Monaco philosophy is built on nurturing young talents like Mbappe. And the club has no goal to keep them at team, they willingly sell them for a lot of money to top European clubs. And therefore it is very difficult to count on the fact that the club will be able to constantly be at the top of the standings, this becomes possible in certain seasons, when the team reaches the peak of its form. And then, as you rightly said, after the players are sold, the club plays mediocre again until it fosters new talents.

Monaco and Lille lose their strength as I remember seasons when they are top competitors with PSG for the title. They sold their star players, many of them left Monaco and Lille and now they are in worse positions.

PSG and Ligue 1 is the most surreal league in the big European leagues, in my opinion as a bystander watching the news but not the games.

And it was also surreal in English league all those years ago when Abramovich came into the scene and bought Chelsea and they won the league right after that.

Newcastle would be surreal if they didn't have any other super rich clubs coming. And in French ligue with just 1 super rich club (monaco used to be but a small fish now compared to PSG), of course expectations are surreal.

Many football clubs have changed drastically after the arrival of new rich owners, just imagine how PSG was once a club that was not able to compete but now they have been very dominant in the French ligue, I agree with what you said, now the achievement of a club is very dependent on the financial strength of the club, although there are small clubs that can champions but it is very rare happen so far, in my opinion now newcastle which was acquired by the prince of saudi arabia would certainly have the potential to turn into a very rich club and maybe even surpass the wealth owned by PSG right now.

I think Monaco will win because they have to largen their points gap between Lille, and probably slide up on the Ligue 1 standings. But, we shouldn't underrate Lille in this match. Don't forget, this same Lille won the Ligue 1 title last season, Although, their performance this season haven't been impressive. The match will definitely be tough, and Monaco have to be well prepared if they really want to win. However, both teams to score seems the safest option you can bet on in the match. But, I hope to see Monaco wins.

This situation can be viewed from a different point of view - not having competitors and knowing for sure that in the end they will get the championship PSG can play relaxed and "for their own pleasure." This is very different from the situation in other championships where teams are always under psychological pressure and fear of losing points in some match. PSG may lose a lot of points but still remain in first place - after a third of the championship, their advantage over their closest pursuer is as much as 10 points.

This rivalry is beauty of European soccer because many loyal fans have serious issues, but good thing mostly never create big problems for teams as we have few years back when too many conflicts and fights between fans create big chaos and fines on clubs many other problems, recently we have some better situation. In case of Messi I am also feeling PSG other players still not accepting him or having some trouble in presence of Messi just because of this we have no results which was expected from this team after having him into team.

But, hopefully this all will be solved after some time because now it's fact he is going to play her for this season and PSG need some good response from all parties for this and having better results in Europe and Local league.

There is a three point gap between them too. Maybe they still destroyed Lyon with a similar scenario but they mustn't overcome by languor this time too.

I too don’t see Messi returning in this season or next season unless Xavi sells few player’s and PSG allow him to leave for free, but both scenarios look very difficult to happen. Lastly Messi will require some more time to settle, and when he does he’ll prove why PSG was right to sign him, but till then the fans need to support him.
