It's a shame that Monaco failed to secure a win at home after only drawing 2-2 against Lorient. Both teams played quite hard and the statistics also show that the two teams played quite evenly. But there was one unique thing in this match where both teams opened the scoring with an own goal from their players and a sight like this is very rare in a football match.

On the other hand, Monaco could have won because they scored the second goal in the 60th minute through Fofana but unfortunately they failed to maintain that narrow lead after Lorient didn't give up until the final minute. Bakayoko saved Lorient from defeat after scoring a goal in the 90+4 minute and forcing Monaco to only share one point. This match was also marked by a red card received by one of the players from each team. This result made Monaco fail to reach second place in the standings after Brest also only drew 1-1 against Lille.

AS Monaco shouldn't just have a draw with Lorient, they're just a team that's currently struggling to get away from the relegation zone but could cause a surprise at AS Monaco home match.

What amazed me even more about Lorient was that they scored their second goal after one of their players received a red card. There's no more competition and racing for the Ligue 1 title for AS Monaco, but they should be able to maximize their chances of second place.
Yeah, that's all Monaco can do in the remaining games this season and at least they should go to the Champions League next season. The competition will be fiercer because all the teams are aiming for a place in the competition and they also want to finish in the table as well as possible. Monaco must start to be wary of Lille or Nice, who are now only 3 points away, especially Nice, who have just started to find their game after beating Lens, should be wary.

Monaco is one of the big teams in Ligue 1 and they have to prove their quality and not lose concentration which shouldn't happen. After drawing against Lorient, in the next match they will still face a weak team at the bottom of the standings, namely Metz and they should not lose full points again in that match in the future. On the other hand, Metz also needs full points to escape the relegation zone and I think this time Metz will not just sit back and try to secure full points at home. This will be a fierce match because both teams want to win.

Now, there's a high chance that he moves after the season. How will PSG cope? New signings?

At the moment I don't see any young PSG academy players having a candidate capable of replacing Mbappe for now. One of the best ways is to take advantage of the transfer market by buying new players. Some media outlets suggest that Victor Osimhen, Rafael Leao, Bernardo Silva are reportedly new targets to replace Mbappe if he leaves. After he officially leaves, Enrique must be able to make a collective game, not rely on 1 player.
Yep, PSG has to think about the names that might be on PSG's recruitment list in the summer market and I'm also curious whether PSG can recruit Oshimen from Napoli because if you look at Napoli, they are reluctant to let go of this important player, bringing Oshimen to Enrique's team seems to be enough to replace him. Mbappè's role as a striker who is hungry for goals is because Oshimen also scored a lot of goals for Napoli, even though this season he didn't become the first top scorer in the Italian league but he was still nominated in 5th place but we also have to remember that last season Oshimen was in the first tier and succeeded in bringing Napoli to the trophy, who knows, with the gap that exists in League 1, he will replace Mbappè as top scorer in France.

Osimhen has is actually suitable for PSG because they will help Osimhen improve the more because they have a very good quality players that can assist Osimhen very well,
Actually this is a little deviating from the opinion that I think when you say about Osimhen who is suitable to join PSG and can develop the talent that Osimhen has, it seems impossible and his career will only stop in League 1.
As you can see how the achievement of PSG has always been until now and see Mbappe even though he is a great player but he is only always great in League 1 without having achievements in big competitions like the Champions League.
We have never seen Mbappe joining a big club that has a greater achievement and later after Mbappe left and joined a big club we will find out whether Mbappe is a great player after developing at PSG.
There is no guarantee when Osimhen joins PSG will certainly only be great in League 1.

Actually, losing Mbappe will not affect their dominance in League One, it's just that their strength is lost in the UCL League. I want to see it from the other side, losing Mbappe, Ramos, Neymar and Messi is a big blow for PSG. The team will undergo a major transition and will need time to rebuild its strength. If we talk about business related to Mbappe, PSG and Legue 1 will definitely be affected by the loss of Mbappe. However, Legue 1 should have 2 or 3 clubs that can compete with PSG so that the league is exciting and competitive. Players who have the potential to realistically increase their selling value are players who play in Serie A such as Vlahovic, Chiesa, Oshimhen, Kvara, who are suitable for increasing their broadcast value, although not as significantly as Mbappe.

