Yes, they are with enough finance to get good young players, but I do think their problem is that the coach or the management board kind of lack the ability to foresee young players with great potential like that of Mbappé to sign ,else they should have gotten Mbappe's replacement on ground before his departure. PSG is hugely depending on Mbappé to get the club going and which is bad, I'm still wondering how PSG is gonna survive and compete with fellow clubs in Ligue 1 and even in the European competition should Mbappé finally exit the club in summer transfer.
I think PSG will be fine if Mbappe really goes to another club, because currently Enrique has no shortage of good players in his squad. I admit that Mbappe is a great player and has technical qualities above the average of other players, let's say he is a typical player who can make a difference for the team, but I don't think PSG management is building a team that is oriented towards just one player.

For some time PSG will certainly need to adapt, adjust to being without Mbappe, and it is possible that they will be a little unstable. But on the other hand, we also shouldn't ignore the talents of other players who could be a solution to Mbappe's departure, who knows, PSG will be more solid without the star players who are prioritized by the club, getting preferential treatment, big paychecks, and potentially causing jealousy in the locker room.

I could not agree with you. PSG will suffer horribly if Mbappe leaves next summer. I think if Mbappe leaves this season in the winter, PSG will still be able to win the league but if he leaves next season, they will have to fight even harder. Currently, Ligue 1 is like a picnic to PSG. They just go and win the matches and return home. They can just draw a match and it won't seem to be affecting the table that much due to the huge lead that PSG has got over other teams.

But next season it will be different because everyone will start with 0 points. If PSG can find a replacement for MBappe then it might be possible otherwise it won't be. The whole team is dependent on Mbappe. This is not good and you cannot beat a big team with these tactics which is clear by their performance in the UEFA Champions League.

Messi and Neymar had two whole seasons to show something. Considering the level of other partners, including Mbappe, Donnaruma, etc. they had everything to achieve something, but in fact it was two disastrous seasons. Why do you think such a team should be given another chance? Messi is old, Neymar is lazy and undisciplined - the fact that they left the club made PSG stronger. If they continue to get rid of brands and continue to buy real players (and not those who have a couple of years left to play before the recession), then this PSG has great prospects (which, by the way, I’m not happy about since I’m against moneybags).
One thing that needs to be highlighted as the reason why PSG failed in European competition is the figure of their coach. Even though Messi, Neymar and Mbappe are fit, the overall performance of the team has never been good. PSG completely wasted money and time by bringing in the best football stars, while they failed to establish a good partnership with a great coach. Of course they had a lot of money, but they failed to bring the success they deserved.

The 2020 Champions League final against Bayern Munich was a truly disappointing flashback for PSG. Even though PSG ultimately had to give up with a score of 0-1 to Bayern Munich, they should have been able to win if they were able to take advantage of the opportunities well. I want to see how far PSG will go with their team this season in the Champions League, Ligue 1 may be theirs again this season.

Mbappe is one of the best football stars in the world and one of PSG's most important players, so PSG have high expectations from him. PSG have managed to keep a very talented player so far, no matter how talented Mbappe is we tend to forget that he is one and he will never play like 10. No matter how well a player performs in a team, if the rest of the team's players do not provide good support, then the team's performance will be null. Mbappe is performing well individually for PSG but all the other players in the team are not able to support Mbappe well due to which PSG is not getting good performance as a team. Mbappé has been heavily buzzed about outside the club in the transfer window ahead and chances are the buzz will come true.
This is exactly what I've been saying all along a situation where by there's a good player who helps the team with some good performance which should get the team to a good position very fast but the rest of the team members are not optimal, it will end up jeopardizing the efforts of the star player.

A typical example is when the players scores several goals for the team in a match and the defenders alongside the keeper is unable to guard their post well enough not to conceding too many goals that will bring the goals scored by their player to a ruin. In the case of PSG mbappe alone can not do all the team needs to win UCL but with the help of other team members and good cooperation they can achieve it because they have got a good dept and on the other hand I think the coach is also a problem to the team too. The major challenge PSG has always gotten has been with the UCL as they literally win the ligue 1 at will.

