You are wrong. Just buying many superstar players doesn't mean the management is good in PSG. For a club who once had the likes of Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr Kylian Mbappe and one of football's greatest defenders Sergio Ramos bit to be able to win the UEFA Champions League title, I strongly believe that there's something wrong with the teams tactical approaches. Paris Saint Germaine without doubt is good in spending hugely to sign some of the best players in the world and that has made most of the managers that's managed the club over the years to always depend on the individual brilliance of these quality players to help them win trophies instead of building strong teams that works better as a team than on individual brilliance.
Kylian Mbappe is the last of all the above mentioned players to leave the club and now that he's left the French champions, I think it'll be good for the club's current manager Luis Enrique to build a the club to always play top class team football instead of relying on their star players to help them win them win big matches.