However, in my opinion, whatever Mbappe's decision to leave PSG next season, it is likely that PSG will remain a strong team in League One next season. But yes, they may no longer be considered contenders for the UCL League trophy. Yes. Currently, Mbappe's replacement at PSG is more suitable for the player Oshimhen, and PSG has been targeting him since last season.

In my opinion, Osimhen and Leao are important targets. PSG may try to bring them to the team instead of Mbappe. I don't think Milan will leave Leao because he is an important part of a team with high goals. However, Osimhen can leave Napoli with a good transfer fee. I believe he will be successful in Paris, too. I think he will not be as successful as Mbappe, but he will still be good.

I agree with you because by now PSG must have identified all the players they feel will boost the performance of the team when Mbappe will leave the club, however considering the performance of Osimhen he is the right player for PSG because he is very good and strong even though he is not skillful but he knows how to utilize a scoring opportunities, so like you said even if his performance is not up to Mbappe but he will surely be an assets for PSG because I believe that a player with the kind of speed and force Osimhen has is actually suitable for PSG because they will help Osimhen improve the more because they have a very good quality players that can assist Osimhen very well, however when Osimhen leaves Napoli it will also affect the team because he has been doing really well for the club in terms of creating scoring chances and assist.

Mbappe is very effective in scoring goals. He scored 24 goals and David followed him with 15 goals. This year is probably his last season, but he is playing with great dedication in his last season. As a result, he will become the top scorer. He may also receive the award for the best player of the French league. Mbappe is an incredible talent. It is every team's dream to have him.
Kylian Mbappe has been PSG's mainstay striker so far, so it's only natural that he scored a lot of goals with PSG, even at the end of his season with PSG, he just wants to show that he is the best player that PSG has and he remains professional in all situations without thinking about anything even at the end. Next season he will no longer be with PSG. Just like coach Jurgen Kloop, he wants to leave a good impression on Liverpool and be able to win a title, so does Mbappe who wants to leave a good impression before he leaves and he also wants to see PSG do better in the Champions League, a title that PSG really wants. Even though the chance is small, who knows, PSG will get a miracle, especially if their opponent will be Barcelona, where their performance is no longer as strong as before.

Currently Kylian Mbappe has recorded a record of 37 goals in all competitions which will soon reach 50 goals if Mbappe continues to score goals in the remainder of this season. He will be named the best striker in France this season, and maybe next season we don't know if Kylian Mbappe can score a lot of goals at the club he will work for because each league has a different level of difficulty. I can't imagine what would happen if PSG were without Mbappe next season, would PSG still perform like this in League 1.

PSG is one of the big and richest teams in the French league, so it is not surprising that so far they often recruit star players at high prices rather than orbiting their young players from the academy, besides that it seems very rare that we hear if there are other teams interested in players from the PSG academy because maybe they do not have much natural talent to orbit young players like Monaco academy,  Barcelona and Madrid at this time.

The absence of young players despite having a large academy certainly makes PSG only a team that does have a short-term vision, and of course it is very reasonable because indeed they can overcome this with the money power they have so far in recruiting players, losing Mbappe next season will certainly leave a big hole in PSG's front line,  so that hole will be closed if PSG can find a player who can indeed be better than mbappe later, from Of the three names you mentioned, I think only Osimhen does have the capacity to replace Mbappe, while the other two will probably be Osimhen supporters in the future in PSG

