PSG are going to play an away game against Angers this weekend. PSG are the 2nd with 39 points and Angers are the 7th with 30 points. PSG are doing better on the last games compared to Angers. I think it will be a hard game for PSG this time and I expect a draw.

Brest - Rennes
Brest played well in the last 5 home matches - 4 wins and one draw. Rennes is unstable in away matches. But Rennes plays quite successfully against Brest, so Rennes is likely to win this match.

Lillle are going to play a home game against Reims this weekend. Lille are the 3rd with 39 points and Reims are the 14th with 21 points. Both teams did a good job on their last 5 games. But it is obvious that Lille are the absolute favourite team here. I think Lille will win an easy victory.

PSG defeated Brest 3-0 without having much problem but there is a hard opponent (Angers) waiting for them this weekend. Angers showed the teeth by defeating Lille away 2-1. They lost to Monaco away 3-0 after that but this shouldn't mislead us. They can fight back against PSG. I expect each side to score goal(s) and I wouldn't be surprised with a draw here.
An easy-to-predict match between PSG and Brest, I'm not surprised PSG managed to beat Brest. With this victory PSG is getting closer to
the points owned by Lyon as the first position in the Ligue 1 table. Luckily Lyon drew with Rennes, so PSG and Lyon are only one point away.
It is very interesting that PSG's next match will face Angers, where Angers has proven successful in defeating favorite team several times.
So Mauricio Pochettino must prepare a good strategy to be able to win against Angers. Whereas Lyon will face Metz, who played poorly in
the last 3 matches, Lyon should have no trouble winning the match.
It almost takes time to convey to the team its ideas. It takes time. And I think that a couple of matches is enough that the team played differently. But since PSG's class is higher than that of all teams in Ligue 1, the team should beat Angers. more recent meetings between the teams ended in a victory for PSG with a large score.

Monaco are going to play an away game against Montpellier on Friday night. Monaco are the 4th with 33 points and Montpellier are the 8th with 28 points. Montpellier have a really bad form lately (3L 2D). Monaco have a good unbeaten streak (3W 1D) on the last 4 matches. On the last 5 head-to-head matches, Monaco won 1 time, Montpellier won 2 times and 2 games ended in a draw. I think this game will be hard for both teams. In my opinion, it will end in a draw and both teams will score.
Thank you for the information. I expect a competitive game. Montpellier have not a good form, yes. But they are not a team to belittle. I guess Monaco will have difficulties on this away game. I can't predict the result but I expect goals from both sides too.

Marseille have a quite bad form for some weeks. They were playing for the top places but now they are the 6th in the league. The point difference with top 3 teams continues to increase. Despite playing better, they drew with Dijon 0-0 last. Their next opponent is Nimes. I think Marseille will win this easily and start a winning streak.

Lyon have not lost a meeting at Rennes. Plus Lyon have not lost any of their last 5 away games. And even beat PSG. The game will be very interesting. Both teams gained a pretty strong move. But I'm more inclined to win Lyon. Although a draw will be a natural result.
The match statistics this time did not disappoint me.)) Rennes is a pretty tough nut to crack for many teams. And too peaceful. The team always has a lot of draws in the end.
Yes, they have had really many draws (6) in the league so far. They were so close to defeating Lyon but Lyon did a big job in the last minutes of the match. I must admit that I didn't expect Rennes to play that good. They must be happy about this performance.

Sometimes I wonder why PSG is not flying alone rather than sitting behind Lyon and with Lille although having one of the best squad over there..but seeing Bayern defeats I just say it happens and it creates some "suspense" 
probably, they are trying to create some intrigue in the champoinship but also there maybe other reasons like missing some key players in several matches or preference for Champions League matches over domestic ones.

Sometimes I wonder why PSG is not flying alone rather than sitting behind Lyon and with Lille although having one of the best squad over there..but seeing Bayern defeats I just say it happens and it creates some "suspense" Because it doesn't go that way every time. I have seen many big clubs finishing the league at a very bad position too despite having one of the best squads. In this situation, of course PSG aren't going bad but it looks like they need to play better to leave Lyon and Lille behind and be the champions.

Lille managed to win against Nimes 1-0 with the goal of B. Yilmaz. But they didn't play so good. Rennes were nearly beating Lyon but Lyon scored two goals in 3 minutes in the last 10 minutes of the match. It ended 2-2 and it was really worth watching.

Monaco got a huge win (5-2) against Lorient away on their last match. Angers got a really nice win (2-1) against Lille away on their last match. This will be a hard match for both teams but I think Monaco will win this match.
Monaco won the game 3-0 so easily. They had the control of the match in both halves. Monaco started to gather themselves up with the results they got in the last 4 matches. It seems hard for them to be the champions for now but they can qualify for Europe League at least.

Lyon are going to play an away game against Rennes tomorrow night. I think there is a delightful match awaiting us. Rennes are the 4th with 32 points and Lyon are the leader with 39 points. Ekambi (9 goals in 15 league matches) will not be able to play at Lyon because of his injury. Both teams have had a very good performance recently. Especially Lyon haven't lost a game in the league for 4 months which is awesome. On the last 5 head-to-head matches, surprisingly Rennes overwhelmed Lyon (4W 1L). It is interesting that Rennes got all of these wins on away matches. I wonder whether this psychological advantage will help Rennes get a good result here. I think Rennes won't lose here and we could see a draw.