But I wonder, even though PSG has good finances or is the richest team in France but yes, it seems that PSG is not so successful in having and or getting young players with great potential. Because anyway, over time also young players with great potential like Mbappe will also leave and if Mbappe really leaves, then of course PSG will experience a decline in performance which may be very bad.

Because after all, so far PSG has only relied on Mbappe to become a goal machine and of course, if Mbappe leaves, it will take more time for PSG to get or have good performance only in Ligue 1. Because yes, we cannot consider too far about PSG in the Champions League because after all, only for competition in Ligue 1 also PSG still relies on Mbappe.

PSG has problems, especially the coach and the depth of the squad. They have problems in defense and midfield, even if they have big-name strikers. The coach is also the reason why they tend to lose technically, so success is not solely due to the players but also due to the coach's ability to analyze the team's problems and needs. Unfortunately, Messi and Neymar have left while they have Luis Enrique as coach. But Enrique will create his own story this season with PSG even without Messi and Neymar again.

I wouldn't describe the win of this title as a booster for their confidence, but as something that gives them a decent understanding of their own goals and possibilities. Everyone expected them to win that title and they delivered. But by now nobody expects them to win the title in the Champions League and maybe it is good for them that they finally don't have to carry this burden anymore and deal with the pressure that everyone says they have to win the Champions League. Not this time, the favorites are other teams.

The Trophée des Champions might not be a big trophy but little achievements like this could serve as a motivation to put in more effort. They have won the trophy for the twelfth time which is remarkable. PSG coaches are judged based on the Champions League performance but to win the local trophies is a must. But I am glad that coach Luis Enrique has won his first trophy for the club and they are also in a good position to win the Ligue One. Real Sociedad might not be the favorite in the Champions League second-round match but we cannot underestimate them. PSG I not in very good shape compared to clubs like Manchester City, therefore they are not favorites to win the Champions League. Luis Enrique already knows that he might lose his job if PSG fail to lift the most prestigious trophy in Europe this season.

PSG ever have top attacking line such as Mbappe, Neymar and Lionel Messi but failed in Champion League, I think main problem is how to manage ego some players prefer with team working than individual and PSG manager can't reduce the players ego and failed in Champion League to be the winner. Difference with Manchester City although they have many star players but Pep Guardiola success make working teams not individual.

I think if PSG have ideas to build team with star players they must have great head coach can manage well the players ego, make them working as one team not prefer individual skill only. Seems under Luis Henrique, PSG more prefer build up their squad with youth players and worth for long term project keep dominance not only in domestic league but also can talk more in Champion League.

I would say that it is not really all that same, I feel like they might be even better right now compared to last two seasons and when I say that many people think that I am joking but that's really the reality without a joke. Because Messi was already at a certain age when he get there, he was still a great player but he wasn't the Messi that can took a team from nothing to UCL, plus he wasn't playing in his own system, that dude played 20 years at Barcelona, PSG was a new team to him, between his age and new team I think he wasn't at 100% anymore.

Neymar was even worse situation because we are talking about a situation where he was just keep getting injured, just like he is injured now as well. So those all matter, sure on paper it looked great, but the reality wasn't like that.
I would like to say the same thing, but I don't think many people want to hear it and tend to make fun of it. Messi, Neymar and Mbappe are great strikers, it is recorded in their history and statistics. However, whether PSG is successful or not in the Champions League is not just because of these three, meaning that every player who has the opportunity to play in that season must be the reason why PSG is good.

PSG has problems, especially the coach and the depth of the squad. They have problems in defense and midfield, even if they have big-name strikers. Of course, money is a very important factor in football, but what should not be forgotten is that football is played with 11 people. If PSG could not win the cup despite having Messi, Neymar Mbappe on the offensive line, there are also some external factors. 8 more players we haven't talked about played in PSG. Attackers shouldn't be the only thing we think about. Additionally, the draws and the teams winning the draws are also very effective in such situations. Football is a sport where nothing is guaranteed.
I agree with your point of view money is very important in football and it has a very great role to play I'm the development and the building of a team because they financial strength of a team will determine they quality of players they will be able to buy at a time and also much they will be able to achieve too but then it's not all that's needed.

