Several people know that Mbappe will leave PSG this season after Mbappe did not want to extend his contract. But I'm sure the club management would have known beforehand and perhaps they would have had private discussions with Mbappe's agent. There's no way they didn't anticipate this. I think PSG is already looking for several new strikers and we only know the names of several famous strikers who also happen to be among PSG's targets. Some time ago, many media reported that PSG was trying to negotiate with Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen. But lately I have also seen rumors on Twitter saying that PSG is targeting Rashford or Lamine Yamal. We don't know who Mbappe's replacement will be next season but I'm sure PSG will get him. They have money that makes everything possible.  Grin
Fatal mistake made by PSG's management who over confidence will reach agreement for Mbappe extending his contract behind has opportunity for selling him on winter transfer window to earn around 100 million euro.
Its over with Mbappe decision for PSG almost several season and right now Luis Henrique need looking for replacing at Mbappe position, some players linked with PSG from Marcus Rashford, Rafael Leão until Victor Osimhen but management not had official announcement yet for next players signing.

Easily for PSG get sign top players and some their player target behind have much money and make everything possible, but difficult for replacing Mbappe position has consistent performance with PSG become the top scorer of Ligue 1 every season.

PSG isn't rushing anything about making transfers for now. Maybe they are also waiting for the end of Euro 2024 just as many others.  Smiley

The most recent rumours on Transfermarkt are Coman and Geertruida.

I don't know whether there is really a need for a RB now. Because there are Hakimi and Mukiele already. I don't think there is any need for a 3rd RB, Geertruida.

After seeing Coman rumour I assume PSG isn't in search of a centre-forward despite Mbappe's departure. But I understand. They already have Gonçalo Ramos and Kolo Muani in the same position. But there is only Barcola as natural LW in the squad. Coman would show a more consistent performance than him too.  Smiley

Don't act as if PSG has no idea what to do, they knew that it was possible for Mbappe to leave all the way last summer when he rejected making another deal, and they knew it since February when he basically declined the official offer as well, and everyone started to talk about how he is going to Real Madrid. So they probably worked on what to do since then, and we are going to see how it will unfold.

That is the thing people are missing. Sure Mbappe left, but people are acting as if PSG is just some smaller level team that got their player stolen by a bigger team. Even Monaco did not become some terrible team after Mbappe left, they finished the league second if I do not remember wrong, and I believe that PSG will be fine as well.

Well, we agree on this. I agree with what you say, I have even said that Paris Saint-Germain will continue to keep its squad competitive even if it has to be without Mbappe next season. as a big club in the French League, they will do their job as they should. plus, now PSG should use the momentum to improve the PSG squad itself. I mean, Enrique can focus on rebuilding his team like before. the difference is, currently they are not dependent on Kylian Mbappe who left for Real Madrid. so, next season Enrique will have to prepare a plan with various strategic options regarding the tactics and systems that he will implement. because without Mbappe, the system run by PSG players will change. apart from that, they will also bring in several newcomers according to the coach's wishes or according to those brought in by PSG's sporting director.

At least, for the French League, Paris Saint-Germain is a team that is quite difficult to beat, let alone break their dominance. As for the Champions League, we'll see first which newcomers PSG will bring in in this transfer window. after that, we can speculate more because we have a little idea to analyze it. what is certain is that next season Paris Saint-Germain will be without Mbappe. or, they won't bring in big name players. however, PSG still has young potential players who can develop if they find their playing rhythm. there are Goncalo Ramos, Kolo Muani and several other young players. Let's see the development of this team from the French League, both in Ligue 1 and in the Champions League.

Let just follow how PSG develops in this transfer window, whether they will really bring in some great players to develop the team or not.
What is clear is that getting truly great and reliable players will definitely be much more difficult for PSG, but they can develop several young players in the future if they are patient and build strength from the bottom.
The transfer window will be open for every elite team. The future of these young players will become unpredictable, some end up well becoming one of the top players and other doesn't have to deal with competition because they've fallen out of line. Paris Saint-Germain will become one of the formidable clubs in the world of football. We're clearly aware about the club's president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi doing everything within the power to ensure everything comes up with brilliance. Paris Saint-Germain are the giant of France league and we know the fierceness of the club.

Talks about Kvaratskhelia seem to have stopped for PSG because Kvaratskhelia has decided to extend his contract at Napoli so this is difficult for PSG but it does not rule out the possibility that in the end there is a new name that can become a candidate for PSG recruits to strengthen their squad next season.

