Everyone thought the same way before the game with Nantes. I think PSG is still able to surprise and maybe again unexpectedly lose points. By the way, Saint Etienne is on the rise - out of the last four matches they have won 3 and drawn one. An excellent result for a team from the basement of the standings. I see bookmakers quotes but I don't think this game will be easy for PSG.

PSG do look quite strong with a some of top players at their have, but they are always as likely to be beaten as in their last game. Messi, Neymar and Mbappe can't help PSG prevent defeat every game because football is a team game where when the team plays badly then the worst result is to lose or draw.

Saint-Etienne are in good form of late where they have lost just 1 time in their last 5 match. PSG of course must be wary of Saint-Etienne even though PSG are playing at home because PSG's bad trend can still continue if there is not enough enthusiasm to win. Honestly I believe PSG won because they still want to keep a points gap with their rivals so they can focus on the second leg of the Champions League better.

This you said is correct. Many Brazil players don't know how to keep fit. Ronaldinho has same problem too during his playing time. We all know that Neymar is injury prone, but was not just his only or major problem. His problem started when he left Barcelona to psg. Everything about him changed. He was doing so great in Barcelona but he believed he could do better without Messi but it was wrong in the end. I miss that Neymar, Suarez and Messi combination.

Dusan is still doing quite well and even he is currently in the hunt for Top Scorers, Ansu and Vinicius are also without a doubt and maybe there will be another addition now like Gavi. He is also quite potential for the future even he is currently only 17 years old but his performance is also insane.

Neymar is indeed a pretty good player but indeed he is not right to be said as the next successor.
Maybe he will be better said as a career supporter later like Ibra is doing now

A really exciting game is played right now between montpellier and rennes after 45 minutes the score is 2 2, before the start of the game rennes team was heavily favourite with a @1.75 odd to win it was a bit surprising considering montpellier is a tough team to beat and they are playing at home, both teams performed equally in the first half the winner will be difficult to predict.

Many have chances, this is true, but not everyone realizes them, someone because of lack of the motivation to persistently improve themselves from year to year, someone because of injuries. For example, I remember the magnificent Roode Van Nistelrooy - at one time he was a real contender for the top 1, but a series of injuries crippled his career. Medicine improves from year to year, but so far, injuries have a strong impact on players' careers.

Actually Ligue 1 looks quite balanced league if you take a look on the table after removing PSG. The gap between the teams is very tight, every match count since the result could flip from a round to another. Now with PSG in, the league look quite annoying with a clear winner after few rounds from the beginning since there is a huge difference between PSG and the rest. PSG has to join EPL tho

Actually, it is quite obvious that without PSG there is no good team in this League. and PSG are easily able to run over almost all the teams in this League. The amount of competition in this League is really minimal and it is not that enjoyable in my opinion. It might be great from a PSG fan's point of view but from a neutral perspective, I think it is absolutely boring. I would have liked to see some more competition and how Lionel Messi performs under that type of pressure in his new team. but I don't think I am going to be able to see that.

Ligue 1 is like the bundesliga where only one team has been able to dominate the league for almost many years, I think for another 3 or even 5 years we will still see PSG as the ruler of Ligue 1 and I believe a club like Lille will probably need enough time. It took a long time to get back to winning Ligue 1, I even suspect that Messi moved to PSG because of a less competitive league factor because I think he has been too comfortable playing in Barcelona, and when Messi was with Barcelona, of course we knew that at that time La Liga was also not It's too competitive so that the competition is only between Barcelona and Real Madrid, if Messi continued his career in the English Premier League, I think he would have a lot of difficulty in facing a tough game and often relying on physicality so far Grin

I think Neymar still not looks old for PSG because Ligue 1 is not really competitive like Primer League, Serie A or La Liga, still have very different financial between PSG and other Ligue 1 participants team and I think Neymar is still good player for PSG depending not really special if moving to other league right now. I think about two or three years still competitive for Neymar on Ligue 1 and he can show his magic with PSG and bring team keep reach with Ligue 1 trophy but not any good achievement with UEFA Champion League.

I think Neymar is not going to play for that long period of time because we have already heard a lot of news about him retiring from the international scene.

so, I don't think he will be a player who is going to play till the age of 40. so, I think it is quite possible in his case to end his career in PSG. He is still a great player no doubt about that. and I think he still has a lot to give to PSG. And along with his fast partner from Barcelona, Lionel Messi, I think he can achieve a lot of great things.
