Option to sell Lamine Yamal that PSG was interested in started when Xavi was still Barcelona coach and now everything has changed and Barcelona conditions are also different from before, Xavi himself even gave harsh criticism of Barcelona before he was fired and replaced by Hansi Flick.
I doubt that Hansi Flick will sell any of the young players that Barcelona has, besides that Lamine Yamal is also player who could be very useful for Barcelona in the future, maybe he will make lot of money but that won't help anything.
Now Lamine Yamal also has very large offer, namely around 250 million Euros from PSG and this amount is quite significant increase because we all know that PSG first offer to get him from Barcelona was 200 million Euros.
Just imagine if he is able to play very well for Barcelona and manages to make big contribution to Barcelona development in the future then Lamine Yamal price will definitely be higher.
But who knows what will happen in the future because the transfer window is still quite long and of course anything could change if certain conditions occur that require Barcelona to release their young players.

As I said before hiring these players can be hard for any team. It's not just about spending money but in many teams when they have a payer at this level they will try to keep that player to not lose him easily. In fact, when PSG had Mbappe they tried hard to keep him there and now since they want to have players like Yamal from Barcelona and Vini from Real Madrid, that's not mal for these teams to not let the players leave.

As we know we have some serious finances issues here in French Ligue which is preventing them from having top quality players but still they can make things which allow them to have strong performance and consistency which will bring good entertaining soccer which is also important having too many good players is surely Lyon success even they are doing few changes on loan, but these will allow them to have good start of the season.

I think if Lyon only makes small changes it won't cost much but if the club recruits a lot of players it might be very influential and cost a lot of money but Lyon doesn't need to make big changes if they don't have a lot of capital, even small changes will have an impact the positive thing for this club like that last season, precisely at the start of the season until midway through, Lyon was stagnant in the relegation zone. They made small changes by recruiting several players and were finally able to save them from the relegation zone.

Lyon can still make changes even though this club was in a slump last season and they also didn't recruit high-priced players. They have managed their finances so they can still recruit players. Wonderkids are probably the ultimate target for these elite clubs. Barcelona are grooming players for the future, such a good work they're doing. Lamine Yamal have played a major role in both country and club football. He's not relenting and show up when the club wants him. Barcelona will not released one of their top potential youngster, he's the future of the club and have been a key part of the team's project. Consequently, Barcelona new coach, Hansi Flick will make more promising opportunities for the club.

There is speculation that the wunderkind Lamine Yamal is a target of PSG to replace Kylian Mbappé. It is believed that the sixteen-year-old striker is worth €250million. These funds could attract Barcelona to consider selling him to cover up their financial problems. But the young player wants to remain in Spain to become a Barca legend. And I doubt if Hansi Flick will want to allow such an asset to leave his side. There has not been any news from PSG regarding the signing of the Nigerian international Victor Osimhen. Yamal could be their future, of course selling him would be great if they could find a free transfer that would be equally good but they can't. So if they sell him, for lets say 200+ million euro (which I think PSG will not do that officially) then I think Barcelona would not be able to pay their debt with that, that's the issue.

I do not trust that management, because even if you give them a billion dollars, it doesn't look like they will be debt free right away, they will first look at players to buy. They have not made the team any better by firing Xavi neither, he was the one that gave Yamal time when he is only 16 years old and this kid is now playing at euros for Spain. We have no good activity in transfer window due to Euro 2024 Germany with today we will have end of the round of 16 then we have few matches left and most chances things could be heated after this event because we have too many clubs which are looking for having changes into their squads for the next season specially PSG which already lost key player Kylian Mbappé needs to have few quality players for setting their things for the next season so most chances we will have good changes around here.

About Rashford, we are having no updates, but surely we will have something which is cooking around, and Victor Osimhen is also under radar of few clubs which will also create good movement and then Yamal offer which create good hype is going to have cleared soon as well.

I was looking for the news about Lyon manager Pierre Sage because i still don't know whether Lyon will be extended his contract or not and according to transfermark his contract have already expired yesterday but i couldn't find any exact information his contract renew or not and i think besides recruit new players give Pierre Sage new contract is the most important because Lyon under Pierre Sage has rapid progress and within months he can successfully to lifted up Lyon position from relegation zone to European zone which for me this achievement is very fantastic so Pierre Sage is really deserved new contract

About Said Benrahma Lyon was loan him from West Ham this January and his performance is very impressive because just like you said he was played 12 times in Ligue 1 and scores 3 goals and Said Benrahma also was help Lyon to occupy 6th place so i think Lyon decision to permanent Said Benrahma is very good decision but regarding Lyon chances to became an the contender with PSG for race title i think it's quite hard considering Lyon status only as small team in Ligue 1 so almost impossible to fight for race title with PSG