Even in the presence of big and quality players the team couldn't win the trophy not because they were not good enough but because the lack some technicalities which would have helped them beyond getting good players alone, if they have a very good team work at once such that they are able to cooperate so well they will do so much even without the presence of big names just like Leverkusen is doing this season without any big name so beyond big names the team still have much more to do amongst themselves.

Luis Enrique tried his best to win this title and he succeeded. The title may not matter much. However, this title win will boost the confidence of PSG players. If the players are confident, PSG will have a promising result in the Champions League as well. While winning the Ligue 1 title is not difficult for PSG, it is very difficult for PSG to perform well in the Champions League.

PSG will face Real Sociedad in the knockout round. I wouldn't say that Real Sociedad is too strong. PSG will be considered as the favorite team in this match. Even so, PSG are likely to drop points against Sociedad. But if the players are confident, and if Enrique's match strategy is good, PSG will qualify for the quarter-finals with a win against Sociedad.

I wouldn't describe the win of this title as a booster for their confidence, but as something that gives them a decent understanding of their own goals and possibilities. The squad needs star players. However, it is not always possible to perform well if there are star players in the squad. In this year's Premier League, we can see Chelsea and Manchester United teams as examples. A lot of talented and star players are in the squads of these two teams. However, their performance is quite poor. Qualification for the Champions League is unlikely to be achieved by these two teams. On the other hand, Aston Villa and Newcastle teams are performing better than Chelsea and United without any star players.

PSG definitely need a score machine like Mbappe to keep their performance stable. Mbappe has the ability to score a lot of goals. But if match strategy and chemistry between players is not good, it is not possible to survive in a competitive platform like Champions League.
Surviving in Ligue One is simple, there are limited challenges for Les Parisiens and that put then in a better position to win matches and titles because they're top club. If PSG could sit in the position to duplicate Kylian Mbappe, they will without hesitation, winning will become constant. Paris Saint Germain have risen from the top lead, they have started to settle for lesser outcome which weigh below their standards. PSG once upon a time had brilliant top names in the club but they couldn't hold tight of the club, resulting tem to become vulnerable to their opponents and they easily lost matches.

I would say PSG's  performance this season  is much more organized than last season. Their performance  improved with the help of  Luis Enrique. They are now consistently playing  well in Ligue 1. However, PSG's performance against the big  teams in the Champions League is still somewhat  weak. And this is because the PSG team is so  dependent on Mbappe. If Luis Enrique is able to reduce  this dependence, he will be able to play  well in the Champions League. Luis Enrique is likely to add several players to the squad to strengthen his squad in the winter transfer window. He will probably try to find a replacement for Mbappe. Looking forward to see what players PSG management try to add to the squad in the winter transfer window.
Yes, but if PSG still doesn't have the ability to fight other big clubs, it's the same as last season, nothing changes.
In my opinion, PSG has not had any changes and is still the same as the previous season because it has not provided anything impressive and to lead in League 1 is not something new, but it has been since several previous seasons. PSG has always led in League 1 until the end of the season and according to I Luis Enrique also hasn't provided anything different.
For Enrique's efforts I agree with you that he as a coach will be given the responsibility of getting a replacement for Mbappe but in my opinion it will be the most difficult task because it will be very difficult to get a striker who has equal talent to Mbappe because several big clubs still retain their best players but we don't know what happened because I also heard that PSG might be able to get Haaland as a replacement for Mbappe because PSG could spend a large amount of money to make an offer to Haaland.

If Mbappe leaves the club in summer, which I think will happen no matter what PSG will do, the club will lose so much besides an exceptional striker. I think the whole team will suffer from Mbappe leaving them. They are so much less dangerous without him. Imagine you take him out of the team now, I think they wouldn't have the slightest chance in the Champions League as he is the player who can really decide a game within a blink of an eye. They would still win Ligue 1 as this is nothing special given how much quality they have in the team, but on the highest level Mbappe can't be replaced.

