What people don't know is that Don Carlo had a knack for diminishing the egos of star players. I have never found Ancelotti to have any problems with his players. This shows Ancelotti's charisma as a coach who is respected by his players. Mbappe will play with Real Madrid next season and that means in my opinion Real Madrid will be the strongest team in the world.
Yep, the players are respect with Ancelotti, if Mbappe becomes selfish and he don't listen to Ancelotti, I believe Ancelotti will don't mind to put him on the bench and replace his position with Endrick.

Mbappe shouldn't bring the culture in PSG to Real Madrid, PSG is really scared to lost Mbappe and not really looking to win every competitions, while Real Madrid goes opposites.
So far Ancelotti has had a good relationship with every player he has coached and is currently coaching, so indeed he often gets respect from every player and fellow coach, Ancelotti is a coach who is indeed famous for his experience and intelligence in coaching a team to become a championship, so I think there is no other coach who can currently be as successful as Ancelotti in coaching a team,  the approach taken by Ancelotti in coaching certainly makes every player he coaches respect and also be reluctant to Ancelotti both on and off the field.

In addition to being very familiar with the players, of course Ancelotti is also a firm coach and does not hesitate to throw star players out of the main squad if he does make mistakes, the arrival of Mbappe certainly raises many questions about how later Ancelotti can dampen the ego owned by Mbappe, but I think Ancelotti will certainly be able to do it even though Mbappe status as a star player at this time,  I think Ancelotti will not even hesitate to make Mbappe sit on the bench if indeed his selfish nature will make the condition of the Madrid squad not conducive.

Is the transfer summer officially opened?
Or do you mean that they are not making moves for the players they need to sign before the beginning of next season.

It is not too late for the PSG management to sign players, in fact, they can do as many signings as possible after this current Euro competition.

The transfer window is open now. Any player can join any club at this moment. So it seems like PSG are definitely taking things slow. That’s because we have seen that they have made a lot of mistakes regarding bringing in players in the squad before. They have tried to bring in as many players as they can who are really popular. But that did not work out great for them. So now I think the new coach is trying to first of all see which players are going to be good for him and for his setup. After that, he will approach the players he actually thinks will be good for him. Luis Enrique seems to be a smart man. He also understood that Mbappé was not going to stay in PSG. So he did the smart thing. Instead of making him stay longer in the squad, he let him go to Madrid and is looking for replacements.

L'Enrique said,

So he is on his route

Real Madrid will definitely prevent Mbappe's ego. Ancelotti is a great coach and resolving situations like this is his specialty. I'm sure he thought about these during Mbappe's transfer because Mbappe had great tolerances in PSG. Their privileges over other players were obvious. I know, like everyone else, that this will not happen in Real Madrid.
I also think that this kind of ego thing from Mbappe was already thought about by Real Madrid when they wanted to recruit him into the Real Madrid squad. And what you say is also true that Carlo Ancelotti can definitely handle things like that at Real Madrid and keep the atmosphere peaceful between all the players. Because Ancelotti not only has experience in training any player, but also has a way of not giving birth to any ego in any player he trains.
Carlos Ancelotti is one of the legendary coach in current era, and he understands how to handle things at this level with currently he is having too many star players in his team, and he is having experience of handling too many stars in years with we have no complaint from any player about him with he also never had any problem in past as well with this now Kylian Mbappé also understand now he is at the different place with different level so he will be also tried to change himself because Real Madrid is the biggest brand in soccer.

PSG was completely different place with they were having special treatment and many privileges for the star, but now we will have all changes from next season, and he could be jumped as normal player with having place into legendary club which is already having too many achievements into their history.

What I see from Carlo Ancelotti is that he is a coach who has a calm demeanor, both when the club he manages is ahead or behind, and several times he even had a normal expression when his team scored a goal. And usually a calm coach like that has a special approach to his players and that makes him more able to see the character of a player. Because a coach must know the character of each player he has, so he can know what he should do with that player.

