A talented young player is not all and what they need, they need some experienced players added with the younger players just exactly what is done with Real Madrid having old players and people like Luka Modric and Toni Kroos to help pass on the culture properly down across to the other lads.

I'm happy with the decisions of Kylian Mbappe honestly, bit he shouldn't be too rude and arrogant with the way he goes about his business, his main aim and focus right now is to ensure that he moves to a club who is ready to see him win the Ballon d'or. I don't know if he'll see a like Real Madrid that'll help him achieve that.

I love the way the PSG team management is handling the club because with there target and planning they have for PSG the club will be so strong that every other team will be scared of them whenever they meet them, because just like you said if they eventually sign more players during the transfer window it will greatly enhance PSG performance in such a way that all there leagues next season will be very easy for them. And also I believe that there are more good things installed for PSG by there management because with the kind of money the club has they will make sure they eradicate any chances that will make PSG to lose any matches from next season.

It's very possible PSG gets to buy talented young players who can help.the team achieve that which they are aiming to achieve because PSG has got the financial capabilities so it wouldn't really pose so much of a challenge to them.as it would be with other small teams in the Ligue 1 this season.

I have expected PSG to have done this which they are about to do because the team needs some vibrant player's to help their striking force but then they currently still have the best squad dept amongst others in France so far so I think even if they don't buy players, they can still work on their current players and be able to use them achieve greatly, except for the sake of winning the champions league, PSG don't need additional help for them to be able to win the Ligue 1 title this season.

Funding to recruit new players will not be an obstacle for PSG because they have strong financial support from their owners. PSG moved quickly in the January 2024 transfer market. Les Parisiens attracted two talented players from Brazil. Lucas Beraldo and Gabriel Moscardo are PSG's new winter signings. Previously, according to foreign sports media reports, PSG had scheduled medical tests for Sao Paulo defender Beraldo and Corinthians midfielder Moscardo. Apart from that, both players are expected to arrive in France this week.
Not surprisingly, PSG recruited Lucas Beraldo and Gabriel Moscardo to add strength in defense and midfield. With this move, PSG certainly hopes to provide a solution for the back and midfield. Most star players only play for one club and here it is clearly PSG. I don't think other teams like Marseille, Monaco, Lens or Nice have other star names and the rest is down to the talented players they have at the club. However, the financial strength of the 4 teams mentioned above is also not comparable to PSG.

PSG is a business club and it's all because of ownership from Middle Easterners so whatever they want can always be achieved. Previously they had brought in Neymar, Mbappe and Messi (now only Mbappe remains) and the policies they implemented in selecting star players always succeeded in making more money.

But this is not the whole truth. Winning the Champions League isn't easy and just look how long it took Manchester City to finally win the Champions League. Pep Guardiola has been the coach since 2016 and it took them seven attempts to finally win it. There is money needed, luck needed, high quality players needed and so on and so forth. PSG did achieve something on the domestic level and they made it into the final once as well. But they never had a coach who understood how to develop a team for many years.

The sheikhs don't necessarily have to understand a lot about football as they can hire their managers, which is what they do. But money can make a big difference if all the rest is taken care of, too. That is why it worked for Manchester City and they could establish themselves as the best team in the Premier League despite all the fierce competition.

The less competition in the league makes PSG Look cheap when the come to play in the UCL because in there, they’re playing against top clubs who face serious competition trying to get a spot in the UCL and as they say, healthy competition helps to build the team and shape it up. The Ligue 1 lacks this and that’s one reason it’ll take a while for PSG to be a serious threat in the UCL.

 Yea, they’ll sure go through to the last 8 but that could be their parting stage of the competition because there they could face bigger and better teams and they could make costly mistakes lr even stand no chace.  The Ligue 1 needs some serious investments so that we could have at least one or two clubs who could pose some serious challenge to PSg maybe this would help that team to shape up and be better than average.

So it is not surprising that Ligue 1 is called the Farmers League by many people, there are no serious competitors in the hunt for trophies, PSG is like walking in the park in collecting point after point, because no team has succeeded in suppressing their dominance due to being stingy in spending the budget to build the club. Overall, this kind of thing has an impact on the competitive level of the League, and when they compete in European competition, we will see Ligue 1 representatives going home early.

If the perspective of club owners is purely business, then we will never see Ligue 1 more advanced than it is today. Only a few fans are interested in watching their matches, of course gradually they will continue to be left behind in many ways, including the lack of star players who want to have a career in Ligue 1.

Nothing new from them with we have to understand fact their management is just wanted to win trophy with the money, and they never want to use better strategy and technique which is much better and having better chance of success as well they were barely succeeded to qualify for qualification into next round now we need luck which will bring them in next round, and then we have to watch another exit for them from this competition because their players are still not ready for this all with their coach is good and experienced, but he needs more time for giving better results and if management understand this all and give more time then we can expect this happen in coming years.

They never learn from their mistakes and also doing things again and again even we and they all know what outcome of this will be all, but their mentality is having no changes which is better for all stakeholders.

Ligue 1 has several clubs whose owners are quite wealthy. But the problem is that they are not interested in building the squad by spending huge amount of money like PSG management. While PSG prepares large funds for player purchases, no other team in Ligue 1 provides such a large fund. So naturally PSG form a very strong squad compared to other teams in Ligue 1. and dominate Ligue 1. If the management of Lille, Monaco and Marseille prepare big funds, these clubs have the potential to dominate Ligue 1 and challenge PSG for the title. But the clubs are not interested in spending more money.

