teams are going to make so a big mistake that is going to cost them the league title. Any competition for PSG is nonexistent in League 1, And almost the same goes for Bayern Munich. In la Liga Real Madrid had some competition but seems the last season I don't think they need to worry.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi did turned down a whooping €180m bid from Real Madrid last summer, for Kylian Mbappe. The president knew that the Frenchman will definitely played for the Parisians for next 3years to come. To me, I see Mbappe contract extension as a bribe to convinced him to stay in PSG because there's no how you would offer such a young player that type of contract which makes him incharge of sports projects in the team, also the highest earner in the team and Ligue 1 at large. I only hopes that it's not a big mistake Mbappe is making by extending his contract with the team for Money and betraying his country teammates and Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez.

Mbappe is a professional player. He will play for money. PSG is giving him more money as well as a lot of opportunities so he is keen to stay with PSG. We must respect his decision. Madrid fans probably wanted Mbappe to see Madrid. Since Mbappe has rejected Madrid's offer, they are angry. But we should not be angry. We should respect the decisions of all the players. At the end of the day he is a man, and he needs money and mental satisfaction.
In the end, this has happened and there is really no need to worry, let alone get angry. this is a decision that Mbappe has taken and as you said we have to respect what he decides.
Madrid are also preparing to look for new alternatives now although with a bit of disappointment there but they still have the money and it is still possible to get other players.
Mbappe is now only focused on his performance at PSG.

Well, if Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi directly says in an interview that he likes Zidane as a coach and a player, but they have never negotiated with him and PSG chose another option that is best suited, then it is already clear that Zidane will not be at PSG in the near future. And I think that Al-Khelaifi is not lying and is not trying to deceive everyone. Paris Saint-Germain and Zidane really did not come to concrete negotiations, despite some interest of the club in this. I also have certain doubts about Galtier's candidacy, as a specialist with success only at the internal level, if the club really aimed at the title of the winner of the Champions League. Yet Pochettino, despite all the criticism against him, has already reached the Champions League final with Tottenham.
However, the rumor that has been buzzing recently is when there are indications that Zidane wants to return to coaching even though his club is still not mentioned, but in several statements in recent days there have been signs that he wants to return to coaching as he said to Telefoot .
Is this just a heater because there is a lot of buzz about Zidane and PSG or is this a sign that Zidane will return to coach next season, it's worth seeing what happens next.
There is no doubt Zidane is looking for coaching stuff and there was new he could be at PSG but after having some differences with PSG management about Mbappé he leaves this option and now looking for French national team which is going to play World Cup and after this he can replace current coach Didier Deschamps because this is now ideal job for him, and he is also interested after having nothing good from PSG.

Pochettino done good job at PSG but sadly fail to bring their desired trophy Champions League, so now he is also in talk with management for leaving this job if PSG wants to win this Elite trophy then surely they need some better and equal policy for all players giving better treatment to Mbappé is not going to help them for having good squad like we have Barcelona, Bayern Munch and Liverpool.

Reputation first.
Maybe it's the coach, so it's very good that Zidane still hasn't agreed (and hopefully won't agree) to be their coach.
I don't know, for some reason Zidane refused PSG's offer to ask for his hand as a coach. But it would surprise me if Zidane actually turned down the offer. I want him to accept the offer and fight together for the best, but maybe Zidane has other reasons why now he doesn't want to sign a contract.

As for Neymar, PSG are trying to get rid of him - they write that they want to sell him to Juventus and even agree to add some part to Neymar's salary in Juventus  Grin But Neymar does not want to leave PSG, which is a big problem in terms of freeing up the budget for salaries.
In the past few days haven't read any news about it, so maybe it's just a rumor going around. But if Neymar really wants to do it, then Juventus isn't a bad team for his future either.

I think that only a crazy man could accept a contract for PSG. Their team is formed only by stars and it isn't absolutely easy to work with team, compared it seems infernal to work with them and everyone has seen what is

happened also this year. Maybe a name like Gaultier could be good, but Zidane risks to burn his career if he agree to join in PSG.

Projects like PSG are complete nonsense for a coach with a reputation. Firstly, the internal situation is as bad as possible - this is a bunch of stars, and some of them have a "special" position and it is unlikely that there is much discipline within the team. Secondly, there is one goal here - victory in the Champions League. But this is a very random achievement that no one can guarantee, so it's gambling in its own way. Even if Zidane wins Ligue 1, the French Cup but does not win the Champions League, it will be considered a failure.

I don’t think that these are just rumors, because, firstly, the rumors that PSG want to get rid of Neymar are already very old, and secondly, this is a completely logical move - he has a huge salary and he prevents PSG from signing new players since there are restrictions on budget.

Well in my opinion, the French Man Mbappe would have accepted the offer to play for Real Madrid instead of staying at PSG. Choosing Money as a young player is not too good I expected him to play where he will be noticed very well and playing alongside Vinicous Jr and Benzema would be a superb combination but he is a man he knows what he wants as a professional that he is and we can not stop him from taking his decision.

Zidane has been rumored to be coming back to coach the team all this time but reportedly he is not interested in coaching PSG at the moment, from some existing media it is said that Zidane might replace Didier Deschamps as coach of the French National Team, the statement of Zidane agent who some time ago mentioned Zidane not having any agreement with PSG of course solves all the rumors that if zidane is one step away for managing PSG, I think now it is most likely that Galtier will take over as PSG coach from Pochettino to next season.
Zidane name has often appeared as a candidate for PSG coach. However, until now there has been no statement of Zidane's interest in really showing full support as PSG coach. As you said the French national team is a suitable escape for Zidane. PSG also did not get satisfactory results from the negotiations carried out with Zidane. So from what I found in the local news, Christophe Galtier is an alternative choice for PSG.