Leao has clearly stated that he is unwilling to leave the club and he has been repeating it many times, i don't even know why media keep try to send him the same question anytime. This also demonstrates Leaso's strong loyalty to his club. Although he has been linked to a number of teams, he has stated that he is delighted to remain at Acmilan and he is not having a thought to leave from there, im sure this is coming from his heard. He cannot leave the club. It is possible for Osimhen to leave because he has stated that he is willing to join another club on occasion and there may be aso another reason that we don't know that. We don't know when he'll leave, but Osimhen's possibility of leaving the club is far more likely than Leao's caused by osimhen has ordered his team to put release clause in the new contract. It is caused by Leaso repeatedly stating that if he is willing to stay, he should not leave.
It also confirmed many rumors about Leao's willingness to leave Acmilan due to the club's incompetence. Napoli has been offering him a high price, while Leaso's price remains unknown. Osimhen has also ordered Napoli to decrease his release clause, which will make him leave the club and join a better club than it.
Osimhen will not be a dumb player by remaining in a garbage club like Napoli. Napoli has come to an end, and it will take another two decades to replace Torphy. Osimhen should leave there and join a club that will treat him better.
There are many clubs interested in acquiring him from Napoli. Osimhen must be able to think positively if moving to a new club will improve his results. Osimhen must use his common sense to determine which decision will be best for his career.

Although PSG has the academy for youth players but apparently they are not the team with a habit want to promote their young players and used those players to playing at PSG main squad and i have seen plenty that the players from PSG academy have to leave PSG and moved to other teams because they haven't gets much opportunities to gets more minutes to play but those players usually can develop their skill at their current teams and became an key players such as Kingsley Coman in Bayern Munich or Christopher Nkunku who can able to performing well at Leipzig so this proven PSG is not the right place for young players from their academy because for the needs of the team PSG prefers to buy players who are already famous rather than having to use their young players

I know losing Mbappe is big lost for PSG but the good thing is later PSG will not rely on 1 player only for each matches and i think this is good for long term because their performance will be more stable and about Mbappe replacement candidates so far it is only media speculate but indeed some people predict Osimhen and Rashford is the strongest candidates as the replacement of Mbappe so let see it later which player will PSG buy as a replacement for Mbappe who left for Real Madrid

PSG definitely looks like the dominating powerhouse that they are once again, and they were always like that, they just didn't felt the need to show it. Now that they got a few ties, other people were like "does PSG getting worse?" and then they showed that no they are not getting worse, they are just not caring and if they cared this is what would happen. I am quite happy that we are considering the situation to be a lot better right now, PSG definitely looks like it is going to be strong enough.

I hope that it gets to a point where we could end up with a much better PSG next season as well, a better manager, and no Mbappe drama, could mean that they could actually have a strong future as well, could be something to think.
PSG president have messed up in the past and have also learned his lessons, he's keen on improving this season. Nasser Al-Khelaifi will not leave soon because he ensured the team is fixed to his very taste this season. PSG will strive for best results because they're in sitting in position of topping the table. They will continue to dominate because of the presence of outstanding players in the team. No team in France can match up the formidable form of Paris Saint-Germain this season. It's been one of the tremendous form to watch this big club having good moments in matches.
In fact, if we compare it to previous years, we can say that it was a better year. Even during the time of the attacking trio of Messi-Neymar-Mbappe, they could sometimes suffer surprise defeats. Now I don't see any team in the league challenging them. They also have an ongoing UCL adventure. They can beat Barcelona and maybe reach the semi-finals. So this year the president is watching enjoyable matches. I don't expect him to leave office.

It was hurtful for Monaco to draw at home. We can say that the championship belongs to PSG alone, but the race for second place still continues. It must be painful for them to lose points in this race on their home turf. The race for second place in the French league is made by six teams in the league. Monaco may even be out of the European cups with this loss of points.

His second goal against Montpellier was one of the most beautiful goals I have seen in recent years. Also, he unlocked the game with that goal. Mbappe is really an extraordinary talent. He gave us some great recitals at Paris Saint Germain, but it's time for him to play for a better team. At Manchester City, Haaland plays together with quality players like De Bruyne, Foden, Alvarez and Rodri. If Mbappe had the same advantages as Haaland, I think he could have had much better performances. I am sure we will see a completely different Mbappe at Real Madrid.
Mbappe has better skills than Haaland because he can create goals through his own movement, unlike Haaland who's performance looks fantastic but is quite dependent on the midfielder to provide good passes for him to execute into goals.
Kylian Mbappe will have a greater opportunity to get more titles and also more prestigious ones which will be difficult for him to get if he stays with PSG, so moving from PSG to another elite club is a good choice for Mbappe.
If Kylian Mbappe played at a club that had a more balanced squad quality it would allow him to perform more brilliantly, but unfortunately PSG is not a team like that and that's because the competition in Ligue 1 can be said to be low so he can perform optimally at his current club.