Lyon's three consecutive wins means they are already outside the bottom 3 positions which are in danger of relegation.
Ligue 1 is not only about PSG but about Lyon, Marseille, Monaco and other teams that have been famous for a long time.

Lyon fought hard to get points in every match. The 2023-2024 season started with a bad performance and I thought that Lyon would not be able to finish this season well.
I'm not a Ligue 1 viewer because there are other leagues besides Ligue 1 which are my favorite shows, but I care too much about Lyon's situation, which at that time was at the bottom of the standings.

Toulouse was defeated and it was a good start for Lyon to go on to beat Monaco, who in terms of quality this season was much better than them. Continued with a win against Nantes. Now Lyon's position in the standings is 15th.

Let's just say we agree with what you say, especially for most of the points you say, after all PSG always dominates the Ligue 1 competition. even though currently two of their big stars have left, PSG is still strong in Ligue 1. even potentially much more  strong, if the young players they have reach their level of play. I mean, like Kolo Muani, Goncalo Ramos, Barcola and other players. in Enrique's hands, PSG can improve a lot with their young players regardless of Mbappe's role. because after all, rumors of Mbappe leaving at the end of this season are still a hot topic of conversation. PSG is now at the top of the standings with 40 points, 5 points ahead of Nice. If PSG is able to progress smoothly, they have the potential to leave the teams below them with a fairly large gap in points. well, we'll see how Enrique takes his team in Ligue 1 until the end of this season.

Well, for the Champions League. PSG should be able to compete fiercely in this competition every season. because after all, PSG always has a good front line, especially when PSG has the MNM trio. It's a shame, not all PSG players are good in several lines. in particular, the midfielders they have. especially, for attacking midfielders. also, a competent trainer. now, Enrique qualifies for it, but not his players. So it is not surprising that PSG is still the favorite in league one as long as it still has great players, it will certainly be very easy to get the league 1 title but everything will change if PSG loses Mbappe without a replacement.
I can't imagine what PSG's future will be like without Mbappe, is it still a concern for most people because we cannot deny that Kylian Mbappe's important role has had a big influence on the success of this club and PSG should immediately look for replacement players in the upcoming transfer market have equivalent performance.

To tell the truth I don't have much expectation from PSG in the Champions League this season as well. Because their performance so far has been a disappointment for their fans undoubtedly. They literally barely managed to make it to last 16 phase. I mean that they would have dropped down to the Europa League very easily if Newcastle managed to win against Milan on the final match week. 

PSG should learn a lesson from this bad performance but I'm not very hopeful about that. I think the scenario will be like "Mbappe tries his best but PSG still are eliminated...". The Champions League title is PSG's ultimate goal but they just can't make it. If they fail once again I believe that Mbappe will leave the team too.

Some Ligue 1 teams have enough money to build a squad with a number of expensive players, but they do not do so and tend to buy talented players and develop their talents until they attract the interest of other teams. They seem to prefer doing business instead of trying to compete with PSG, this actually makes Ligue 1 less influential in Europe than other leagues.

So it cannot be denied that PSG is the most expensive team in Ligue 1 and deserves to dominate because of the depth of its squad. They actually don't have serious competitors, even if they do, the team never performs consistently every season like competing teams in La Liga or the English League.

But most of those spectators were PSG fans or Lyon and Marseille fans before PSG became what it is now. That's if you mean the audience on television. I think the owner of the PSG club is disbursing very large funds as a form of long-term investment and we can see that even though PSG's performance is not good in international matches, they are still a club with quite a lot of fans in the world.

The situation in Ligue 1 and Bundesliga is very similar. However, Bundesliga teams are slightly stronger than Ligue 1 teams. But Bundesliga is dominated every season by Bayern Munich and Ligue 1 is dominated by PSG every season. Both of these teams are richer than any other team in their league.

PSG has a lot of money. And the PSG owner is also keen to spend a lot of money. So the best squad of Ligue 1 is made by PSG team every season. Other teams in the league don't have as much money as PSG. So they cannot add talented and star players to the squad. As a result naturally every season we see the dominance of PSG.

Real Sociedad could have been a fairly equal opponent for PSG, but unfortunately this happened outside Ligue1 so it didn't have any effect on Ligue1. Other teams in Ligue1 do not have enough money to bring in great players like PSG does, so it is natural that other teams in Ligue1 are not able to match PSG's strength and cause PSG to continue winning in Ligue1 every season. And I think maybe there are many people who want another team to be able to make it difficult for PSG in Ligue 1, but that hasn't happened until this season.

When I talk about this, I imagine if they were in the Premier League, would they be on par with the mid-table clubs? Lol
But I think the competitive level of a league will also affect them a lot. Maybe they are the way they are now because they feel so comfortable that they bring that comfort to tougher competitions, like the Champions League. That's certainly not a good thing at all, because Ligue 1 and the Champions League are very different. In LIgue 1 they might not have to think about what their fate is, whereas in the Champions League they can't do that.
Now if they are in the Premier League, inevitably they also have to improve, because if they behave like when they are in Ligue 1 they might become a club that is threatened with relegation. So the conclusion is that the competitive level of the league affects their behavior.