Now, Mbappe left but the name Xavi Simons began to emerge because of his good performance at Leipzig and his performance at the Euro this time cannot be underestimated so it is likely that PSG's attack line will be more developed after Xavi Simons returns from his loan period. But on the other hand, there are also many rumors that this player is being lured by many big clubs including Arsenal.
Although Simons said he was still quite comfortable at PSG, when there was an appropriate price and with an attractive offer for Simons he was also still uncertain whether he would stay at PSG or not.

PSG is a team that has a strong enough finance at the moment so it will not be difficult for them to bring in many star players to their squad for next season, but what is their problem at the moment is the lack of star players available and worth buying, so far I have not seen too much active movement from PSG in approaching star players, so it seems that they have a lot of considerations and also is more inclined to continue to monitor players who can indeed make a big contribution to PSG next season, but apart from all that, it is also possible that PSG is currently trying and evaluating new talent in the Euro so it is likely that they will be active in player transfers after the Euro is over.

Simons is one of the talented players owned by PSG and of course his loan to Leipzig so far has made him develop quite well, even though he is positioned as a left midfielder, but xavi simons can be plotted in various positions in the PSG squad if they later give the opportunity for xavi simons to play in the PSG main squad next season, currently PSG needs talented players to be able to make their squad stronger and I think with all the developments and Xavi Simons current ability, of course releasing or selling him to another team next season is a stupid act done by PSG.

for them to stay in the first division, they need to spend money making good signings, even with the limited budget that these teams have, it is still possible to make good signings, but this is where it becomes a complicated task, because most teams don't have managed to buy a good player for low prices and be successful in the league. I see these teams as having a greater chance of being relegated
I think PSG should evaluate Xavi Simons. I didn't understand why he wasn't included in the team. I think the Dutchman would be a player who could explode in PSG. I'm sure he can score a lot of goals in League 1. He had a not bad season in the Bundesliga, but I think PSG's plans are different. I thought you might be involved in Enrique's plans.
Simons has made himself develop at RB Leipzig and he is in the spotlight of many clubs to bring him from PSG because Simons has not yet found a place at PSG, with many clubs interested in him, one of which is Munich which is very ambitious to bring him in. This is a good thing for him because he can develop with a team that has good performance and also the Bundesliga is better than the French League and with this he can decide to leave PSG and work with a team that really wants his performance.
Xavi Simons was one of the players who opened the lock for the Netherlands, who could not score a goal in the Netherlands match yesterday. Simons brought dynamism to the game and made positive contributions for the Netherlands, but of course the Netherlands could not avoid defeat. Still, they tried, and Simons had a big part in that effort. I think PSG should consider him in the main squad. If he is not going to be evaluated in the main squad, they should send him on loan for 1 more season and evaluate him next year.

Because PSG still needs to think about other players they have to bring to PSG after Mbappe's departure to Real Madrid and if Simons is also released to another team, of course that will add more burden to PSG in finding a replacement. Because currently it is not easy to convince players to move to PSG unless they are offered a higher salary.
In fact, PSG will not have any significant difficulties in bringing in new players, who can replace the role left by Mbappe, because financially they are very stable. Quality players clearly demand high salaries, which is how the football industry works at the moment. PSG actually has an attraction in the eyes of European players, apart from being able to provide high salaries, PSG can give them the opportunity to experience the Ligeu 1 trophy every season. Apart from that, it is certain that they will play in the Champions League too, this is something interesting about PSG, which perhaps not all elite European teams can get every season. However, competition within the PSG squad is also tight, even though Mbappe has left, that is a fact. Squad overhaul due to frequent manager changes may be a more reasonable reason, when some players are reluctant to join PSG.
You are right and indeed from financial perspective PSG is very much superior to several other European team, they will very easily be able to provide fantastic offers to attract players or teams to sell their players to PSG, this is truly extraordinary support owned by PSG.
But the question is who this great player is considering that great players who are still at very productive age will definitely prioritize winning titles and supporting their careers, with PSG perhaps they will only get domestic titles and not important titles like the UCL.
This is the reason why some other great players are not interested in PSG, maybe money can be earned but not by winning titles in important competitions, after all if it is only about money then those great players can go to Saudi and be guaranteed to get very high salary big.

Let just follow how PSG develops in this transfer window, whether they will really bring in some great players to develop the team or not.

