Yes, there's nothing wrong with that, but in my opinion PSG has too big ambitions to force the players to continue to use a lot of energy and always maximize their performance to get what the PSG owner wants.
I just remember some of the previous problems and of course I know that players like Mbappe must also be forced to stay at PSG and in the end they will lose even though previously they had always defended them with all their efforts, but it was all done to get a prestigious title.
Maybe this is what I mean that the player's mental experience is also very important but the presence of Neymar and Messi at that time should have provided a big opportunity but it turned out the results were the same as before and indeed all of this does not depend on the coach or players but the PSG owner and PSG management who should slowly building PSG to be more consistent in CL competitions without having to force the players.

Monaco and Brest are only aiming for a place to qualify for the Champions League this season, therefore Ligue 1 is not at all competitive unlike the Premier League or LaLiga.

I don't think we should totally blame the PSG team for investing so much money on big players with the aim of winning the champions league, the team was so desperate in winning the champions league and as a big team that has got the money to spend I don't think it was a bad idea to buy super stars but they were so unlucky not to have won the same trophy that made them to spend so much money on big players.

If  PSG wants to be like Real Madrid in terms of the young players they have they will need to shift their focus of winning the champions league for now while they work on building the team with the young players they are willing to buy.

actually there is nothing to be surprised about about this because football is a safe business, there is a huge turnover of money in it, Nantes is taking wise steps before their team falls into the brink of relegation, at least they must be able to survive in their current position.  Currently Nantes' points are only a slight difference from those in the relegation zone, if they enter League 2 it will be very difficult to return to League 1.  Hopefully Kombouare can improve the performance of the Nantes squad until this season is over.

Monaco and Nice are the two teams that should compete with PSG for the League 1 title, but they both did not look serious and allowed PSG to be topping the table despite PSG’s poor start of the season.

Brest is doing very well this time, they tried to overtake the likes of Monaco, Lille, and Nice; I believe their main aim is to make it to the  Champions League next season and if they keep playing consistently, they will surely make it.

I don't really understand why when a coach saves a team from getting relegated, they get him fired to let him leave them easily. Kombouaré was definitely a good coach for Nantes and if they kept this coach he could even bring more achievements for Nantes but they didn't do that and now it seems Kombouaré going to return to Nantes after a few years of leaving the team but he will have the same task he had before. He should try to keep Nantes in the League 1.
Checking the past teams Kombouaré before he worked on teams like Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia and this made me think maybe Kombouaré asked for too much money and they stopped working with their coach. But I'm waiting to see how he is going to perform in Nantes.

Brest is one team that has really surprised me in the Ligue 1 this season and so I have tried to look at their performance and how they managed to get to the second position displacing Nice and the rest of the other tea.s who has been looking more promising to get to the top of the table but then currently their form isn't looking like such that can help them get to the second position on that table as at this time.

The top position actually belongs to PSG as at this time and its not an arguable one because they are already over nine points away from Brest who happens to be at the second position on the table who are trying to get to the top but getting to the top will means they will have to win almost four straight matches and PSG will aswell lose same number of games too which this almost not possible because PSG isn't going to allow such set back befall them not at this time of the season when they are almost close to the trophy and I'm sure they wouldn't want that which happened to them the other time where they were close to winning and they lost the trophy to happen to them again.

If PSG even loose their next game, they wouldn't even have much to loose because they will still be at the top of the table and still, without any team been able to displace them from their position at the top but then they still have to make sure to maintain the gap so they don't have to be pressured from the Ligue 1 while they still have the champion's league to still play aswell, they still remains the favorite for the Ligue 1 this season.

Empowering existing resources certainly saves the club's expenses, but in fact it is difficult for a club to do this, if you take the example of Leverkusen in this case is of course a distant example, Arsenal have actually done what you said, dominant more utilizing young players bought at low prices, orbiting young talents from the academy but in fact for many years they failed to win the Premier League and even struggled to Competed in the Champions League.

Most teams are very okay and satisfied with being a mediocre team rather than fighting and struggling to see if they can at least get European spot next season. This should be the key for most team as with this kind of mindset, you’ll see how improved the team football will get.

 Clermont came to the Ligue last 2 seasons and it’s been wavy for them as their performance over the past 3 season has been dwindling upward and downward. Their first season they managed to finish some points above relegation and they were lucly. They put in hardwork in the 2nd season and were able to finish in the top 10 Of the league and that result was quite impressive and I know how much their fans have been happy. What went wrong after the sweet performance last season, they all relaxed and think all is well.This season they’re having a very tough one with only 4 wins and 8 draws while they lost over 14 games.

 This is leaving them in 18th out of 18 teams in the league and that means relegation already especially as in the final 8 matches of the league they’ll be facing some quite difficult opponents. This is a very poor one but they should go down to the other league and work real hard and they could be lucky to return nex season and when they return they shouldn’t be like Metz who returned and is about to get relegated again. Investment is very key in every team as this helps the team achieve it’s maximum potential and it also helps to build the face of the league when the teams in the league are all at a great performance level.

I understand PSG's mentality. The aim is big names, huge wins. However, relying on a few superstars is risky. Huge risk. Spends a fortune, and no trophies? Disaster. Absolute disaster. Mbappe, a terrific player, shows that Champions League pressure can break anyone.

Believe me, this play is smarter: Create your own talent. Slow, but builds a stronger foundation. You avoid outrageous transfer fees and inflated salaries and get players who compete for the shirt, not just the salary. Mixing one or two major stars with local talent? The mixture is potent. PSG needs competitiveness and sustainability to win. Much smarter than their current plan.

3 seasons ago Clermont Foot was promoted to Ligue 1 along with Troyes and Toulouse but until now only Clermont Foot and Toulouse have remained in Ligue 1, seeing the condition of Clermont Foot which has so far fallen in 18th place with only 4 wins from 26 matchs of course it is difficult to say their can survive in Ligue 1 next season,  Moreover, they are now 5 points apart from Nantes who are in the relegation qualification zone, this season is the worst season for Clermont Foot after 3 seasons of being able to stay in Ligue 1 and I think also they will be the first team to be relegated this season to Ligue 2.

Although Clermont foot still has 8 games left this season, it looks like it will be difficult for them to win to secure their position, because so far Clermont is a team with a very small percentage of scoring ability in league, and even from 26 matches they have only been able to put 19 goals into the opponent's and actually Conceded almost 43 goals,  I think in the rest of the game they will continue to be a barn of goals for other teams, moreover most of the rest of the teams they will face are strong teams.

for this season for me, Clermont has no chance to leave the relegation zone.
from some of the matches you said against some of the big teams Clermont will compete away and have been confirmed to also lose points, except for the match against Lyon.
but to fight Lyon even though Clermont competing at home will still be very difficult.
Clermont is currently the second team that conceded in large quantities after Lorient and Clermont now conceded 43 scores and just imagine how weak the Clermont defense and it is very feasible if Clermont must be degraded this season because this team always gives an inconsistent appearance since last season.