I also expected to see Monaco win this match. And the performance of Monaco's players was good in this match. Even then Monaco failed to get 3 points.
Lorient team is quite weak in comparison I would say Lorient was very lucky in this match so they managed to get 1 point. Lorient's midfielder Bakayoko scored in the last minute of the match. Bakayoko equalized the match by scoring in 90+5 minutes.

Monaco's overall gameplay was very good. Monaco could have won this match if they had been a bit more tactical. A lot of attacks were made by Monaco's players. A total of 22 shots were taken by Monaco players in this match. 8 of them were on target. Lorient naturally kept their defense tight in this match and tried to score on the counter attack.

Lorient really pulled a surprising performance on that match because they have been struggling on the table to try if they could come up a bit but they are still close to the relegation zone, so meeting As Monaco on this match became almost certain that they will lose the match against As Monaco but there sudden performance was what actually surprises everybody and seeing how they were so improve that they gave As Monaco a very tough time but although if As Monaco had not gotten the red card they would have actually win the match because immediately after the red card it was not long Lorient equalize the goal.

In fact, Lorient second goal also occurred in the last minutes of the match and thus, then at least Monaco has also been able to ensure to win. But unfortunately, bad luck happened to Monaco because at the end of the match Lorient managed to make a second goal so finally the match ended with a score of 2-2 draw. But indeed, ofcourse this result is a very regrettable result because after all, playing at home against a team that is in the bottomzone of the standings is certainly a great opportunity for Monaco to win and also to overtake Brest in second place. But even so, thefact is that Monaco still has safepoints in third place and yes, with the results of points like that I personally believe that Monaco is able to finish in the topthree and get a Champion League ticket for next season.

The game between Lorient and Monaco was really dramatic because in this match Lorient couldn't really have a chance to make Manaco stop and I was expecting to see Lorient losing this match to Mano because of the more control Monaco had in this match on the game and other than this, Monaco had much more shots and everything they needed to have.
I think Monaco should forget the chance they lose and if they want to get the Champions League title they need to get the other points they can have and the next game is going to be against Metz for them which is a good chance to take the three points from it.

Mbappe was the only one at PSG after Neymar and messi's departure. His departure is certainly a big red flag for PSG especially for the next season. If he leaves there will surely be someone to replace him but there is enough doubt among fans as to who will be his equal. We have seen that since he announced his departure from the club, the coach has been reluctant to give him a chance to play. But he proved once again that he is still the best, his hat-trick against Montpellier once again made his fans realize what kind of player he is. However, even if PSG can top the League 1 this season, it is almost clear that their condition may worsen in the next season. Coach Luis Enrique is now heavily criticized on how to handle the team.

It’s true they will suffer for a while when Mbappe leaves but they will eventually get over it like Madrid got over Ronaldo’s departure. They shouldn’t expect to have him forever especially when they couldn’t achieve so much together so obviously he would leave someday and when he does they will surely have a new replacement for him sooner or later.

Mbappe is an exceptional player and no matter how he is being treated when he come on the pitch he will always make a difference. PSG will surely suffer for at least a season or two before they would adapt to playing without Mbappe because the few matches he was kept on the bench he would still come in and deliver and that shows how good he is and how great he player he would become.

But it is difficult when a club that is indeed in the bottom half plays with no burden it makes big clubs inconvenient and in this match it also happened for Monaco.
They played very well but Lorient made the decision to try to play openly instead of doing defensive schemes they tried to match Monaco's play in this match and the result I think is not bad.

2 own goals and 2 red cards also added to the fact that this was a hard-fought and exciting match. Its a little unfortunate if we talk about the score that Monaco should be able to get 3 points in today's match but the equaliser at 90+5 scored by Bakayoko was very difficult to avoid because it happened when there was a chaos in front of the Monaco goal and they failed to see the position of the player from Lorient which could be maximised well . At least 1 point is still good enough for them rather than getting no points at all.
