I wouldn't go that far. If they make it to the final it would be dumb to believe that they have no chance to also win it. It just became obvious a couple of times in close games that they lost their nerves completely. The very best example was the 6 to 1 against Barcelona when they won the first leg 4 to 0...

I was one of those people who got caught up in this match and I get annoyed with things like this.
but indeed this is football regardless of how good the team is and how good the players in it are but still it relies on 11 players on the field with high consistency for 90 minutes.
and PSG I feel they are too easy to read in terms of tactics and formation.
Does Poche really want to be sacked because of rumors with MU? Cheesy

I would have assumed that Brest would not be able to pull something like this off. It also shows that how quickly you could recover in league system. I mean you have 10 bad games but then you have 5 game streak and you are at top 7 suddenly. 5 points out of 10 games, versus 15 points in 5 games. It is really cool to see teams recover, same happened with Arsenal in EPL as well, they were at the bottom for a while if I am not wrong and now they are fighting for the top, or at least UCL entry position.

These are the things that usually show that team is actually good, they just had bad stretch, it wasn't some roster change or new superstar signing or something like that which resulted with it, same team but different approach and different mindset could turn a team from nearly bottom to nearly top, which is wonderful to see and optimistic for teams at the bottom as well.

As you could see PSG dropped 2 points against Lens but when you see its direct rival OM which was in the 2nd place with 1 match less than PSG, they simply lost their game against Brest... OM was able to reduce the difference to 7 points but they failed.
As I said before it isn't about how good is PSG but about how bad is its opponents, so the result is PSG dominating the league simply.

I completely agree, given that PSG's main competitors are in crisis, there is practically no point in watching this league. This is, on the one hand, the advantage of PSG (they can play in a relaxed mode in the domestic championship if there is a serious game ahead in the Champions League), but on the other hand, they experience a constant problem with motivation and in fact degrade without having constant strong rivals.

And this is exactly what I mean about the motivational issues they have. Damn if you look at the squad they have on paper and I would tell you I am going to bet on a draw against Lens, you would ask me whether I am kidding you. But PSG is just not playing well in the Ligue 1, it hurts my eyes to even watch a summary sometimes. Their quality is just so good that even when they play bad they usually win.
