There are still three days for the new match week to start. As far as I can see, the most salient game is Monaco - Rennes. Monaco are trying to get back to their performance in the last season at least but they should keep winning to be able to do this now. Rennes are in a much better condition than them and playing big for the top positions in the standings. Each team can score I think but I don't have a clear opinion about which side can win.

The amount that PSG spends to build their squad, ligue 1 no other team spends that amount and no other team has so many star players. Moreover PSG management has formed them to make the champions perform better. And so they've added a lot of star players to the team, and are spending a lot of money. Ligue 1 does not need such a strong squad to win the title.
Some years ago, Monaco were doing the same thing that PSG have been doing. For the 2016-17 season, Monaco built a really solid team and they became the champions in the Ligue 1 by ending the season quite far ahead of PSG. They had Mbappe also then. And after some time, PSG built a really strong team and they have strengthened their squad even more now by adding Messi to the team also. And they continue to dominate most of the seasons.
They will continue to dominate the league for as long as the Sheikhs decide to pump money into the club. Monaco couldn't compete with PSG and I guess almost no club in the world is able to compete with PSG financially. The only thing that speaks against PSG and in favor of a club from the Premier League is that the PL is much more attractive to top players.

I am also feeling sad for this French League how they are going down because few years back there were some good competition between few teams all were performing well with some good number of quality players and having some very good investments from owners which was giving good entertainment but now suddenly just PSG is having very handful lead and all other teams struggling very badly even Monaco is also having very bad time even have some good players but recently their performance is not good with Lyon down in league table and Marseille is just enjoying with PSG and Lille after winning last year's title now also having very bad time with very poor ranking in League but still having some good time in Champions League.
This investment was a toy (or money laundering) by the oligarchs. It couldn't lead to anything good. The French championship will develop when serious money comes to it aimed at generating income (as in the EPL). The fact that the league is now in crisis may even be good from the development point of view - you can invest in a club and take one of the places that give the right to play in the Champions League, where the main money is spinning.

Yes true. However, Monaco could not build a team as strong as PSG now. Goalkeeper Donnarumma was named the most valuable player of Euro 2020. Their defense is full of top-notch players. The offensive line, on the other hand, has players who will be in the few teams in the world. Mbappe played a key role in both teams. He's also playing an important role at PSG this year.
For sure Monaco didn't have enough money and stuck on financial fair play. They are only able to use the strategy to sell the young potential player as they did in past (Mbappe). Now, they have Tchouameni, a young player who has talented which contested by MU and Chelsea, when happens Monaco will be got much money for the deal. Monaco is also great outside, has never lost also in European League.Monaco as a team is stable. They are very caring towards young players. They find young talent and help them become more experienced. Monaco's goal is not to win titles, but to develop and empower young talent. They can make money by selling them. However, Monaco is doing its job very well. If they could spend some money and coordinate the star players in the team, they might be able to compete for the Ligue 1 title.

Mbappe and the likes of Bernardo Silva, Fabinho both at Manchester City and Liverpool.
They really gave them best that season, and got positive results by going on to win the league.
Although Messi seems like around the end of his career but have still got it when it come to scoring goals and creating chances.
Have a well experienced defender like Sergio Ramos is also a good one for the young lads to learn.

Of course, Monaco has difficulty competing with PSG, because PSG have strong finances to bring in star players. Not only Monaco other teams

They have world class level players like Mbappe and Neymar. Of course they will dominate the league in the French league. But I disagree with you about the lack of competition. Despite being very strong economically, Paris SG failed to win Ligue 1 last year. Lille finished last year as champions. It means that they have achieved a better team harmony this year, not in terms of money. in Ligue 1 are also difficult to compete with PSG, now PSG really dominates Ligue 1. The next round is approaching and we could watch an enjoyable match in four days I think. Monaco are going to be having a home match against Rennes. There is no very clear favourite side in this match as both teams can defeat the other one. But Rennes are in a better condition than Monaco as they are 5 points ahead of Monaco and they are at the third place now. Monaco were doing good until the PSG match and they lost that match. Rennes also lost their last match to Nice by 2-1 home. It can be a really competitive match that both teams are scoring in.
Rennes are at their best, I think they can compete against AS Monaco at the Stade Louis II, If Rennes wins their match against AS Monaco, they will immediately be in second place in Ligue 1. Whereas if AS Monaco loses this match, they will downgrade.

Even it's very strange for me as well but mostly Bookmakers done this all with their own analysis and having own system which is helpful for them in this case because I am feeling Real Madrid has more chance to win this Champions League instead of PSG, but they are favoring them which is unusual for me.Now we have break here in French Ligue1 and now all matches are going to be played on Tuesday and after this we have another very long break winter break which is going to end after 2 weeks hopefully we will have some entertaining matches in coming weeks.

I can confidently say that PSG are confirmed to be Ligue 1 champions again this season
PSG are dominating Ligue 1 and their points are far above the other teams. But to make sure they become champions for now is not relevant, because even 3/4 of the season's matches have not been completed, there are still 20 games left, all possibilities can happen, therefore I hope PSG have bad luck in their next few matches, so that they win Ligue 1 is interesting to look forward to.
Last year's reigning champions are now in a less-than-good form.
there has to be something that does make them play badly if there is to be any chance of overtaking them and that is very difficult to happen.
Even though the league is still very far away, it's not even halfway through the season but I'm very optimistic that this can happen

I don't think there's anything to doubt about PSG in Ligue 1, with a squad like that it's very possible for PSG to maintain their top position. But for his journey in the UCL, I really don't believe PSG will go further, the opponent that PSG will face in the last 16 is Real Madrid, where Madrid this season has also dominated La Liga. With that kind of capital, of course, the morale of the players will be maintained but at this moment I personally am not sure for PSG but for the next match who knows what changes will occur because we know Messi's chemistry with PSG's gameplay now looks better.
Bookmakers rate PSG's odds of winning the Champions League at 9.9. For Real Madrid, the odds are twice as bad at 18.3. Considering that they play among themselves in the 1/8 finals, this is very strange in my opinion - did PSG show any good game in the group stage to rate it so much higher?

I really appreciate PSG's gigantic form in the Ligue 1 so far. They are playing like they are in a video game. 
They have lost only once so far in 18 Ligue 1 games. And they won 14 of them. They have a gap like 13 points even with the second-placed team which are Marseille. The other teams including Marseille are having a very big difficulty in keeping up with PSG. And as there is a very wide gap in strength between PSG and any of the rest of the teams, it is not seen as a surprising thing.
PSG journey in Ligue 1 this season is not too surprising for me, because all this time PSG has dominated Ligue 1 and with a star-studded squad about it is not surprisin if the competition in Ligue 1 right now is not competitive, because PSG rivals do not have strength to be able to balance the strengths of PSG, I think with the difference in points that are quite far now of course it can be ascertained that PSG will win the trophy with the difference in points far enough from the club that is in the runner-up position.