I don't understand what PSG is trying to do by sending Xavi Simons on loan. He is a young, determined, quality player. Moreover, he had a very good season in Leipzig. Bayern want him and that alone should be enough to make PSG reconsider their decision. Xavi Simons could be a good alternative in this period when Mbappe left the team. They can form a nice offensive line together with Zaire.

French League 1 is not a very good league, to be honest. Of course, what I am comparing with are the Premier League, Serie A and La Liga. These leagues are behind in terms of competition. Like the Bundesliga, in League 1, the possibility of a single team becoming champion is mentioned at the beginning of each year. PSG is the most known of these teams. Success must come for them now in the UCL, almost everyone is sure that they will win League 1. Big surprises may occur, of course, we all know the Leverkusen example, but if such a situation does not occur, PSG will dominate the league for many years to come.
As long as conditions in Ligue1 remain the same as last season until they continue without stronger competition as happened in the Premier League, Serie A and La Liga. It will always be difficult for PSG to win the Champions League even though they have players who are used to competing in other leagues before making it to the PSG squad. And next season the PSG coach will use a different method so that the PSG team can get to the Champions League final next season while still being champions in Ligue 1 as usual.

What is the point of having a competition when PSG is the only team that is rich and capable of bringing in good players? They are literally in a farmers league. Every season they are just farming the league title again and again. And I absolutely agree that it is going to be very hard for PSG to actually perform well in the Champions League competition because they are not facing that level of competition any time in the league.

So how are they going to get ready for bigger competitions? The fact that they had not been able to win the Champions League competition when they had Messi, Neymar, and Mbappé in the team and were also literally one of the best squads in the world should have been a big red flag for them. An argument could be made that if they had Luis Enrique as the coach at that time, maybe the results that they had could be different.

Duke

So, Xavi, what then is it?? The smart move, the growth path, or the glamour, the spotlight?

Honestly though, if he chooses PSG over Bayern, it's a head-scratcher. Hey, who am I to judge though? The kid's young, he's got time to make mistakes

If we talk about opportunities then indeed this could be a wrong choice when Ximons chose PSG over Bayern but when talking about money then of course PSG's temptation will be much greater.
Honestly looking at Xavi Ximons' posture, I personally don't see anything in him but when he plays on the field then we can see that posture and age don't seem to be an obstacle for him to shine because for this season his performance is getting more mature even at a very young age.

He shone at Leipzig but indeed in several statements he also said that if indeed he was still comfortable enough to stay at PSG so it was difficult to hijack him from this Paris club especially with the temptation of money and the possibility that his position at PSG would be more comfortable after Mbappe left then indeed the chance to stay was very high.

Now actually for Xavi Simons apart from Bayern there are several other big clubs that are said to be approaching him including two EPL clubs (Manchester United and Arsenal) but this is still just a rumor without any clarity.

PSG and RB Leipzig are potential for haunting talents. Xavi Simons is 21 years and still young, he's in possession of stellar stats in both country and club level football. He's a key player for Netherlands and have played a major role under Netherlands headcoach, Ronald Koeman. Perhapes Xavi Simons have made his intention clear, he's not talking about any possible moves either leaving or extending his contract, everything concerning his decision will be made after the Euros because he doesn't want to be distracted from performing good job.
Xavi Simons, this young man has it. Raw ability is not something you can impart. Watching him weave through defenders is like poetry in motion, man. Bu PSG resembles a circus, a disaster

Bayern is great. Top-notch coaching, world-class organization, a complete package. Though they lost the Bundesliga, they could bring Simons into his peak. Plus, youthful talent thrives in the Bundesliga. It is physical, forceful, the ideal proving ground. But PSG is desperate. Mbappe left wing is wide open. Simons could enter and take over as the main man, walking in that attitude. The ego boost alone would be insane

So, Xavi, what then is it?? The smart move, the growth path, or the glamour, the spotlight?

Honestly though, if he chooses PSG over Bayern, it's a head-scratcher. Hey, who am I to judge though? The kid's young, he's got time to make mistakes

It was during one of the Netherlands games in the ongoing UEFA Euros Championship that I knew that Paris Saint Germaine is the parent club of Dutch midfielder Xavi Simon through one of the commentators in the game. Personally, I think Paris Saint Germaine already have a strong squad that Luis Enrique can build to become one of the strongest teams in Europe but it seems they're used to letting their rising quality players leave the club while they keep searching for already established world class players. There's a report that Xavi Simons might leave Paris Saint Germaine this summer on a permanent basis as he's not ready to return to the club that loaned him to German club RB Leipzig past summer.
Kylian Mbappe have left the French champions in his search to get a club that'll help him achieve his dreams of winning the UEFA Champions League but if Paris Saint Germaine manager can convince player like Simon to remain at the club, I think he'll be very useful in his quest to build a very solid Paris Saint Germaine team that'll always depend on team football to win games than signing known football superstars and expect them to help the club win trophies with their individual brilliance