Mbappe is a new player that he has at the moment, I think he will probably now give special attention, but that attention is not to single out the player, but rather to look deeper into the character of the player himself. That would really help to control the attitude of the players themselves in my opinion.

He is also a very successful coach, so he will be respected and respected by the players, in my opinion that is something that a coach must have, where the players can have a high level of respect.

Its most important thing for every players under Carlo Ancelotti tactician, I don't think Mbappe have more ego how he did with PSG and playing more dominance individual than team working.
Actually what happen with PSG in last several season some players have ego because lack controlling with manager exactly when PSG have star trio Messi, Neymar and Mbappe.
I think PSG get difference result in Champion League if manager have good controlling with the players ego sack him from regular position and never give any more minutes playing, but last season under Luis Henrique, Mbappe keep playing well and reduce his ego as usually many fans think he plays more individual than working as the one team.

As much as we know the news about PSG and Mbap as much as they have reported but there are many things beyond our knowledge that are hidden between the management and Mbappe. PSG team management already knew that Mbappe would not stay at their club although they did not spare any effort to keep him but still they could not keep Mbappe in the end. Since Mbappe is certain to leave, they should have already targeted which player they will sign next when Mbappe leaves their club. PSG could have completed the contract with the player if they had discussed with the star in advance. But now it remains to be seen which star player will be signed by this SG in the end.
This was written of the wall as Mbappé future is not good at the PSG with French League is also not competitive which can bring something good for the player like him, so his leave was set, but time was not known by anyone as few were expecting PSG will do something good in Champions League, and then we can expect but at the end we have nothing which is miserable for both parties but still it's good with now PSG can do something good and chances are high we will have some good competition in Ligue 1 in coming season because now PSG will be without star player and other clubs will try their best for having things on level.

Now big question is circulating who is going to replace with PSG is not in hurry, and we have Euro 2024 in Germany, so things will be heated up after this event, and we will be having player who is going to be replaced as reports are coming Luis Enrique is having Real Madrid player under radar, but we can't talk right now about this.

Yes, every team must be able to lower their egos because playing for the team, not for yourself, will of course produce a good game if you play for the team. I'm not too happy with Mbappe's ego at PSG, but I don't know if he can do that at Madrid, whereas all the players are considered special. and it's the same with Ancelotti, so there doesn't have to be anything special, it's very important to be able to maintain team harmony well when playing in domestic league competitions and in European league competitions.

Entering Madrid's main squad and perhaps Ancelotti will continue to play as a striker there, of course this will see whether his ego playing for this team will be the same as when he played for PSG, that's why it's a bit difficult for him to win the UCL trophy because he can't control his ego at PSG, hopefully Madrid will make Mbappe learn a lot that teamwork is important and that you must maintain harmony and approach towards all players and lower your ego so that you can continue to play well against all opponents. Hopefully Ancelotti can handle Mbappe's ego in Madrid later.

Don't act as if PSG has no idea what to do, they knew that it was possible for Mbappe to leave all the way last summer when he rejected making another deal, and they knew it since February when he basically declined the official offer as well, and everyone started to talk about how he is going to Real Madrid. So they probably worked on what to do since then, and we are going to see how it will unfold.
Several people know that Mbappe will leave PSG this season after Mbappe did not want to extend his contract. But I'm sure the club management would have known beforehand and perhaps they would have had private discussions with Mbappe's agent. There's no way they didn't anticipate this. I think PSG is already looking for several new strikers and we only know the names of several famous strikers who also happen to be among PSG's targets. Some time ago, many media reported that PSG was trying to negotiate with Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen. But lately I have also seen rumors on Twitter saying that PSG is targeting Rashford or Lamine Yamal. We don't know who Mbappe's replacement will be next season but I'm sure PSG will get him. They have money that makes everything possible.  Grin

If we look carefully then that is the current condition. However, Mbappe's departure will not completely confuse them and this is just a matter of player rotation which Luis Enrique must maximize. We know that players like Goncalo Ramos and Kolo Muani have the same position and can also fill the striker position and this is more about needing players who can cover the existing gaps.