Ousmane Dembele is a target for PSG also now. They are in a race to sign him with Bayern Munich mostly. Dembele is going to be a free agent at the end of this month. PSG are making an effort to increase the quality of their squad now and Dembele is a good player to sign for them. He hasn't been able to perform very impressively for Barcelona so far. Xavi thought of keeping him in the team for a longer time but they don't seem like they will extend his contract. PSG can help him shine again. He will need to work hard to be a part of the starting eleven of course.

PSG has won the race with AC Milan to get Lille player Renato Sanches and PSG reported has spend 25 millions euro plus bonus to get him and as midfielder centre during last season i think his performance quite impressive although not the best midfielder in France league but he can managed midfield from Lille with very good and for next season he can be used as substitution of Marco Verratti or both of them can be played together so this can makes PSG squad stronger

Christophe Galtier will most likely be the new coach of paris saint germain. according to french media reports, an agreement between the ligue 1 champions and C. Galtier's current club ogc nice is imminent. according to "l'equipe," psg will pay Nice a transfer fee of around €10 million.
however, the deal will not be announced until the current coach Mauricio Pochettino has been sacked. negotiations are still underway with M. Pochettino about the severance pay.

I actually don't have any hope with PSG about winning the Champions League. I think after all it comes down to not playing enough hard opponents throughout the whole year. There is a reason why almost every English Premier League team does very well in the Champions League and that's because they generally face daily hard opponents and that makes them ready for bigger challenges. But that is not the case with PSG. And for these reasons, I knew that Zidane is not going to be attracted to PSG even though PSG has really good players.

Well to be fair, it was a serious challenge in the first place for a guy like Poch. Brilliant tactically and showed what he could do with a limited squad (Spurs), to take them into Champions League final, to take them into top 4 repeatedly, with the spending and talent he had was criminal. And he thought maybe he could turn things around at PSG. But he never dealt with those kinds of stars man. Kane and Son, sure, even Bale before, but those were one or two stars and I would say not half as "glitzy" as the ones PSG has.

It's not so much about the farming it's about winning UCL but when there's a lot of non-football factors (wives girlfriends family delegations etc) it becomes less about how good you are as a coach but how you are as a true manager of life affairs lol
Basically they still need a little more time, if we only consider the star players then Real Madrid also has a lot of star players. But because Real Madrid have had a lot of success for a long time, compared to PSG they are just getting started. It's different if we consider players obtained from their respective academies then of course PSG does not have these criteria, but if we only consider star players then I think PSG will be able to have success in the Champions League in the future.

I don't know how much time you can get in the modern game though. PSG is a long time project now, when you consider then the money came in and when wealth took over anything sensible about football less than 20 years ago. Chelsea's owner (the old Russian one hehe) never had patience. One season was all it took. PSG know the title's theirs, there really isn't anything left except the Champions League.

Chelsea got immediate success, and so did City, won something quick. But you're right, Real in CL is something else and everyone needs a LOT of time to get to that level.
Indeed, no one knows how long it will take for them to win the Champions League title, but I just think with the fact that the teams with rich owners will certainly succeed as well over time. In fact, if we realize Manchester City have no shortage in terms of finance and even Manchester City have a great coach but so far they can only win titles in local leagues, but not for european leagues like Champions League. Compared to PSG, the PSG team even though they have good finances but does not have good management, especially from the coach's side. So it is natural and not something strange if PSG is still difficult to win the Champions League title because even Manchester City, which is basically better than PSG, still failed in the Champions League.

I feel that mbappe will eventually tire of the club. Although placed in charge of new signings and other projects, he could get bored if he's the kind of player that would prefer to create a niche or name for himself. Despite being a good player, the Frenchman is not as popular as the likes of Messi and Neymar.

Mauricio Pochettino can succeed in winning this champions league with PSG next season as compared to Christophe Galtier.
All could be UCL champions including Mauricio Pochettino if still at PSG. But I don't know when, I still doubt if it is in the near future. Mauricio Pochettino has little experience in the UCL. Perhaps his best achievement was also with PSG when he lost to Madrid. I think they were expecting Zidane but it seems he doesn't want to go to PSG. For Christophe Galtier it looks like he's nice coach. Even PSG had to pay 40 million euros for him.

PSG are going to be the biggest favourite for the league championship once again of course. Because I don't see any other team that are as powerful as PSG now. PSG have a way better squad than all of the remaining teams in the league of course and this makes things too difficult for the others. Therefore I think that PSG are going to win the league championship again but maybe there could be a slight chance for us to see a good competition between them and a team. I hope that happens.  Cheesy

PSG's only problem this season will be staying awake waiting for the really important games (Champions League)  Grin Maybe Mbappe will try to make his stats look nice or Messi will try to restore his reputation as a goalscorer, but in general I'm sure PSG will suffer from a lack of motivation and strong opponents. Perhaps this will affect their performance in the Champions League.

PSG will need to find a way to get ahead of this problem next season. They don't have a luxury like making simple mistakes or struggling too much in the Champions League. PSG want to achieve the Champions League title as soon as possible. They can't do this as long as they continue to lose their focus easily. The Ligue 1 hasn't been too difficult for them so far and this should be helpful for them to concentrate on the Champions League. Fans want success there and they will need all of their crucial players performing good to make it.