Xavi Simons' contract runs until 2027, so at the moment we are talking about extending the rent. He spent last season with Leipzig and now he would like to extend his rent again. Bayern would also like to have this player at the team, but if he spent a year in Leipzig, then it is clear that he made friends there and would like to continue working in Leipzig, although if we evaluate this from a development perspective, he should consider Bayern, but it is not clear whether he will be able to get enough playing time in this team.
One of those talents that is rarely seen and I am always happy to see him on the pitch. Xavi Simons is a talented young player and I think it would be a bit of a shame if he continues to stay at Leipzig. If there is an offer from Bayern Munich, he must consider it because after all it is very important for his experience. His position as an attacking midfielder and being able to fill both wings is very important for player rotation so his role will be very useful.

However, if you look at PSG's current situation, it is clear that they really need Xavi Simons, especially with Mbappe leaving, he can fill the left winger position. So maybe if PSG wants him back, it is possible that the offers from the two German clubs will be rejected and Xavi Simons will have to work under Luis Enrique.

Monaco will be very busy next season because they will playing at Champion League and finally after 5 years absense they will playing at this competition again and looking forward to see their performance next season whether Monaco can managed their consistency or not because unlike previous season which they only playing at Ligue 1 and next season Monaco have to playing with several different competitions which is not easy for them
As long as Monaco doesn't sell its important players who performed very consistently last season, I think Monaco can compete in the UCL, but one thing I doubt is that Monaco will definitely have difficulty maintaining consistency in League 1 matches.
Reason is quite easy if the next season's UCL is a hot topic of discussion when the addition of UCL participants means that all the players appearing in the competition must be ready to face more opponents and Monaco must get more reserve players to be able to rotate players perfectly and maintain consistent performance all Monaco players.
If they fail to maintain consistency and fail in the UCL, Monaco will probably return to focusing on League 1 and give up the UCL title because competing in the UCL is very difficult and requires a lot of experience.

Quote
About their performance in Ligue 1 i thought Monaco can being an strong contender for PSG for race title because at the beginning of season Monaco performing well they even can occupy first place several times but unfortunately consistency is still their main problem because Monaco has been slipped and lost several times which makes them only able to occupy runner up place at the end of this season and for transfer players i have to says the news about them is still lack because i couldn't find any information who is their target player for this summer but first of all Monaco should be give Wissam Ben Yedder contract extension because he is Monaco top scorer this season so he deserved to gets new contract and besides that i think Monaco should be buy new attacking players because front lines is one of their weaknesses of this season
And in the coming season it will be a big opportunity for Monaco if they choose to focus on league 1 matches and give up the UCL title, Monaco will easily get the league 1 title beating PSG and this opportunity comes when PSG no longer has a mainstay player after Mbappe left , there are lots of small teams that will try to take the title from PSG and I hope that Monaco no longer needs to think about the UCL title because that is very impossible and prioritize getting the league 1 title and leading until the end of the season.
And regarding Wissam Ben Yedder, it seems that Monaco has so far not made any effort to retain this player and for some reason this will be a little worrying because he is one of the players that Monaco can really rely on or maybe Monaco has a new player that is being targeted to replace his position.

In the bid to making sure the strike position isn't left vacant as PSG needs Suitable replacement for mbappe, who was their only striker, looking at the performance of xavi Simons he may look like the replacement they will be needing for mbappe, so far his performance in his club and now the Netherlands side has been really a good one and if he is in a team like PSG under the leadership of Enrique, I believe he will be able to improve much better and even do more then he has been doing at his former team, he's will get more competitive adventures especially when he's to participate in the champions league than he would in the Ligue 1.

With Leipzig he's going to face more competition both in their domestic league and in other leagues but mostly it will be in their domestic league because they are looking forward to a more competitive league next season. Because most teams in their domestic league are going to be more focused on trying to perform much better than they have always done as there's a current kind of revolution going on in their German bundesliga where almost all the teams are now having the opportunity to seeing a chance at winning the league title because Leverkusen last season made them to see the possibility in it, so the competition to be experienced in Leipzig will be tougher than that which you will see in the PSG.