Kingsley Coman is indeed a good winger, he has good dribbling speed for a winger so it is very feasible if PSG wants to recruit him. Maybe the problem is whether Bayern Munich is willing to let him go or not. Meanwhile, for the right-back position, it seems that PSG doesn't really need new players and with Hakimi alone that can all be resolved, especially since this Moroccan player rarely suffers injuries so he will remain the main choice.

They should think about an alternative player but that won't be easy at all because there is no player to take this risk and move PSG and there is no team that lets their player go easily.
Now we can understand why a team should not be dependent on one player.
In my opinion, currently there is no player who has the same level as Mbappe at PSG. This makes PSG continue to depend on Mbappe's performance and this has been proven. PSG doesn't seem to think that Mbappe will not renew his contract in February and this has become a big problem for PSG. They will find another striker in this transfer window but it will not be anyone like Mbappe. Although I'm sure PSG will win Ligue 1 again, as usual.

I believe that PSG will maintain their standard as the best club in France. Now that Mbappe is gone, anew player will come out and take over his role. We will see a new player that will be doing all the scoring for PSG. The reason why that player has not being recognized is because Mbappe do outshine him. We have seen this happen in my clubs like Tottenham, when Kane left Son took over. In Real Madrid when Ronaldo left Benzema took over and in Man United when Ronaldo left Wayne Rooney took over the scoring and many more. One thing that might be difficult for PSG is to win UCL.
Under an ideal situation, PSG will really want to maintain such condition such that they will be able to still be the best in the whole of France and still maintain that top position on the table while still having to be seen as the dominating team too on the table, it's still very possible and achievable but then the honest Truth is in the fact that the team isn't in the exact form they have been much before now so there are going to be some changes which all .ay have to adapt to, this will have to be with both the players and the fans, I know it may look like much didn't change but they can deni the fact that a key player which is of great importance left and is definitely affecting them.
A new player will always come and it will be such that they may do much better than the one they are replacing just like the examples you have sighted and it's still possible they may perform leaser in the very start and in the long term thy become better, one thing is sure about all of this teams, they don't go for replacement that will be worse than that which they once had as it will not be progressive. Getting a new exact replacement is something that is and has never been easy but whatever the replacement is, it's believed that with time, such will definitely change to be better and then serve the purpose for which they came in just as seen in all of those teams mentioned.by you.

PSG is a team that has a strong enough finance at the moment so it will not be difficult for them to bring in many star players to their squad for next season, but what is their problem at the moment is the lack of star players available and worth buying, so far I have not seen too much active movement from PSG in approaching star players, so it seems that they have a lot of considerations and also is more inclined to continue to monitor players who can indeed make a big contribution to PSG next season, but apart from all that, it is also possible that PSG is currently trying and evaluating new talent in the Euro so it is likely that they will be active in player transfers after the Euro is over.

Simons is one of the talented players owned by PSG and of course his loan to Leipzig so far has made him develop quite well, even though he is positioned as a left midfielder, but xavi simons can be plotted in various positions in the PSG squad if they later give the opportunity for xavi simons to play in the PSG main squad next season, currently PSG needs talented players to be able to make their squad stronger and I think with all the developments and Xavi Simons current ability, of course releasing or selling him to another team next season is a stupid act done by PSG.
That is the thing people are missing. Sure Mbappe left, but people are acting as if PSG is just some smaller level team that got their player stolen by a bigger team. Even Monaco did not become some terrible team after Mbappe left, they finished the league second if I do not remember wrong, and I believe that PSG will be fine as well.

I don't know if I feel this right or not but I think PSG is shied now and they have no idea about what they have to do because they never played a whole season without Mbappe in this team for a long time and as I remember when I started watching PSG games, they had Mbappe. They should think about an alternative player but that won't be easy at all because there is no player to take this risk and move PSG and there is no team that lets their player go easily.

