It is interesting to see that Lyon are still in the lead by 1-0 against PSG. PSG seem to be dominating the match by their performance but they are struggling to score even one goal. Lyon are getting a little more closer to a victory every minute. And I would really like to see them winning too. Because the league has started becoming really boring as PSG have opened the gap with the second team in the standings a lot.
Lyon were unable to maintain the winning to the end of the match. Michut got into the game as the 69th minutes. And assisto Kehrer into equalizing the match 7 minutes later. Although, without doubt the match was tough for PSG to score despite dominating the match with 69% ball possession. If Lyon probably maintain their performance and won in their next 2 matches. Which will be played against Troyes and Et-Étienne. They will surely advance on the standings.
Yes but another relatively late game goal by PSG. Even though they are decently underway in the Ligue 1 table, people following the games a bit closer know that PSG had a good couple of games that were really close but went in their favor. Things could be looking differently for them. They often lack the absolute dominance that you would expect from a team with such world class players compared to the average quality of Ligue 1 teams.

It is difficult to assess this match as the teams played in lineups that were far from optimal. Judging by the statistics, the result is fair, since PSG dominated only in possession of the ball. I don't think without Messi and Di Maris PSG lost a lot of motivation today to win. Mbappe and other players are enough to make PSG more dominant than Lyon. We'll see PSG score, that's most likely in my opinion.
Well it does affect the team but I mean come on, PSG has the best squad from all Ligue 1 teams combined so they should be fine even without both Messi and Di Maria. I was kinda expecting Lyon to turn some tide in because PSG had 3 draws in the last 5 games and also the odds for PSG to win was over 2x and thats kinda suspicious for PSG.
Now Im kinda tempted to go with PSG, the live odds are around 5.1 right now

Just as I expected, Lyon are not intending to let PSG win easily in this game. They have got ahead by 1-0 earlier in the first half and still lead by the same score. This is a big opportunity for Lyon to even win really. PSG are the toughest team to beat in the league indeed. But they are not unbeatable and Lyon are showing this to us for now. Honestly, I would like to see them losing this time.

Lyon managed to take advantage of the opportunity quite well where their counter-attack paid off. Lyon lead 1-0 even though PSG really made it difficult for them to control the game.

A huge win for nice today against brest with 3 0 despite being a player short due to a red card on the 20th minutes but they managed to hold the advantage they had and score two more goals thanks to delort and gouiri and with these three points they took the second place from marseille for now.
The match was quite exciting, how they were constantly told to defend but their fast counter-attack was so crazy.I give a good credit score to the defenders, especially to Benitez who is under the bar.

Hardly any interesting games anymore in Ligue 1. Usually Lyon vs. Paris used to be a good game. Now that PSG is missing a ton of players there might even be a chance for Lyon. I am quite sure that they won't risk anything with any of the top stars in Paris to start to early again. They will again put all emphasis on the Champions League games in February.

Nantes - Monaco game is still going on by 0-0. This could be one of the most boring games in the Ligue 1. 
Nantes have been much better in the second half as they got so many goal chances. Monaco seem to have the most ball possession but they are still having a problem on finding the target. There are less than ten minutes left to the end and this situation is very risky for Monaco. But I think that the game will end by this score.

The one third of the first half has passed and Lens have been performing a little more for now. I think that both teams will score one goal at least. And Lens could be the first scoring team also. But Rennes are one of the durable teams and they wouldn't let their opponent win easily. Even if Lens somehow manage to win, it would be a win by one goal difference I think. I like to watch these teams both in this season as they are really trying for something.
Indeed the match ended with Lens winning with the goal difference. The game was tough, but Lens managed to secure a goal at the 89th minutes. Although, Lens played defensively, which made it difficult for Rennes to score any goal. All thanks to Said, he probably scored 19 minutes after he got in the match. It was a tough game for both teams none of them wanted to lose thats why we have not seen many occasions but in the end one goal was enough for lens to get back to winning since they had not won in the last six games a draw was more logical rennes team is really good. Jump to:
