After losing to Lyon in their home match, PSG will definitely want to win against Lorient. They are playing really nice now and I think that they will win this match easily. I think that Lyon will beat Brest without having difficulty too. Monaco got an unfortunate red card and I wonder whether they will manage to turn the game around.
All statics going with PSG as they have more then 85% ball possession and some good efforts on rivals goals but sadly after 37 minutes still unable to score any goal I am feeling we have too many shocking and unpredictable matches in current season so any result still can happen here Lorent is currently on 17th and most chances they wil lost but by very low margin.

Furthermore I was very upset with that horrible tackle on Neymar, and I hope that he recover soon, and doesn’t suffer a long term injury due to that horrible tackle.

Skip the childish characteristic of Neymar I agree that he is very unlucky player. In the times he had best forms, he got serious injuries. It happened in the World Cup 2014 in Brazil with the match against Colombia (serious lung injury), in the season before the World Cup 2018 (he only came back few weeks before the World Cup), and this season he got another injury when he was one of the most impressive player in the Europe. In the last season, after the World Cup 2018, the position of Neymar in Parc de Princes was almost taken over by Mbappe but this season Neymar shown he is still the best or one of the two biggest stars in PSG. I understand how disappointed Neymar felt and cried (not only about his physical hurts), he lost his chance to beat Messi and Ronaldo in the race to Ballon Dor.

Good luck to Neymar to his return after fully recovery.

Last night, PSG lost to Lyon 0-1 in their home stadium. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a result like this. I think that Lyon got a deserved win. PSG weren't too good. Besides, it is sad that Neymar got injured. I hope he won't be away for a very long time and we can see him on Barcelona matches in CL.

@ILuckyGuyI PSG didn’t look strong on the field and it showed off, as they allowed Lyon to escape with the three points, and this result will only increase the pressure on their head coach. Furthermore I was very upset with that horrible tackle on Neymar, and I hope that he recover soon, and doesn’t suffer a long term injury due to that horrible tackle.

Mbappé has scored his 100th goal with PSG in the match against Montpellier (PSG won 3-1), at only 21 years old.

More generally I heard on the radio that there are talks between the best European clubs of making a championship between them, because in each country there are not enough good (rich) clubs to have interesting championships.

Congrats to him. He has created a name for himself at a young age, that's definitely something to write home about. If he continues putting in the work, at the rate he's going,  it won't be long before his name goes down the history books. Coincidentally, Lionel messi made a similar feat in 2010 when he scored his 100th goal for Barcelona. That's like a decade ago. Talking about the championship, it would nice to see a championship with some of the best clubs in europe actively participating.

I don't think the French League has any interesting predictions even if there is a bet that PSG will certainly emerge as champions. From a financial point of view, it is clear that on paper PSG is the only club that can have star players like Di Maria, Mbappe and Neymar, of course it is very difficult for other clubs to be able to bring in star players like PSG. Maybe it will be a little interesting from the French League, will PSG be able to bring Cristiano Ronaldo, considering that Juventus will sell Ronaldo at the end of this season due to a financial crisis, especially since Ronaldo has the most expensive soccer player salary at the moment.

PSG seems to be easily destroying montpellier as expected, they have been... how shall I put this, disappointing this season to say the least. Now I know that they are still the leader of the league with 2 points but it looks like they had a draw and three losses in just 13 games, with only 9 games won, and even though they are the leaders, that is a result they are probably not happy with it themselves as well.

This goes to ask the question, will they continue like this? Or will they dominate like before? If they continue like this, gambling on their games is very risky and doesn't worth it considering they usually pay very low, but if you think they will recover and dominate, we have a chance to double down on our PSG bets from now on and might have a chance to make a very decent return.

There is a match going on between Lille and Monaco now. Both teams are doing very good in this season. Lille have an advantage because they are playing in their home stadium. When we look at the statistics, we see that both of them are playing on the same level. In my opinion, this match will end in a draw and the score will be 1-1.

Lille won the match in a good way Monaco dominated the match in a way that they hold the ball most of the time but Lille actually played good offense and countering that is why they build up with those 2 early goals. They created multiple opportunities while they are holding the ball less. Also I don't think there is such thing as a home advantage anymore since games are still played on empty seats teams really don't receive any kind of fan support while playing.

2 - 1
I was surprised Monaco performance was decreased
mets-lyon:

lyon hasn't lost a match for about 3 months.I expect them to win  although not very comfortable with mets away. My guess is that it will score more than 2.5 goals and lyon will win.
Lyon solid enough to defend they match not to lose, mets statistics are far below lyon so this match is easy to predict and yeah they will win. according to my supernatural insight this full time will be 0 - 2 but if you want to be safe bet on a double chance with draw no bet.

Its been a while without any discussion here so i thought to bring up the tie today. Paris Saint-Germain ? - ? Bordeaux is the second and only match tonight in the french division with PSG being top of the log with 24 points and 2 points ahead of second place. Bordeaux meanwhile are in the 12th position with inconsistent performance.

I doubt PSG proficiency too, but still PSG should grind out a 2:0 victory

The odds payout for Paris Saint Germain to win the match in full time against Nantes is @1.40, but a high number of key players will be missing out for Paris Saint Germain due to injuries when they play against Nantes today, and I think Paris Saint Germain might struggle to beat Nantes today. With the low odds payout @1.40 for Paris Saint Germain to win the match in full time against Nantes, maybe it would be better for gamblers to avoid betting on this match.

@Barcode_ PSG won the match 3 - 0 and I feel that Nantes can only blame themselves for this loss, because they had been awarded a penalty which they should have converted, but they didn’t and further they even missed an open chance to score which would have brought themselves back in this game. Also PSG player’s played with confidence, and they executed their tactics brilliantly, and that’s why I personally feel that they deserved this victory.

If it was some other team I would say that PSG could be in serious trouble without Neymar, when you have a super superstar, player above almost all players even in the good player category, you rely on him a lot more than you realize, even though PSG is good without him, they are not "undisputed championship contender" they are just a championship contender.

But, this is Nantes we are talking about, obviously anything could happen but you can remove mbappe and neymar all together and PSG probably beats them anyway, Nantes is one of the worst teams I saw this year, the wins and draws they got was not that impressive and they were just lucky, I really think that it will be incredibly easy for PSG to pull an easy win out of this game and get that 3 points without a doubt so I am going to bet on it.

Neymar was injured in the UEFA match against Istanbul, but PSG still managed to finish the game 2-0 even though Neymar was pulled out early. It doesn’t look like Neymar will come back for the next several games. And this is quite worrying for PSG because they have games with Leipzig and Nantes next week and while I think PSG can top them easily, they might lose the game against Rennes without him showing up in two weeks (they also have a second UEFA match against Leipzig in two weeks which they should also be able to tackle easily).

I’m expecting this to impair PSG’s ability to score as many goals as they’d like as Neymar was the one passing the ball to other strikers and wingers.

PSG are back to winning ways, and have are currently sitting at the top of the table. After losing their first two games of the season, PSG have now completed a 5 game winning streak (tonight included) with two goals from the sensational Kylian Mbappe, I was expecting Nimes to show some level of restraint, but an early red card made the game a throw, and PSG could easily have scored 7-8 goals.

@Saint-loup Neymar got very lucky in this case, but now he really needs to perform on the pitch by scoring goals and help PSG win more games.
League operators usually want to give special protections on their biggest stars (to keep traffics, TV audience ratings and income) and I do not doubt that Neymar is one of biggest starts in Ligue I. I can understand the final result of Ligue I's investigation on Neymar case.

However, Ligue I has a history of very strict bans on rule breaks and Neymar case can be a bad precedent on the league.
It's an interesting point of view, I didn't think about that to be honest. But it would imply that the commission is not fair neither unbiased.
That's a bold statement.

@hd49728 I have my doubts about this too, because if they opt against giving bans based on how valuable a player is then big player’s will commit all kind of fouls, and escape from ban every time so I feel that this can’t be true. Furthermore as far as I know the committee are given a set of rules, and they need to decide their ruling based on those rules, and not based on their personal feelings or a status of a player.