Paris Saint Germain even took the risk of sending people they did not want in the team to prevent Mbappe from leaving. That's why Mbappe's ego was a little inflated, but the team he came to is Real Madrid. Even Cristiano Ronaldo did not stay in that team. We can say that Mbappe may experience similar situations. Kylian Mbappe is a very good player. He will definitely be useful to Madrid, but he needs to reduce his ego a little.

I think that what worries us most about Mbappé's situation at Madrid is not his performance, because he is a player who does his job very well, in fact he is one of the best, because his speed is very great and he has a lot to solve a complicated match, but the communication and ego part is quite complex because that can affect the whole team in general, because being in a team means being in harmony with everyone so that they understand each other better on the pitch. However, I think that this issue will be handled by Ancelotti, Ancelotti is a coach who gives and imparts a lot of respect , and I think that will be Mbappé's brakes at all times.

Mbappe is certainly aware that at the Santiago Bernabeu he is not the only star in Ancelotti lineup, even before his arrival, Madrid was able to win the Champions League and La Liga trophies. So far Madrid is still very careful about the transition of players within the team, veteran players like Modric will be an example for new recruits like Mbappe. Ancelotti has often handled a number of star players, I think Ancelotti will have no difficulty taming Mbappe ego. Bringing star players together in one team is quite risky, apart from being able to bring in lots of trophies, if it cannot be managed well it can cause a team to experience setbacks.

On the other hand, for his first season Mbappe will try to adapt, build chemistry with other players, and try to understand Ancelotti's wishes well. If Mbappe prioritizes his ego too much at Madrid, thereby potentially destroying the harmony that has been formed, Florentino Perez will not hesitate to let him go in the transfer window. I think Mbappe is now an adult, and he will be more mature when he joins the Madrid players.

Is the transfer summer officially opened?
Or do you mean that they are not making moves for the players they need to sign before the beginning of next season.

It is not too late for the PSG management to sign players, in fact, they can do as many signings as possible after this current Euro competition.
Several transfer windows have actually opened at the moment, like as the English league which did indeed have a summer transfers opened on June 14 and coincided with the first Euro match of the year, but for Ligue 1 they will officially start the transfer market on July 1 later, this summer transfer market is of course an opportunity for teams to recruit players according to their needs for next season, In addition, of course summer is a crucial time for a club to prevent their best players from leaving for other clubs, at the moment we do not see any active movement from PSG to sign a player who can indeed replace Mbappe role next season, but I think maybe they are currently moving behind the scenes to get the player and make it official when the transfer market opens.

To face the competition in ligue 1, of course, PSG does not need additional new players because indeed their current squad is still able to dominate ligue 1 next season even without Mbappe, but has PSG not prioritized the champions league trophy as their main target?
The competition in the Champions League is not the same as Ligue 1, even with a squad that contains players such as Mbappe, Messi and Neymar, but PSG still fails to compete to become champions, then how will they compete for the Champions League trophy next season without recruiting good players ?

Well, we agree on this. I agree with what you say, I have even said that Paris Saint-Germain will continue to keep its squad competitive even if it has to be without Mbappe next season. as a big club in the French League, they will do their job as they should. plus, now PSG should use the momentum to improve the PSG squad itself. I mean, Enrique can focus on rebuilding his team like before. the difference is, currently they are not dependent on Kylian Mbappe who left for Real Madrid. so, next season Enrique will have to prepare a plan with various strategic options regarding the tactics and systems that he will implement. because without Mbappe, the system run by PSG players will change. apart from that, they will also bring in several newcomers according to the coach's wishes or according to those brought in by PSG's sporting director.

At least, for the French League, Paris Saint-Germain is a team that is quite difficult to beat, let alone break their dominance. As for the Champions League, we'll see first which newcomers PSG will bring in in this transfer window. after that, we can speculate more because we have a little idea to analyze it. what is certain is that next season Paris Saint-Germain will be without Mbappe. or, they won't bring in big name players. however, PSG still has young potential players who can develop if they find their playing rhythm. there are Goncalo Ramos, Kolo Muani and several other young players. Let's see the development of this team from the French League, both in Ligue 1 and in the Champions League.