You are right, I think we can't blame Mbappe or a single player of PSG because they didn't get good results in the Champions League. We all know Mbappe is a good player and he will do his best for the team but he can't do everything by himself surely he needs to be in a good team and we should wait to see if Enrique can give him this chance or not because currently, Mbappe is in the good form. However, there is currently a high possibility for Mbappe to leave PSG during January, and this this case PSG should rely on other players instead of him.
Mbappe is one of the best football stars in the world and one of PSG's most important players, so PSG have high expectations from him. 5 points ahead of the second-placed club is a difficult gap to catch up with, yes that's because Paris Saint Germain are at the top, but if another club was in that position and Paris Saint Germain were in second place I might say different things.
Now the expectation is on Nice, they have a very strong defense that is difficult to break down, but they have a deficiency in the front line that is very difficult to create goals. They must take advantage of the transfer market to get players they can rely on up front. I'm sure if they can improve their goal productivity, then they will be a real threat to Paris Saint Germain, but if they can't improve then I'm not sure they can be a contender for Paris Saint Germain, maybe even be displaced from their current position.

I even thought that when there were three famous football stars at PSG on the front line, PSG was not able to win a prestigious trophy like in the UCL. Of course it will be quite difficult for PSG to get this this season even though there are still other players who can be relied on to try for this trophy this season.

And for Ligue1 I am still more confident that PSG will be able to get the trophy because the opponents in Ligue1 are weak teams who are not strong enough so there is no worry for PSG, but for other leagues such as UCL of course PSG has to do a lot of things. And disburse some money to buy several new players who have potential in several important lines to support their own strength in any league.

French Cup round of 64 PSG will face Revel, with bookies giving odds @ 1.02 for PSG and for their opponents @ 41.00, with such odds, the question is how many goals will PSG score? and also is there a chance for PSG to lose?
In this match, it is very likely that Luiz Enrique will only field their second-tier players and with only second-tier players PSG will still be able to win with a very convincing score because I am not sure that Revel will provide resistance that can make it difficult for PSG unless PSG underestimates their opponent which is making their defense easy to penetrate and Revel can score, but this is not an even match and PSG is very likely to score more than 3 goals.
I think there is a glaring mismatch between PSG and Revel, and the odds reflect it. But football is full of surprises, and statistics don't always tell the whole story. Of course PSG will prevail, but how many goals will they score? It's a riskier wager. Recall that PSG will probably rest its main players in order to concentrate more on the important UCL games. The dynamics alter when a second-string lineup is used. They may be careful in an effort to prevent injuries, which could reduce the number of goals they score. Though it might be too optimistic to expect a goal fest, I'd estimate they might score two or three goals. And regarding PSG's defeat? Very unlikely, but you never know in football

Unlike you think Haaland is actually quite likely to play for different teams as well. At least his father said this before when people were talking about the hidden release clause on his contract to be active in 2024. But would this happen this summer? It is hard to predict that for now. Maybe Haaland would like to stay for at least another season as well.

But I think Manchester City won't be the only European team in his career after leaving Dortmund. As long as his release clause is paid Manchester City can't do anything to prevent him from leaving. It would be up to his choice.
I don’t see any reason why Haaland should leave City, at the moment this is one of the strongest teams, at least in Europe and in my opinion everything is fine with Haaland. Yes, he began to score less this season than he did in the past, but it was a year of euphoria for him and repeating such results every season is not an easy task.
I think that he will remain in the team, he is young and very promising, Guardiola also understands this and will not want to let such a player go at the peak of his career.

I was wondering why Gundogan left City, the reason was quite unexpected, the player simply could not agree with the club on a new contract, Gundogan wanted to sign a new contract for two years, and City were only willing to do it for one year. A strange decision on the part of the club, in my opinion Gundogan is in excellent shape and he is currently one of the leaders of Barcelona.
